Hotel Bliss in Kemah was incredibly affordable. Check-in was quick and easy with a sweet young lady who was polite and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. Well stocked. A couple minutes drive to the Boardwalk area. Only drawback was traffic noise but that is unavoidable. I will definitely be back with hubby and our dog.

The pillows were paper thin, the ice machine outside the door was super loud and woke us up all nite long. The room was nice but the furniture was very run down. I expected a little better fir the 150 dollar price per night. I dont plan on staying there again.

It waa quick ,easy and convienent! Lots of parking ! The only bad thing about it was the location was too far from the boardwalk and the construction in the neighborhood!

I couldn't stay my two nights because the room was infested with roaches! I told the guy at the front desk and he offered me another room! If one room has roaches, then they all do! All he said was no refunds so i left. He didn't seem to care about the roaches as if this is normal. It was so bad. Dead roaches on the floor and roaches crawling out of the furniture! It was terrifying to see that. How disgusting?

The property is convenient as it is very close to Kemah Boardwalk. However, the shower was dirty, paint coming off, the head shower was black from where water comes out so I didn’t take a shower there. Sofa had a huge dark stain, bed cover had cigarette holes, the blanket also had holes, and there was as a hair on the pillow.

Rooms were clean with microwave and mini fridge. Great price. Decent pillows. My only complaint is the beds are sooo hard, felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Ok for a single night, but couldn't do it for a long time.

My only complaint is the Internet did not work properely and severely impacted my work in a negative manner. I had to go to a restauraunt with free wifi to work. This was unacceptable as internet is part of the package for the Hotel reservation.

The app and website exagerates the room. The room was satisfactory considering the price. The only issue which is kind of a big issue when you have a child, and 8-year-old. We could not watch the TV every 3 to 5 minutes we would lose the internet and have to restart the TV or reconnect it.

We rented this room for one night prior to sailing on a cruise ship. The room was clean and actually very spacious but the front desk clerk was not a nice person she acted like we inconvenienced her when we checked in and although we were told there was a continental breakfast there was no breakfast the next morning at 8:30 a.m. we were put in a corner room in the air conditioning did not work properly so we were hot the entire time we were in the room and barely slept because of those conditions. I would not stay here a second time unless they made some major upgrades to the air conditioning and actually serve the breakfast they claim to serve

Person checking us in was trying to prive gauge us for a smoking room. It was crazy. We had alsready booked online and paid in advance and he wanted us to oay for a smoking room over 102.00 that's outrageous the last time we stayed here they were very understanding and courteous it was not the same person as before.we will not be returning here

Expedia confirmed our visit, but the hotel had no record of our reservation. They offered new rooms but at double the price that I booked on Expedia. We were given 20 minutes to make a decision. He said it is now 30 minutes and we have been holding these rooms for you. I need a decision. I was on the phone with Expedia trying to figure out the mess. We walked out.

Good location to Kemah Boardwalk. We stayed for the 4th of July. We loves that we were able to walk to the Boardwalk and not have to “fight” traffic and parking.

We has 3 rooms. In one the shower didn’t work, and in another the AC didn’t work. There is construction on the road in front of the motel so it’s not possible to walk to the Boardwalk on that road. The back roads are about a 25 minute walk to the Boardwalk with no sidewalks.

The only thing that I was very disappointed with was that they didn't open the lobby until 7:30. I had to walk to the store to get some coffee and breakfast cause they only had coffee with no cream. No continual breakfast.

Bed was super super hard was so uncomfortable it made it hard to sleep and you woke up sore if you slept at all, Cigarette Burn holes in the blankets, the room was so hot it took it 24 hours too cool off and the air didn't blow very hard at all. Dead bugs in the bathroom. Can hear a lot of the road noises they didn't offer any kind of breakfast and the machine they had for juice was unplugged. Do NOT recommend staying here if you can help it

The outside of the hotel was okay however when you get into your room it was horrible. There is trash and crap pushed into every corner of the room. The bathroom sink was cracked and the mirror had a inch of dust if the top. The bathroom has rust spots and mold around the edge of it. The door did not seal shut properly, you could see daylight around three sides of the door. There is construction on the main road and a concrete barrier placed on the other side of the lane and you almost hit it every time you pull out. There was loud music playing at all hours of the night. People were smoking weed and the smell came through the cracks in the door or wall. They never provided the breakfast that was advertised and is not anywhere near the boardwalk that it says in the name. Almost two miles form it.

Room and bathroom where clean which is a positive thing, for the price. But i saw on website they had free breakfast and i ask the lady on front desk about it she said they didnt have it . Only coffee . So thats obviously lying to customers .

The room are dirty. The toilet did not work in 1 of the rooms. No breakfast in the morning just juice and did not open that area for public until after 10am. They did not seem to concerned about our unhappiness.

Do NOT stay here. Shady place. Nobody smiles in this hotel.. they are after money and that's it. I couldn't understand what the Receptionist was saying. Hotel is dirty. My cable wasn't working and took the owner 3 hours to come to my room , looked behind the TV and said: now it's working. Guess what? He left and the cable wasn't working. I had to call my cousin who told me what to do step by step. No breakfast!!!!!! I told the owner I was leaving because of the hurricane Beryl and they charge me for the day I was gone. After the hurricane they Price Gouging from $ 65 to $ 135. Not a good member of the society. Bunch of greed people. I wish I could give zero stars.
