Our room smelled of cigarette smoke the moment we walked into the room. I notified the staff on duty at the front desk and he told us that’s what the rooms smell like. Then blamed it on the air conditioner. You can’t mistake the smell of cigarette smoke and we were not offered any other room or a reimbursement on room. We had a small baby with us and it was very late and disappointing to book a room with a no smoking hotel and it clearly of been smoked in, the issue not addressed or customer taken care of. Would’ve left and went elsewhere if the circumstances weren’t different. Would not stay again

The exterior is pretty, clean and safe. The front desk staff was very nice. The elevator was a tad scary with some delays but it got us to our floor without problems. The breakfast was good. Coffee was good. I would stay there again.

The road the GPS took us to get there looked a little sketchy; it was the backside of the building. We parked in the front and our vehicle was fine. The hotel itself was clean and so was our room. The front desk person during check in and check out (2 different ladies) were very friendly. The $100 incidentals fee was a surprise. It’s the highest we’ve paid during our road trip. Breakfast was satisfactory; you’ll always win with waffles. My hubby enjoyed the fancy coffee machine with multiple options. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I wouldn't recommend this chain ever. We had a project going on near there, so I booked the room for the week for our supervisor. The job got postponed a week, and we contacted the hotel before check-in time to move the reservation. They said they can't do that, it was non-refundable. We weren't asking for a refund, just moving the dates. They refused. I called corporate, and they offered the same response. This is not customer service at any level.
