Very nice quiet stay wish the pools was open their was water in the pool .But was told it was close permanently.

This seems like it has been a renovated motel. Very old building. Accommodations are so-so, but for the price and location, you definitely can get a good deal for staying here if you are willing to do with less. Breakfast is not great and doesn't have tons of options. You do pay for parking extra.

They need to clarify that they charge for parking when booking. Also I would suggest putting a room for breakfast in the same side of the street where we stayed. We had to walk across the street to eat breakfast. The hotel is divided in n two sections with another hotel in the middle.

Nice room. A couple of things would be better. No cabinet or counter top at sink for toothbrush, etc. No soap dish in shower, floor very slippery. Microwave didn't work. Cleanliness was very good, nice location for things we wanted to do. We were a bit surprised at $16 per day parking fee.Parking fee should be disclosed with room rates.

parking fee was never mentioned when i booked and was a surprise and quite expensive. The amenities were not provided fully like pillows were just 2 for king size and the reception staff was not resdy to provide more.

Staff pleasant and polite , good location , condition of property poor , bathroom and door to room damaged also was asked for $100 deposit in cash or credit … no receipt or pending , removed from my account In need of a facelift !

The website advertised a pool but there isn't one. It's ok if you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. Don't expect luxury. Breakfast options very limited, but it's included. Parking onsite which is good. Rebecca at the reception/check-in desk was super friendly, polite, helpful and professional.

Convenient location for tourist attractions, but had to cross the street to go to office for check in/out and breakfast. Mattress was hard and lumpy, like camping on the ground

Between the deposit and the fact that they charge you to park in the parking lot of the hotel you are already paying for is ridiculous... So on top of the $90 a night for a room that the ac barely worked, i had to pay another $135 for the deposit and parking for 2 vehicles. We stayed less than 12 hours. So roughly $240 for a mediocre room, for one night is ridiculous!! Wont go back there again!

Pool closed for Reno, TV broken, no hot water for shower

Found a roach on the bed. AC was loud. Bathroom door did not close all the way. Was not able to lock it. Bath tub seemed dirty. Will not stay here again.

Bed spread was very dirty, a very visible shoe print and many stains, hair. Bathroom floor needed to we swept and mopped. Bed was comfy.

The areas outside were dirty and trash was there for 3 days. Limited breakfast and rooms have some roaches.

The location of the property is great and very convenient for riverside mall and riverwalk. The breakfast option was good as well. But, on the second night of our stay bed bug bitten our child really bad. It needs to be trated urgently.

Terrible dirty floors - your foot turns black after three steps. Bathroom ceiling is falling apart.

Seems the housekeeping is not cleaning the rooms thoroughly. We checked into a room that didn’t have towels and smelled like a dirty dog. Management allowed us to move and asked if the room was clean. I said think it was partially cleaned. When we were in the 2nd room later that night and getting ready for bed, I pulled back the covers on one of the beds to noticed hair strands and makeup smudges on the sheets on one of the beds. It was too late at night to mess with it so we slept in the clean bed.

I’ll start with the good- the manager was helpful (after a minute) and did seem to care and ultimately got me and my babies into a clean and safe room for the night. The bad- immediately upon getting into our room, things went south quickly. The remote didn’t work for the tv and suddenly I realized that our feet were BLACK and I have a baby who was in the crawling stage! I took a closer look at the floor- filthy. Absolutely filthy floor. I called the manager and told him what was going on and at first he had a “well it’s late, what do you wanna do?” Attitude but quickly changed his tune once he saw the floor and our legs and feet for himself. The next room had cleaner floors but the BATHROOM was god awful. Toilet and sink hadn’t been cleaned in ages. So we went to a third room. I told the manager I wanted to leave at that point and would be (rightfully) asking for a full refund but he asked for a third chance. The third room was fine! that’s not saying much, sadly. But he did say he would speak to housekeeping.

The one positive I can share is that the gal who helped me check in was friendly and accommodating. The facility was not a “hotel” but rather a cheap motel where one might check in for the night to do unsavory things. The smell was pungent and the floors were sticky. The bathroom appeared to have mold, the toilet rim was disgusting, and there were holes in the door covered with some type of tape. Sadly, I discovered a large dead roach the day of departure.

I had a very negative experience with this property. We reserved three rooms, and one of them had a hole in the window that looked like it could be from a bullet, along with dead ants. One of rooms was clearly not cleaned after the previous guests, and all the floors across the rooms were dirty. In the second room, one of the bed linens had not been changed. I had to go to the office to get sheets and change them myself. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable.

Free breakfast was all carbs, NO PROTEIN! Dirty towels and bedding, roaches, clogged shower drain, bags of garbage from other rooms was set right by my door for more than half of the day. Had to walk across the street to get fresh towels and call about non room service and was told room service signed done in their log

The parking was tight, the air conditioning didn’t work

It was clean and comfy beds. The only problem was the traffic noise and the room had no remote for t.v.

The hotel has been very nicely renovated and updated. WIFI if very slow, kept kicking me off. All very clean Hotels.com buried the part that there was a daily parking fee. I would have stayed somewhere else if i had know about the extra daily fee.

The room had a smell and the door didn’t have a safely lock. It only had the regular lock.

Good price but the continental breakfast was lacking. Room had some current upgrades and was spacious but lacked water pressure. Closet was missing hangers which were needed.

Not a warm welcoming. I know it was cheap and a great location. So loud, unconfirmed. Air con was so loud we had to turn it off. Ended up checking out at 5am as we gave up on trying to sleep. Towel was dirty

First room had no wi-fi or tv. Second room leaked water in the bathroom (second floor) when it rained. telephone in room had not been cleaned for quite a long time. pillows were not comfortable. Toilet cover was very loose.

Other guest decided to hang out right outside my door and carry on until after midnight despite being asked to keep it down. Walls/windows were thin enough that I could hear everything being said.

Older property convenient to convention center. Tiny bathroom. Marginal, simple breakfast. Pleasant staff.

The tub was at an angle and there was a crack in the floor next to the toilet. Forget taking a bath or pooping in the toilet. The toilet will back up. Mysterious stains on the pillow cases and bed sheets. When the door was shut you could see a lot of daylight through the seems.

Found dirty bath towels behind bathroom door upon arrival. No clean towels or cleaning services the second day. Had to go to front desk and get clean towels and washcloths. Third only gave us one washcloth, another trip to front desk.

Had issues checking in with my debit card…turns out I was double charged and when I contacted my bank about it they said they needed some documentation from the goal which they refused to help ! Never going back to the hotel again!

First night had to stay across 2 intersections from office and breakfast area. Check in person just points,, “ over there” when we asked how to get there,, it was after midnight. Got switched to a closer room,, thx. But stunk , ironing board was filthy/stained. Bed soft, and no full service when cleaning room. Had to ask for everything. Not Wyndham standards by any means.

My room was clean but the stench inside and around the facility was horrendous. It smelled like nothing but sewage around the whole place. Also,I had to cross the street to check in from the actual hotel I was staying in...they have two facilities but they're separated from one another,one office. If a problem occurred,you'd have t cross a busy intersection just for a staff member to help you. Also my door wouldn't lock from inside,so that made me extremely nervous. I had left for the day,thinking the housekeeping would have given me fresh sheets and cleaned up the room,throw out the small trash I had,but that didn't happen. I came back to nothing but my bed being touched. Bed was made up half ass like literally,and they just threw the pillows there. This place is the most disgusting and trashy hotel I've ever encountered. And to make things worse,when I came back later in the evening after the "housekeeping" was finished with my room,I couldn't get back in,my key wouldn't work. So there I go walk back across the street to the hotel clerk to help me,I walk up and there's no one there. I call....no pick up. So I just stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes alone waiting for someone to assist me. The hotel clerk finally comes in,I tell him my card doesn't work. He doesn't apologize for keeping me waiting or for my room key not working. He reactivates my key,I ask him if he sure it will work?? He looks at me and says I don't know?? This was just bad,so dont waste your money.

Close to convention center. (Three blocks). Paid parking onsite. Staff very responsive to issues.

The clerk who checked me in announced my room number to all of the other customers waiting in the lobby. As a single female traveling alone, that made me VERY uncomfortable. The security latch was missing on my door, both beds had stained sheets, there was long hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower, and dirt on the floor. I highly recommend not staying here unless you are truly desperate.

The staff was great. Nothing really to complain about. Riverwalk and mall was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from motel.

Place is close to Riverwalk and the Alamo, they charge you for the parking lot which I think it's absurd if you are staying in the hotel. Room floor was dirty but beds are comfortable. There are too many homeless around the area, but the hotel is cheap and you get what you pay for.

I liked the fact that this was a relatively inexpensive hotel and close to the convention center and walkable to the Alamo and Riverwalk.

Not horrible, not great. Older property, not very clean and beside noisy and busy roads. It is very close to all of the downtown attractions, which is a plus.

We stayed a week in San Antonio. Gotta say we enjoyed our stay here. We made it in a little early. So we let them know we were in town. They informed us they had a room ready, it was perfect timing. Housekeeping ladies providing us with clean towels, and a clean room. We didn’t want our room clean everyday, they did every other day. Which was great. Breakfast simple, waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt. Coffee was good. Dennys is not far from there. Alamo is close by. We did have to pay for parking $15, a day not bad verses having to pay a lot more anywhere else. We walked everywhere, which was nice. Enjoyed the warm weather. Staff super friendly. Thankful for everyone. Thank you for all that yall do. FYI loved that yall had hot hot water. Lowkey. We will use yall again soon.

Breakfast was limited but, thats OK. Close ti the alamo. Be prepared to pay a 100 dollar deposit and extra for parking.

Everything was ok .. it's clean .. good service to clean the room .. the “breakfast is no good .. just bread .. cereal .. we ask for splenda .. the person said “it’s all we have “ so No splenda por coffee.. but the location its so Good .. near The Alamo and riverwalk..

Convenient to downtown. That's the only good thing about the hotel. They charged for parking $16 a day! No advanced warning ao we didn't plan that in the budget. Apparently San Antonio now charges for all downtown parking. At least most places validate but not the hotel. I expected little because i didn't pay a lot but this place was bad. The room smelled bad, it was hot when we arrived. The coffee maker was incomplete. There we're 2 of us but only 1 coffee packet? The shower didn't work properly. I told the front desk about the A/C and was told they don't turn it on while empty. You are expecting guests!! They expect the room to be comfortable when arriving. The bed was uncomfortable our bodies ached for days. We went to get coffee at the office and all the carafes were empty.

Breakfast was very minimal. Coffee and Tang, no water hot or cold, very few choices. We had three rooms, one had a huge wasp, one had a huge cricket that crawled in bed with someone. There were no computers to run off boarding passes. The staff ( who were very hardworking, helpful, and friendly) offered to try to print the passes, but it didn’t work. Location was great. Cleaning staff was trying hard. It’s just an old facility that would really benefit from some upgrades. Of course, then it would probably cost twice as much.

Great location. You get what you pay for. Relatively clean and has a simple breakfast. Cereal, Toast, and Waffles.

It was a basic, relatively low cost place to stay for our weekend visit. Staff was friendly. Alamo Plaza and the downtown Riverwalk area were easily accessible and only a 10-15 minute walk away.

The stay was alright. We were close to the Rivercenter Mall and the Riverwalk. Parking is about $16.12 a night, not the $15 advertised on the website. The hotel is broken up into two sections with another hotel and two streets in between. When we checked in, one tv remote did not work and the other TVs were input mode. I had to walk the remote over to the other section to exchange it. Breakfast is only served at one section of the hotel and the variety was not much. They had bagels, toast, small muffins, two types of cereal, coffee, apple juice and orange juice, yogurt and waffles. The waffles were really good. They ran out of regular coffee, cream cheese and butter by 9 am. Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30. Overall it was exactly for the price we paid for. I would stay again for the proximity to the mall.
