Comfort Suites Tyler South

Stayed here for business and was able to get a good night's sleep. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I walked thru the breakfast are and it was the same old items. Adequate, but nothing special at all.

The front desk staff was great, was nice to have toiletries in the bathroom since we forgot ours; however, the sofa in our room was dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work well, making the room stuffy and humid.

The gym equipment is old and broken. The 1-king suite feels more like a double queen room where one bed was removed. The rooms are large but narrow and not really appealing. Overall it's a decent hotel but the 8.8 rating is definitely not warranted.

Comfortable beds! Very clean room & bathroom!
