The Landing at Seven Coves

Clean but have stayed at property twice before and they offered more amenities. This specific unit provided the bare minimum. Was relaxing the first night, but our last night and early morning was ruined by an unruly, rambunctious kid upstairs (that’s the parent’s fault). For future guests, it would be nice to add towel hooks in the bathroom by the sinks & shower/tub. The blinds in the bedroom let in way too much light; those & the ones on the sliding doors are old & don’t work well. I never heard from anyone before we arrived and had to call the answering service to find out how to check in (get our key). The other units (we’ve stayed in), sent us our unit # & key-code before we arrived. Overall a great stay and the pool was nice. Restaurant/bar had good food, but the surrounding property needs major cleaning & some minor repairs (sprucing up), especially around the pool area. The concrete pond needs to be drained of stagnant water (looks gross while eating). We appreciated the manager allowing us to order appetizers after they closed @ 11pm and we returned the next day for a great lunch.

This is an absolutely beautiful location and the condo is so clean. It even has a jacuzi tub. My husband and I had the best time. It was so relaxing and the sound and smell of the water was the best part. There's even a pool and a playground if we ever choose to bring our kids. We will definitely be staying again.

When we made it there they didn’t tell me that they had a problem with a water leak so we did not have water on our first day we had to go take showers at families house I checked in at 4 and once I checked in a lot of the tenants said the water had been out since 1 pm and was very unhappy that’s the only problem that made our stay there unpleasant because I had kids and we had to go to the gas station to use the restroom

First of all communication between the facility and Expedia should be improved. Although I booked days before they were not able to see my reservation in their system. As a result they didn't reserve a room for us and because of plumbing issue they couldn't offer a room. Luckily they were able to transfer us to neighboring facility for what I am grateful.
