Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport

We reserved and paid for a king suite but upon check in we were given a room with two queens that smelled horrible. I contacted the manager about a refund for the difference in price, but have not heard back. Really disappointing. The other staff were kind. Breakfast was decent. Airport shuttle was quick and convenient.

Sarah was really helpful and friendly. I appreciate the xtra care she offered.

Need a gym

Breakfast paled considerably compared with other competitors in the same price range and in the same location.....Needs to improve their breakfasts

Fantastic airport shuttle, very easy to use. Call the hotel when you get to baggage claim and they'll send the shuttle to the ground transportation area. When you check in, remember to schedule a shuttle to the airport in advance. I stayed here on the first and last nights of my trip so that I could reduce the number of days I rented a car to drive around Utah. The free breakfast was basic but saved us time and money. The room was basic but clean and served the purpose of sleeping near the airport. We didn't notice any airplane sounds when we were inside the hotel. Good value.
