Residence Inn by Marriott Salt Lake City Downtown

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer bestellt und ein Zimmer zur 6 spurigen Durchgangsstraße bekommen. Der Zuschnitt des Studiozimmers ist sehr ungeschickt. Durchgang zwischen Bett und Schubladenschrank ca. 30 cm. Die Schubladen können gerade noch aufgezogen werden. Durchgang ist erschwert. Nur für Hundeliebhaber z.b. Hunde im Frühstücksraum. Zugang zum Pool nur durch Frühstücksraum, dadurch kommen ständig Personen in Badekleidung mit Handtuch am Frühstückstisch vorbei. Für die Waschmaschine gab es kein Waschmittel, Einzige Empfehlung der Rezeption, wir sollen uns das Waschmittel im Laden kaufen…, usw.

There was really only one compliant I have, we bought a basketball to use at the onsite basketball court.We were out for the day and when we came back our room was nicely cleaned, but we couldnt find the basketball. I assumed that maybe the cleaning staff thought it belonged to the hotel and turned it into the front office. When i called the front we were informed that the ball has not been turned in and the cleaning staff has gone home for the day, when I went to the front to talk to a supervisor or manager I was told there isn't one onsite but maybe they can help, i brought up how i just cañled about the basketball missong from our roomreakfast was good, our room was nice we got the 2 bed room suite, I liked how it had 2 bathrooms as well.Room was equipped with everything need for the kitchen as well as cleaning stuff for the dishes.

We got this place for the pool and hot tub, and isn’t wasn’t open. On the website it didn't mention anything about it being closed.

To be honest, we were reading some reviews on our way down to Utah and we got a little concerned. I don’t know where the other people were staying at the hotel, but our room was very pleasant and was exactly looked like the pictures that the hotel provided. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The water was hot. We did have some issues with parking one night, but no biggie. The other issue that people talk about is the homelessness problem but that is in all of downtown Salt Lake. We found the staff extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. And to be honest, I would stay here with my family again.
