Leider ein sehr lautes Hotel. Man hat den direkten Nachbarn neben sich und über sich direkt gehört. Dazu noch die Eismaschine und alle Lüfter der Klimaanlagen. Für Menschen mit Bedürfnis nach Ruhe nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir haben eingecheckt, sind dann wieder gefahren. Das Zimmer war wie abgebildet. Es schien sauber. Das personal war sehr nett. Es gab ein abschließbares Parkhaus. Vor dem Parkhaus und gegenüber des Eingangs waren Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige. Das Parken kostetet 25 bis 30 Dollar.

Checking in was easy and the lady up front was kind and efficient. Breakfast was good & the staff had decorated for Halloween. Room was not that clean, under the bed was trash and half-eaten food that smelled. In the corner behind a chair were a bunch of candy wrappers. I called downstairs for a blanket for the pull-out bed and the night staff questioned me about the validity of not already having a blanket. We had to go down to the front desk to get the blanket but there was no extra pillow as requested when asking for the blanket.

Overall the facilities and friendliness of the staff were excellent. I was especially impressed with the wide choice of entree options in the free breakfast. I liked that everyday offered some different choices. One criticism I have is that bathroom (Room 105) was not really safe for a disabled or elderly person. The one hand bar was in the front inside corner. Where one is needed is at the rear outer corner near the towel hook. When we are most at risk of slipping and falling is getting in and out of the tub. I almost fell twice because the tub is slippery when wet. Also it should be more clear to customers who are arriving after 1:00 am whether or not staff is available at that time. I messaged the day before that I was arriving in the middle of the night. The AI response was to download the Hilton app and use the digital key to gain entry. However the app asked for a confirmation number. I did not have one because I made the reservation thru Hotel.com. I tried to call the hotel directly At least 3 times but kept getting transferred to staff outside of the hotel who could not help me. I finally was able to get a direct number to the front desk thru Google. Then I was assured staff would be at the front desk to let me in. I did not need to use a digital key. It should not be that hard to find out that information. It was very frustrating. I was concerned I would be left outside in the middle of the night in the pouring rain.
