The staff were very welcoming. We dropped our belongings in the room and headed out for dinner. There were a lot of options close by. When we got back we noticed a hot chocolate and tea area. A lovely touch. The room was very clean but the bed was atrocious! It sunk in the middle. We kept falling into each other during the night. It took me 5 minutes of warm up stretching to be able to stand upright the next morning. Also the refrigerator made a weird high pitched noise. I almost unplugged it.

The front desk staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Unlike other affordable hotels, they actually appeared to be happy that we were guests. Coffee and tea all day. Breakfast was very good...plentiful and diverse. Rooms are very clean.

The computer system seems to have issues converting 3rd party bookings to in-house room assignments. I was stuck in the lobby w/ 3-4 other people for over an hour. The hot water wasn't working. House keeping needs to check the shower curtain... there was a booger stuck on it.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Lots of clean, good quality linens. Lots of hot water and water pressure was high. There was black mold under the soap holder in the bathroom. The artwork in the room can only be described as dark and suicidal. It was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Kind of a up and down experience but overall good enough.

This was the worst night I have ever experienced. Biggest problem toilet clogged every time flushed. Coffee pot did not function. Bed was absolutely torture. Tried to work out with staff to resolve they wouldn’t even switch my room. Staff was the most rude anyone has ever been to me. Had to find new hotel after one night. DO NOT STAY HERE

There were homeless people in the back in the woods. Our room was on the first floor right at the back door. i asked to be moved and they were able to change our room with no issue. The entire back lot was really sketchy Awesome location...walk to restaurants and grocery store

Very nice property It's not too expensive but the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were all nice especially the lady that check is in is very friendly and pleasant... The breakfast was great, lots of choices to eat... And the check out is noon and that's a plus, other hotels/ motels it's either 10am or 11a.m.. Very nice property It's not too expensive but the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were all nice especially the lady that check is in is very friendly and pleasant... The breakfast was great, lots of choices to eat... And the check out is noon and that's a plus, other hotels/ motels it's either 10am or 11a.m.. They should learn from this hotel cause customers are happy when they don't need to rush in the morning. Thank you!

The front desk staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Unlike other affordable hotels, they actually appeared to be happy that we were guests. Coffee and tea all day. Breakfast was very good...plentiful and diverse. Rooms are very clean.

Based upon the other embassy suites, I’ve stayed at this one was pretty subpar. Several of the staff were extremely nice, but then they also had several that were not so as far as customer service this is what gets a low ranking and also the tub in our room was cracked and peeling so bad that I didn’t even want to take a tub bath

It smelled terrible. There was construction, it also smelled like chlorine or bleach we were unable to stay there!! I’m allergic to smoke. We left early and booked another room elsewhere
