Random homeless persons walking around and shouting throughout the night. Lobby was permanently locked and no access for coffee or anything. Floor was not level and flooring had gaps in it. No coffee makers in rooms.

The pictures did this place no justice. Its not in the best part of town...meaning youre across the street from the go-go bar, the outside otherwise screams Bate's, and the cross hallway above the office is a bit sketchy. Was not able to secure the door with a deadbolt and the AC kept it a balmy 75ish at best. The nicest part.of this experience was the vanity. My advice...dont trust the pictures

The property was quiet. Website noted that there was breakfast available which was not. Lady at the front desk says the owner doesn't want to mess with it and the juice machine has been down for months. All they had was coffee if you were lucky to get it. The room was clean but the dresser was broken. My reservation noted that 2:00 pm was the check in time, so when we got there the door to the room waa wide open and the room wasn't ready. They informed me that check in was at 3:30. So, this place needs to update their information.

Pictures of hotel and rooms online were very misrepresented. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known the following. Room was dismal and not welcoming. Bath towels were not available, only bath mats and a foot towel. Fresh linens also not available. Multiple lamps in room were broken, which were only access to lighting aside from bathroom lighting. Location was apparently in a bad area as we had to check in from an outside window, in the cold. No lobby access after 8 p.m. Staff was friendly though and explained guests tended to steal items (like towels), so supplies were limited. Definitely will not stay at this hotel/location again based on this experience

This days in is filled this homeless people the government has paid for the room. Drug deals happening in the parking lot. Afraid to leave the room at night. No one at the front desk and lobby locked. Tried to check out in the morning but whole office closed until 10:am. Don't stay here, it's not safe or clean!

Mirror broken upon arrival then informed by a resident that if i didnt tell the front desk when i got here that they will try to charge me, hours after i checked in already. Half used toilet paper, half used shampoo, 1 washcloth and handtowel when booked for two adults. Outside of half used "luxuries", rooms are okay on cleanliness. Check in was fine. Mini fridge- frozen food shelf frozen completely and needs to be turned off, thawed completely and started back over. Ice machine broken. Toilet also is a inconvenience having to take off the back just to get a flush.

The pictures look clean, this place is nasty! Non smokers room smell like a smokers room. It’s dingy! It was a nightmare. I was scared to even look but I’m sure they must be infested with bedbugs. Don’t go here! I warned you!

They charged an extra $12 dollar fee after i had paid everything online and when asked they couldnt explain what it was for, just that it had to be paid. Not the cleanest room and bathroom. Lied when they said they had to go breakfast, nothing offered not even water.

Dirty, sticky floors , foot prints and hand prints on walls. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, terrible coffee, had to ask for creamer, it was a problem i asked for it. Yelling and screaming all night long. Many people walking around outside. Stained sheets, uncomfortable bed. I left and got a nicer hotel. Watch your vehicle. Someone smoking crack in parking lot. The police stay in parking lot. Dont stay here !!!!!

I did not stay. The bed sheets were dirty and the refrigerator was leaking. The non smoking room smelled like smoke so i returned my key immediately. The front desk staff guy during check in was rude. The lady that i returned my Key to was very kind.

I was pretty much put in a room under renovation. First of all its advertised as. Wyndam but its a Days Inn!!! AC unit was dirty with cover missing. Spackled walls that werent painted. Mattress cover filthy as hell, bed was proped up with a broken leg. The bed actually fell as i was packing my bags to leave this morning. Room should have been $50!

The furniture was broken, floor was heavily damaged going in the sink/ bathroom area; no regular heat, had a portable electric heating unit (dangerous) for a commercial property; headboard heavily damaaged; toliet seat had cigarette burns, toilet was reinstalled and the old chaulk was not properly removed; next door guests were up all night drinking and being lodpud, smoking marijuana on balcony, no toilet paper holder. Unit had large clumps of dust and human hair on top of box spring under head board near wall. All in all this unit is needing many repairs, shouldn't have been rented. Homeless camp inside just inside the property fenceline. Was concerned leaving unit and leaving my vehicle unattended in parking lot. Not a good, safe, or clean place to stay. Sorry,.really bad experience.

This property was absolutely horrible poor customer service. Once we got into our room the curtains were open TV was on the bed near the front door head stains on it. The hand towels in the bathroom were dirty and stained there's a crack in the sink in the bathtub was missing pieces. I did not take any pictures of the property or a room because of the poor conditions I highly recommend not staying at this property

I got into my room and there was only sheets in the bed and no comforter. Then later discovered there was a bullet hole in the wall that had broken the light up mirror and was never replaced. The main door would not lock from the inside, only the chain lock. I would like a refund because I ended up leaving at 1am because I did not feel safe.

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was old and broken - no chairs. (Fortunately we had our fold up chairs). Dresser with no drawers, lamp with no shade. Lacked amenities. I am surprised that Wyndham attaches its name to this hotel.

Desk staff very nice and friendly. Offered extra pillows. Room Floors dirty, towel behind door from previous guest. A lot of noise from other rooms. Ad said breakfast and when booking it was promoted but no breakfast. Coffee and 2 flavours of juice....very disappointed wont return.

The receptionist she was so sweet she saw all the luggage I had and she offer me a room on the ground floor so that I didn’t had to struggle up stairs I really think that was thoughtful of her. I like my stay I really enjoyed it ..

Reservation was for a standard King bed. We got a two full size beds. Bed cover was visibly filthy. There was duct tape covering tiles in the shower. Broken tiles all over the floor. Floor was filthy. There was a skunky smell going up to our room and the odor of the interior of the room was unpleasant. We got in after midnight and did stay one night of our 3 night reservation. The next morning we checked out. I spoke to an employee to cancel the remaining two nights and she was helpful and willing to cancel and issue a refund. However, since we had booked through Expedia we would need to collect our refund from them. When I was finally able to have a virtual chat with Expedia, they claimed that the hotel refused the refund. Not sure what took place there after my conversation with the hotel employee, but either way we won’t be booking through Expedia again. The hotel staff that we did encounter for check in and check out were courteous and helpful.

Absolute catfish of a hotel!!! Do not stay here!! The first red flag was the hotel pulling out my money out of the bank before I got to the property as I put on the website that I’ll pay at the property. When we got there the manager was so rude to the new employee. As soon as went up to our hotel room, the banister was broken, the door seemed to be busted in, both locks were broken, the floor was scuffed, the tables was completely broken, the pictures are a complete lie!! Went to get a refund and there was a group that was also trying to get a refund saying their room was filled with glass. The new employee was very patient with us. The manager left him to fend for himself and wasn’t answering his calls so he did the best he could. But the property and the manager was an absolute joke!!!

dirty, broken, smelled terrible, needs paint and heavy cleaning. front staff was rude and the check in clerk couldn’t even be bothered to pause his movie on his phone (or even mute it). immediately started seeking payment for fees and refused to answer any questions, simply repeating “it’s a FEE. we charge everyone this FEE”. No breakfast, the iron was leaky, the lamps were missing shades, and the AC unit vents were filthy. I will never stay here again.

Once I checked in I realized this wasn't exactly the part of town I wanted to be on. Located next to 2 stripper bars. I was also told the room I booked was smoking when I ordered it but once I got there apparently the entire place is now non smoking which I find bizarre and upsetting because that's why I booked it. The fire alarm kept buzzing every 30 seconds in my room because of low battery I went to front desk to inform them and her solution is to hand me batteries to replace it which I was fine with, but they were not the correct 9v battery needed. I got rid of the beep by taking the battery out meaning I did not have a fire alarm in my room. I will never stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location and the owners/operators are trying to clean up the area and hotel. Just bad people doing bad things. Plus, hotel had been neglected from past owners. Staff and owners are great people.

Disappointed, No breakfast but we were charged for bf included got there, NO BF, you know we could save $$ booking elsewhere because there bf included and the bad and worst part was they gave us the room that not ready its so wet and yes I meant wet-wet. The drawer was broken, not enough towels that not big deal, toilet seat had only one screw and no fan in the bathroom and last the bedroom making so noises. Location was kind scary, but convenient to restaurant and stores.

False advertisement, claim to have a simple breakfast but do not, have equipment in the small lobby but no service. Was told upon leaving they were working on getting it started but the Wyndham customer service agent stated they have not and will not have the breakfast. Sidewalks outside the rooms are nasty and in need of pressure washing, door had to be forcefully lacked from the inside. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 4. The rooms have been updated and were nice.

The hotel looked nothing like the picture on Hotels.com web site. I was very disappointed in the out-side cleanliness of the property the whole grounds was trashed. The hotel did not provide a continental breakfast nor any coffee. For the money I felt I overpaid.

The property was not as described in the advertisement. This property was rated a lot higher than it should have. The pictures used to describe the property was totally false. The property was supposed to provide complimentary breakfast, it didn’t. One mirror was broken and missing tile in the bathroom. The linens were off white, no bleach used. I was not impressed at all.
