The 1st room we were put into on the 5th floor the carpets were soaked and it smelled a bit moldy. They moved us to a new room on the 3rd floor and it was just fine. No smells. No wet floor, just a clean and well appointed room. The pool was closed for maintenance and the ice maker on our floor was broken but it was alright.

Pool was closed and kids were extremely disappointed. Staff was not friendly and helpful. Had to change rooms due to water all over floor and toliet running. To them not a big deal to us big deal. Would never recommend

Property is certainly showing signs of decline. No down button at 2nd floor elevator doors. Gym door broken. Only one treadmill and it was broken. Room door really needs a paint job. Not greeted at check in. Only spoke after I started talking to him. I’m glad I was pleasant because it seems like he was waiting to see my energy first. Not what I’m used to from Hilton properties.

The hotel is very run down and not a typical Hampton. The air conditioner in our room was broke. The workout room air conditioner was also broke so it’s always 80 degrees!

This property needs a lot of help. The pool was undergoing maintenance, so it was closed. The stove was broken so there were limited breakfast options. Our shower had mold and mildew stains, and there were broken fixtures in our room. The toilet ran all the time. There was a desk but no desk chair. On our floor, the down elevator button was missing but we were able to navigate around that problem. The bed was ok and the staff tried to be helpful, but we will not be staying here again.

Place should not availble to anyone-- needs to up the game plan--clean furnitue would help--carpet was nasty-- open drain in middle of bathroom floor-- really--staff was very good-- hotel owners need to spend night in this room #124-- pay for it and ask "we get money for this"--you should be embarassed -- pool-- closed-- breakfest good and kitchen staff very good--will not stay there ever again-- your pride went away with the chocolate chip cookies left.

The pool was under construction, the fitness room was 85 degrees, and had a cockroach in it when i was there, the fire alarms went off but only on the 5th floor all from a small kitchen fire. The last morning i stayed they did not offer any hot breakfast. Also the shower did not get very hot.

Dirty, dropped a piece and feel behind the dresser…gross there were piles of wrappers, tv controls, about 4 in thick of trash. There were two rolling square boxes. Placed at the end of bed. Dark room they had the bed placed differently than any hotel I have ever been in so with that being said I feel on the floor over the squares and I had spinal surgery a few months prior. Went down stairs mentioned it to the desk lady. The only response was laughter then are you ok…. Showed my knee where I hit the floor and was told you must not of broken bones and she returned to laughing.

My room smelled horrible of mildew . The carpet had mold on it. I have chronic allergies and had a terrible reaction to the mold spores. I was stopped up all night , could not breathe or sleep well at all . Went downstairs to purchase allergy meds ( advertised at front desk) but was told they had none . Suggested I go across the street to 7/11 at 11 pm . I am very disappointed and will not be returning! Only thing good is the breakfast period

I like that the staff was very friendly and attentive. The room wasn't very pleasant. The toilet and floor tiles in the bathroom were loose, the bathtub had lot of signs mold, the carpet of the room felt very filthy. They can do better.

Air worked, very noisy, old, parts on the bottom were hanging down. Room had a funny smell when I first got there. Just didn’t have a comfy or safe feel. Rooms were big but decor was small and old looking. The staff was Excellent, especially the front desk!

Don’t believe the photos on their website. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Pictures must have been taken 20 years ago. Room was on 5th floor and water pressure was awful. Stepping off elevator I felt like I’d just entered an alternative site for “ The Shining”. Breakfast was ok if you wanted waffles or French toast but the prepared eggs were uneatable and the only meat was Turkey bacon. Coffee was barely hot and seemed to be the norm for our stay. Cracked upholstery in the dining area. Old and dated. Reviews on the site we checked were very misleading. I paid for a descent hotel but really got an overpriced dog. Take my advice and stay somewhere else.

Room awful. 1 desk chair for 2 people. Large empty room. Not enough lights. Needs furniture. Breakfast ended at 10. Little food left at 0930. Did not replenish anything. Front desk staff hostile. Would not address any items. Avoid this hotel.

front desk person was not so good. hidden fees not mentioned until we got there. Has to wait 10 minutes before we saw anyone. All types of extra fees. one dog was as much cost as a person. Non apologetic also form front desk. Next time, I will NOT be-staying here. If fees were revealed and perosn at front desk was more friendly, slightly higher rating would be posted here. Too expensive over all….

I loved staying here. It was clean and I felt safe traveling with my young child. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even when I had an issue with my reservation it was cleared up in no time. Definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Past this one for your own sanity. Housekeeping did not clean the room at all so I did not have clean towels. I called the front desk for some towels and they never brought to my room so I was not able to take a shower.

The breakfast was excellent but had a lack of staff on the kitchen area. We had to ask constantly to replenish the bread but other than that, it was very good. Everything on the hotel and room was wonderful as well as the location. Front desk was very attentive and welcoming. In regards to the bathroom, the shower floor is very very slippery. I fell hard on this shower and had to put the floor towel inside the shower to be able to use it. I am okay but someone else might not be as lucky. This has to be addressed.

A guy named Terry Fleming checked us in was rude, the room was very muggy. Couldn’t walk on the floor without shoes because of a dirty floor. Exposed wires under AC unit, mold in the shower and all over the drywall and the smoke detector was covered with a tissue. When I received a text from Terry Fleming asking how my stay was so far I explained the issue described above. He sent another text asking when was a good time to call, I said anytime. No phone call and no more communication from him. I wish I would have read more of the reviews because several people have the similar complaints. Shame on Hilton for allowing that hotel to represent the Hilton name. We will never stay there again!

I didn't have a choice of rooms. The room door had peeling paint. There were no drawers, just metal shelves. I was not a fan. The older gentleman that checked me in was professional and thorough. However, there was a stark contrast to the two females cackling at the desk on check out morning. I loved the location. I'd return.

It was an ok stay. Room services can be better. IT states that they do room service every other day, but they never came to give us new towels/washcloths or take the trash out. Lack of pillows, and the bed is unforgivingly hard. But the Staff was friendly and it was convenient near shopping centers and the highway.
