First, the two things I liked were that the bed was spacious and the mattress was comfortable, and that the breakfast buffet was decent. I gave it two stars because of these, but as for the rest... First of all, the rooms are spread out on the first and second floors outside the main building, which is inconvenient. The rooms were also dark, and the towels and sheets were worn out. Also, the refrigerator was very noisy, and one day the TV broke down. We called the front desk, but no one answered no matter how many times we tried, so we ended up asking the AI to fix it. The housekeeping staff was also very rude—they wouldn’t give us extra towels when we asked, and while cleaning the second floor, they threw laundry down to the floor below, nearly hitting me as I walked by. It was the worst.

It was a wonderful one night stay. The front desk employee was fantastic when I first arrived. They had a MARVELOUS breakfast buffet! Best thing was the housekeeping staff did NOT push me to check out ( as I've experienced in other hotels). I appreciate that SO much! (The only thing I wish they had was to have the pool open in the morning).

We were put in a room on the first floor that was in a corner and felt like in a dungeon. There was a smell of urine in the hallway that crept into the room. It was dark and dingy and old. The breakfast redeemed our stay to not make it one star.
