Upon arrival at 8pm I was expecting my digital room key to be ready as I said I would be arriving at 7pm when actual check in could start at 3pm. The digital room key was no ready so I had to stop by the front desk where Tiffanie was working. She told me she had to check on the availability of rooms and told me to have a seat. I waited 15 minutes before going up to her again to ask how long this was going to take and she said she forgot about me. She then checked me in by switching me to another room than the one I selected on the Hilton app. We were staying with a handful of other people who also had the same issues upon arriving well past check in times. One of which I witnessed and it took him over 30 minutes to get his room key from the front desk clerk who was talking on the phone with someone for instructions while trying to assist him. I realized on day 2 that I forgot shaving cream and asked the front desk if they sold any. They supposedly had packets for guests but were currently out of stock. Breakfast was not anything special, average hotel breakfast. We stayed for two nights.
