The property overall was nice, with friendly customer service. The rooms were very clean, convenient and stocked with Dove products. Another plus is FREE laundry self services. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and the hot water took a while to build up in the bathroom sink & shower.

very outdated in dire need of a facelift. Dirty and grungy. Rooms are dark and need updated fixtures no usb outlets. I booked room for a little over $100 bucks with pet charge final bill was $230+ We didn't eat in room or take shower. Dog is non-shed we checked in at about 5 and left at 3am. Room was virtually un-used and left in near same condition as when checked in. No coffee available as the machine was out of regular coffee. No attendant at desk at 3am. Got notice for extra pet charge 82.50 a day later after the initial $30 charge at check-in.

I really like the hotel and the staff! I like you could check in but it sucks there no breakfast included and my AC kept leaking on the carpet it made the rooms smell weird.

booked this hotel through Expedia, which showed an 8.6 rating, but after staying here, I discovered that the more accurate rating is closer to the 4.1 I later saw online. The issues started immediately. The first night, the TV didn’t work at all, and the bathtub was taped up inside—something the staff was already aware of but had not disclosed before my stay. As we were packing to leave, we spotted a roach in the room. I took pictures and brought them to the front desk. I found a staff very unwelcoming very disrespectful unhelpful also it’s not the standard of IHG at all, and I don’t think that they should be even a part of IC based on the facility the personnel and the climate overall is terrible. It was a terrible experience and it wasn’t the most cleanliness it had terrible odors and also typically I can get a late check out. I talk to the manager and like now we can’t give you a late check out because we have a lot of people coming in and we don’t have a, nobody check in. I went back and rebooked another room with no issues. I had plenty of rooms left. She could’ve gave me a late check out is normally I do I see at 2 PM but that’s the issue. The staff has an attitude Denise some great supervision or better management thank you .

Smelled a little *mildewy* in our room, but other than that, bed was clean, comfy, and we had all of the necessities one could need already in our room! Close to post, which made it all the more convenient. Would stay again if in the area.

It was a great stay minus I booked a one bedroom and got a studio the persoat the desk stated some one called me to notify me that was not available any more… but I don’t know how if I booked months in advance it should of been available I just got a call stated if I was still coming…after I paid for the one bedroom very upsetting. When needed fresh towels we had to take the dirty towels to them they didn’t provide anything to put them in , that’s disgusting. We got new towels by asking the front office and she would hand them to us.

I drove in to visit my son who is at stationed at Fort Lee. The girls at the front desk were very nice and made checking in and out easy. The room was on the 1st floor and surprisingly quiet. I booked a room with 2beds and did not know that there was a full kitchen with pots and pans a dishwasher and cabinets full of utensils and dishes to use along with a refrigerator! Not to mention a stove and microwave! I checked my booking to make sure that I didn’t book the wrong room and nope they come like this with no extra charges. Sweet deal! Definitely staying here again. Also the bathroom is big and very clean and supplied with Dove products. So they leave you with Dove shampoo and conditioner, body wash and Dove hand soap for the sink along with body lotion! Very cool!

We would stay here again without hesitation. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and didn’t have a “hotel” smell. A couple items awaiting the next remodeling effort but not a big deal. Stay was quiet and uneventful- just the way we like it.

The front desk lady with the cool colored hair and glasses was so nice! I had a very long travel day but she made it worthwhile at check-in. My room was clean, comfortable and smelled great. This was my 2nd stay here and if my Husband (Army) and I have to return to the area, this is where we’ll stay.

They didn't have rooms available, even though I booked the room for my wife prior to arriving there. My wife was told they had informed Hotels.com they didn't have anymore rooms hours early. My wife had to travel even further just to find a room with lesser quality and standards. We were extremely disappointed.
