The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and clean, very big. The refrigerator was nice and cold ! I had called a couple of days prior to my arrival about trying to get some kind of disability accommodations but was told I would be charged a penalty fee so I told them to forget it, but when I got to my room it did have disability accommodations so that was great ! My only real concern was that we went out to dinner and came back and I had to use the restroom so I get out my room key and the bathroom was trashed ! This was the bathroom in the lobby. There was no toilet paper and someone had shoved brown paper towels down the toilet in the handicap stall. I just happened to have some tissues in my purse. That was my only issue. I didn’t get to stay for breakfast as I was having a procedure done at the hospital at 6:00am. I would definitely stay here again.

I have severe COPD my son went up to review the room and said the room was full of the smell of smoke. Dirty carpet and furniture he went down and told the clerk he wanted to cancel the stay and wanted a full refund.

I booked 2 non smoking, 1 room the carpet and furniture, where so dirty. My wife had to put on a mask and couldn't take it off. The other room for my 99yr old dad rome was dirty and smoked field. And he has COPD We checked out we could not stay there.

The room as well as the hallways, elevators could use a facelift as all seems very aged. The rooms also smell musty. The bathroom did not feel as clean (even knowing this was an older hotel). The breakfast area and lobby look to be updated more recently. Ice machine, pool all OK. Overall, for the value the hotel is good but upgrades to the rooms and hallways & stairwells would make the hotel more pleasant.

The outside was not clean, the room was clean and smelled good, beds were good. The carpet needed to be replaced in the room. Drain was old need to be replaced
