Room wasnt ready until 5pm (hours after checkin). Bath towels had brown stains all over them. The indoor pool seemed to not have chlorine in it to keep help control bacteria & germs. Breakfast didnt look appetizing. Although it was FREE, we decided to play ot safe and get breakfast elseware.

The laundry room was closed off, I chose the hotel so I could wash at the same place I was staying. One of the beds was not properly made up, it look like someone was sleeping in the bed before I got there. The handle to the curtain was also broken which prevented me from closing it

I stayed with my husband and four kids after a trip to Busch Gardens and it fit our needs. The room was big enough for us and the beds were comfortable. I had to get extra bedding and towels from the front desk and staff was nice. We got to breakfast late, and staff was kind enough to ask us if we needed anything before they began to shut down breakfast. I recommend if you need a place to sleep for a fair price.

My daughter wanted to go to a hotel for her 11th birthday party to specifically for the heated pool and to be in a nice comfy room. Mainly the pool! The pool room smelled like fish and crabs super strong too, the tables and chairs in there were so dirty that we couldn’t even sit down! The water was not like pool water it was dirty and very VERY cold. The room floor was absolutely nasty, the coffee pot had black stuff all in the back of it then came morning time for breakfast the sausage wasn’t cooked fully and the milk was expired. Also the apples were not washed, super dirty. It was a complete waste of money and time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I wasn’t the only one who stayed who felt the same way I ran into 4 people who complained about the same exact thing and two of them also came for just the pool.

I loved the staff they were friendly snd outgoing slwsys willing to help. The breakfast was good and well stocked but lacked variety. We stayed for 6 days and only thibg that was switched out was sausage gravy ( which was very good) for link sausage. We selected hotel because it had a pool and a fitness area. Both were broken, pool heater and all cardio pieces were inoperable. We traveled with a small child who was very disappointed the she couldn't go swimming. To end on a positive note the shower temperature and water pressure was propably the bedt I have every experienced in a hotel.

The only ice machine I could find was on the lobby floor and it didn't work. The employee in the lobby filled my ice bucket rom a cooler in the kitchen. The vending machine in the lobby also didn't work. When I asked the employee, he told me it was a third party vendor. No other explanation. The breakfast was subpar. The sausage was undercooked, and the muffins were not appealing.

This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in we went through three rooms to find one that was clean and the door had not been damaged the floors are disgusting in the rooms there is food under the beds mold on the sheets and the floors in the rooms do not even look like they have been vacuumed ever stay away from this place

The hotel was in a good area near many stores, the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the carpets in the room and elevator were absolutely disgusting. The rugs smelled and had huge stains everywhere the elevator smelled like a mixture of urine and cigarettes. The staff were nice and they had great breakfast selection. I would recommend if they cared to clean the carpets and elevator.

The room smelled like it hasn't been used in years. It was dusty and lacked towels and toilet paper. The beds were hard and the pillows smelled molded.The hotel, especially the rooms, needed major updating. I will not be going back. Not worth the cost.

Waffle batter made my husband and me sick. The breakfast options were extremely small. Checking in took us at least almost 20mins, because the guy didnt have anything prepared and he was tripping over his words. The toilet seat was so small as well, leaking faucets a lot not a little, internet was absolutely horrible. Something was wrong with the bed im not sure if the box spring or frame was broke but you'd automatically roll to the middle of the bed. So, needless to say we didnt sleep well at all. But something was bad but we are both sick and we both had the waffles.

A little disappointed. The room was a handycap which fortunately, we didn't need but wow, what a difference in the lack of conveniences compared to the other rooms! No counter space in the bathroom. No hooks or place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom. The bathtub didn't have a hand held sprayer. As for the room itself, only one comfortable chair and a desk chair. No clock, frig didn't work well either. The bed was a king and very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Would have liked a heavier blanket though. My daughter got a regular room and it was awesome! A couch, plenty of counter to put your suitcase in the room, a comfortable chair and desk chair. Also had a king bed. BTW, the closet in both rooms were falling off the wall and were unusable. No ice machine but they were happy to provide ice in the kitchen. The breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cerial. Worth staying again but watch what you get room wise.

The breakfast menu never changes, waffles and cereal as well as toast every day. Alternating days, scrambled eggs, sausage's, biscuit and the other alternating day, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. The last day I was there, I saw a monster cockroach walking across the floor by reception. The internet in the rooms was horrible and could hardly get any work done!!

I booked a three night stay. I needed an accessible room, and I was told that this room had an accessible toilet with hand rails, and a tub with hand rails. I wanted a shower, but one wasn't available. They showed me a tub for size comparison, and i thought i would be able to step into one with handrails. When we got to the room, the toilet had no handrails and the tub had one small rail just like the tub shown us in a regular room. I couldnt use the toilet or take a shower. We stayed one night, then found a hotel that could accommodate me. We had to pay for all three nights even though they couldn't meet my needs.

We arrived in the evening and waited for the front desk person to come back for about 15 minutes. After we checked in we got to our room and it smelled liked an ash tray. When I asked the front desk if we can switch rooms he said no and that he could spray the room with air freshener.

Easy parking and no safety issues. Check in was easy and quick. The elevator needs to be inspected and may need repair. It makes a significant noise when operating. The sink water piping had some trapped air and this caused a water surge and discolored water when the sink was first operated. It did clear up after running for short period of time.

Our room was clean, the two beds were comfortable, there was plenty of closet space. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, basically a thin pad on top of wire mesh. There were two TVs, but only one remote worked. There was a slight mildew smell in the corridor, but not in the room. The breakfast was good; eggs, sausage, French toast, waffles, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, and cereal. The location was not great (not a lot of places to walk to), but easy access to the interstate.

2nd time staying here. This hotel is conveniently located by Fort Eustice its a 15 minute drive to and from. Located in a safe area, within distance of the business district. The only draw back was the smell of Marijuana from a group of people near the front doors. I know its legalized but you don't need to have it happening where people come 8n and out. We will return.

The hotel was in a good area near many stores, the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the carpets in the room and elevator were absolutely disgusting. The rugs smelled and had huge stains everywhere the elevator smelled like a mixture of urine and cigarettes. The staff were nice and they had great breakfast selection. I would recommend if they cared to clean the carpets and elevator.

Waffle batter made my husband and me sick. The breakfast options were extremely small. Checking in took us at least almost 20mins, because the guy didnt have anything prepared and he was tripping over his words. The toilet seat was so small as well, leaking faucets a lot not a little, internet was absolutely horrible. Something was wrong with the bed im not sure if the box spring or frame was broke but you'd automatically roll to the middle of the bed. So, needless to say we didnt sleep well at all. But something was bad but we are both sick and we both had the waffles.

Only spent the night but great rest and really clean rooms, only thing was elevator smelt like urine. Check in was smooth a 55 dollar deposit and breakfast had hot waffles, eggs and biscuits and gravy. We were satisfied with the price and the experience.

A little disappointed. The room was a handycap which fortunately, we didn't need but wow, what a difference in the lack of conveniences compared to the other rooms! No counter space in the bathroom. No hooks or place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom. The bathtub didn't have a hand held sprayer. As for the room itself, only one comfortable chair and a desk chair. No clock, frig didn't work well either. The bed was a king and very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Would have liked a heavier blanket though. My daughter got a regular room and it was awesome! A couch, plenty of counter to put your suitcase in the room, a comfortable chair and desk chair. Also had a king bed. BTW, the closet in both rooms were falling off the wall and were unusable. No ice machine but they were happy to provide ice in the kitchen. The breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cerial. Worth staying again but watch what you get room wise.

The breakfast menu never changes, waffles and cereal as well as toast every day. Alternating days, scrambled eggs, sausage's, biscuit and the other alternating day, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. The last day I was there, I saw a monster cockroach walking across the floor by reception. The internet in the rooms was horrible and could hardly get any work done!!

I loved the staff they were friendly snd outgoing slwsys willing to help. The breakfast was good and well stocked but lacked variety. We stayed for 6 days and only thibg that was switched out was sausage gravy ( which was very good) for link sausage. We selected hotel because it had a pool and a fitness area. Both were broken, pool heater and all cardio pieces were inoperable. We traveled with a small child who was very disappointed the she couldn't go swimming. To end on a positive note the shower temperature and water pressure was propably the bedt I have every experienced in a hotel.

The vending machine in the lobby also didn't work. When I asked the employee, he told me it was a third party vendor. No other explanation. The breakfast was subpar.
