Newport News Marriott at City Center

Our stay was wonderful, plenty to do and shops are in walking distance. I will be returning soon.

yes all as expected!

The clerk who checked me in was not pleasant and disrespected me when i had questions for her. People like her gives Marriott a bad name. She needs to be trained in diverse customer service. The other issue was the low water pressure in the shower with no markings for hot/cold on the shower faucet. The hot water was scalding hot! If those issues are addressed, I may consider booking another stay.

Everything was great!

For a marriot property. The entire place looked tired. Room service menu was there but promptly said they cannot do it because of no staff. I paid Marriot price to stay at a 2 star motel.
