This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. After booking the room, I received an email telling me that check in was between 2 pm and 8 pm and I must call if I was going to arrive after hours. When I arrived at roughly 7:45 PM, I was informed that they only had one housekeeper and that my room wasn't ready. I ran some errands and came back, and finally my room was ready. The lady at the front (very nice), informed me that there was a $10 deposit for towels, washcloths and bath mat. And, as I signed a point of sale receipt (there was no toner so I wasn't provided an actual receipt), I was informed that they had put in an order for toilet paper and soap. She also said that if I really needed it, she had half a roll in her room. The whole first floor was dirty and smelled like a mix of marijuana and mold. When I got to my room, the door wasn't even closed and it looked nothing like any of the pictures. There were always people hanging out right outside the front door smoking as well as stray cats. There were also vehicles just idling in the parking lot at all hours. Once I saw what my room actually looked like, I left so I can't comment on Wi-Fi or AC or anything else because it was time to go. This seemed more like a hotel that was rented hourly or monthly, definitely not recommended for a 1 night stay.

Overall the worst hotel I've ever tried to check into. Room was gross, probably hadn't been cleaned in months. Two cockroaches came crawling from under the bed. Carpet had stains over the entire floor. Switch by door didn't work, lamp did but that's about it. We emidiatly left, currently trying to get my money back, however the phone number they have listed is disconnected. The front desk lady was incredibly rude initially but did become a little more customer friendly as the check in process went along, but then tried to charge me a 10 dollar cash only deposit on towels. I realize it was a cheap hotel, but the lack of effort was unbelievable low. This business has to be some sort of front for something else going on.

According to the photos online, this is supposed to be a “Knights Inn” and the rooms that are pictured probably reflect that time. Period. When the hotel was so labeled. The hotel was disgusting. When you walk in to the front desk, there’s a person station there behind plexiglass, which is no big deal on itself, but there were handwritten signs plastered all over. I checked in received a roll of toilet paper to take with me and if I wanted towels to dry myself off with after a shower, use a washcloth or even a hand towel it was a $10 cash only deposit which I did not have $10 in cash on me and the ATM in the lobby was out of service.. I got my room key went down the hall, which reeked like trash and the carpets were littered with miscellaneous particles of whatever people have charged in from outside as well, as it looks like streaks of black, something embedded into the carpet itself. The room was sparse with hardly anything in it except for a chest of drawers with a TV mounted on top one chair the bed and a side table with a lamp on it. The window had a manual adjusting shower curtain rod up with curtains that look like they have been bought at the dollar store and the bed sheets and blanket were very thin with the pillows in what looks like a hand me down from grandma’s handcrafted collection of pillowcases.. I went back to my car to get something and was confronted by two cockroaches, trying to flee from me (they didn’t make it) terrible place!!!
