Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The parking lot is full of nothing but broken glass and cigarette butts. The room is disgusting, the fridge has mold. I don’t even understand how this is allowed as a hotel. The people who give it good reviews are probably people who smoke in the rooms and are glad they didn’t get charged a smoking fee.

Lamps missing bulbs.TV didn't work (we were told that). A/c didn't work. Also someone changed and spilled motor oil in the parking space in front of our room. But for 1 night's sleep it was OK

Bathtub was clogged with long filthy hair and I am a bald guy ( wasn’t my hair ) I had to unclog it myself and puked. That means the bathtub had never been cleaned. Please do an effort to improve cleanliness. My worst experience ever this year

We had 4 rooms. Heat didn’t work in 2 of the rooms. Smeared blood on the counter. Poop in the toilet. A map in a drawer on where to get drugs… yes, a literal map on where to go. Receptacles ripped out of the wall and lying on the ground. And pretty sure based on the amount of cockroaches that were crawling around with the lights on, it would have been 10 times worse with the lights off. No idea how this place has remained open!

The hotel had mattresses and garbage laying around. I got in late and checked in but had prior engagements so I was not able to check out the room until late. Upon entering the room, it has this very pungent odor. The floors were not swept and there were droppings from bugs. Next to the bed there were cockroaches, that's when i called the front desk. When i arrived to speak with the staff, he began offering another room to which i checked and that room was just as filthy. I told him that I would like to cancel my reservations with them as I do not want to bring any bugs home. This took hours and staff made the statement that they had to wait until their manager came in to process the refund. I do not recommend staying here. It is not clean nor bug free.

Our room was dirty. There was what appeared to be dust and crumbs all over the floor. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a few weeks. There was cigarette burns in our blanket on the bed. The room had an odor when we entered the room. I definitely would not stay here again!

Gross. There was mold on the shower curtain, the toilet was disgusting, there was dirt and buildup all around the refrigerator. The coffee maker in the room had a ton of dust all over it as if it hadn’t been wiped down ever. Disgusting

We found insects all over the rooms, the toilet bowl was leaking everywhere on the floor, it wasn’t clean (weird brown stain in the bath) and the room smelled like weed. It was deceiving.

I asked for Non Smoking king bed and entered the room smelling like smoke. Was charged $1.00 more to move into a double bed room. Moved the sitting chair and found dirty socks and soda bottle and trash.

We've stayed in worse and better, so it was ok. The rooms dont have carpet so bring some house/slip on shoes because the floors are cold. They dont use full size pullows which we throught was strange, but I brought my own from home so that helped, because if I hadn't I would have been uncomfortable with the smaller ones. The bed was amazingly comfortable and wish mine at home was as big and comfortable. The family running the hotel was super nice.

The hotel was clean enough and the staff was friendly enough. In the room, I went to turn on lights and bulbs were missing. Do people steal them now? At 3 a.m. a man banged on our door, looking for Joe. It was Super Scary. The hotel needs to complain to the town council or something. The area was bright enough, and we were on the 2nd floor. This should NOT happen. Guess what? The man returned 45 minutes later. I called the desk. They said someone came to them as well!! I’m thinking security system? We hurriedly checked out and we’re scared getting into our vehicle.

The front desk person never spoke a single word throughout the check in process. I walked in, he just looked at me, I told him the reservation name. He typed in the computer, shoved a pice of paper under the glass, then my key. All without a single word. I know he can speak because I came back to ask about the heat and he answered me. But just the absolute most ignored I’ve ever felt while looking straight at someone.

I had to ring the bell several times to check in. Even though i was in and out the reception area several times, i did not see any staff again. Even for checkout. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee and prewrapped muffins. No attendant.

First room had a slight odor (smoke) smell and manager quickly moved us to another room as soon as we mentioned we may not do well in that room. He followed up to make sure we were good with new room. Was basic room but great customer service.

The bed was comfortable, the room seemed clean. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and when I checked out there was no one on the desk to tell this to so who knows it if will be fixed. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent because there were only a few peach yogurts in their small refrigerator and some blueberry muffins available. So if you don’t like peach yogurt or blueberry muffins you were out of luck.

The biggest issues were only 2 towels for 5 people. No sheets, blankets or pillows for pull out voracious for 5th person. Only coffee, yogurt, muffins and Juice for breakfast. TV did not work. Just a screen saying low data.
