The patio was unsafe it was broken and we couldn’t have our 4 year old son with us . Also there was a leak on our patio from the room above , it was as raining out there. I called the front desk and they said it may be the the ac unit above and they never resolved anything . We just went to bed at 8pm because it ruined our vacation… worst hotel experience ever .

We booked a suite, arrived about 9 pm, the clerk lied to us and said we booked full size room for 5 adults, inferred hotel.com made a mistake, suggested we call them. I had booking info, was able to get agent on quickly, when clerk realized this she remembered they had plumbing problem that day, had to move rooms around. We took the room, planned to speak with Mgr next day, a cot was in the hall as we got off elevator-further proof she lied. I spoke to Mgr next day, she waived first night room fee, would look for better accommodations, tried to make things right, waived first night’s fees, would discount remainder so we weren’t paying full seasonal prices (we booked early) and provided free coffee at Starbucks that morning. Later we were abruptly informed changing us to adjourning rooms once cleaned, we voluntarily packed up our stuff, so they could move us while we were out and open up the full room. 1st night, didn’t give us extra blankets with cot, 2nd day we didn’t get enough towels. When we asked for these items, they would banged on door instead of knocking. I did call hotel.com about the billing, they said they would take care of it. At checkout, I asked for receipt, was given full charge statement except 1st night, clerk said they didn’t have CC, I declined to pay, said I would go through hotel.com who we already paid. Less than an hour later, I got notified Mariott charged my retainer card. I called hotel.com, they resolved issue. Don’t recommend this hotel.
