The hot food items at the breakfast bar were pass their prime - hard and dry. The coffee was cold mid day and the desk staff offered to warm it rather than make a fresh pot for their guests. The carpet in the breakfast area had many food bits and pieces which means it didnt get vacuumed the 2 days we were there. One of the reasons we pick the Marriott band is for their good breakfast service but this hotel really missed the mark. Very disappointing.

The room is clean spotless. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only small issue if the noise insulation, as i stayed lower level and could hear every single steps or noise from the people who stayed on upper level. The TV is kind of old.
