I've stayed here multiple times and it's always clean, nice breakfast, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and we always enjoy looking out at the lake. Great location too.

The suites are provided with Kitchen, that are not new. unfortunately my experience I had plenty of ants walking around the top of the kitchen and on the walls. But the staff was very helpful, they changed the room immediately after I showed the pictures

The staff stands out at this hotel. They are friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was less great because we the vanity sink in our room had a non functioning drain. Beautiful location on Lake Chelan. Nice breakfast. Nice mattresses.
