Friendly accommodating staff. Outside doors need attention. One wouldn’t unlock with swipe card the other didn’t lock at all. Coffee machine was unplugged and had to be moved to a location with an outlet. Quiet room, clean and comfortable. Will definitely return again and recommend to others.

Pros: The hotel is quiet inside and outside, clean, has hot/cold breakfast items, coffee 24hrs, and nice front desk staff, there was a cute little chicken farm behind the building and seen from the parking lot, our room overlooked the chicken farm (I LOVE CHICKENS & to my surprise, they were quiet) Cons: The pool wasn't open (renovation), the TV didn't work (it was possessed and did random things, the remote didn't work), this hotel was the farthest from town and was surrounded by a truck stop & a janky RV park.

Great staff—-foremost! Stewart & Karrie were 2 names I remember at the front desk. Very accommodating for our baseball parents and kids. Pool was being renovated. Bummer!! Smelled a bit moldy throughout the hotel. Breakfast was free!—-and mediocre. The carpets were dirty and smelly. Vacuumed but dirty. Drain in hotel room was very slow to drain. Maybe a pipe issue throughout??? Very affordable and convenient

Stayed here for CWU graduation weekend. I booked way in advance since I knew the weekend would fill up. Motel needs to be updated. Our room was clean and provided the need the for weekend. The pool was closed for renovations which was a bummer. Beware there is no elevator. I asked for a late checkout on Sunday but was declined and said I would have to pay for another day. They did provided bottled water in the lobby which was great.

Noisy spot off of highway. Key cards did not work on outside doors so guests were propping doors open which was unsafe. Windows were very dirty, could have watched the sunrise but couldn’t see out. Breakfast was minimal but good.

I think the cleaning staff replaced the bedding and forgot to do the rest We were only there for about 6 hours to sleep and shower. We decided to pass on the shower because it didn't look like it had been cleaned. There were beer bottle caps under the desk and sticky residue all over the desk. I know it is a budget hotel, but it should be clean - at the very least. I did talk (nicely) to the receptionist the next morning, but she didn't really offer anything to make it right. Kind of bummed because this would have been a great location for us while visiting our son who now lives in Ellensburg.

It seemed like our room had recently flooded. The carpets were damp, and we had to wash our feet before putting shoes on because the carpet was gross. The flooring in the bathroom was all bubbled up. Walls were dirty. I guess $140 is new $60 rooms, because this was disappointing for how much we paid.

I was unaware that pool and hot tub were closed. Tried to have a bath in suite but under the rubber bath mat in the tub was MOLD. Also there was a weird sound - either a bird in its nest or a pet in a surrounding suite who woke me up both mornings at 7am. Lastly, our keys were deactivated on the second day even though we were booked for 2 nights.

If your looking for a spot to sleep and you do not care about comfort this is your place. The beds were rock solid and very noisy every time you moved. The carpet was gross. Our toddler was just wearing socks and by the end of the night they were black. They definitely need to do some updates and maybe clean a little better.

right next to truck stop. don't know how but, a truck was parked next to our window. diesel truck started up 5 am with a beeping sound for 15 min straight. i dreamt my car ran out of gas and the alarm was going off for the gas (it was the truck) thats how i woke up. its not the hotels fault that a truck stop is next door. but i really think the truck was on motel property as many were. and outside my window which was like a wide driveway area. there is a trailer park that is about 150 feet from the motel. i feel so bad for those residents as they must hear it all night. otherwise the motel looked nice, the breakfast was ok. close to town.

It was good to find a stay for a reasonable price but the amenities are not even functional. Tv kept needing unplugged and re started. Coffee pot didnt get very hot. The outside door doesnt open. Pretty run down

We had two rooms for four guests conveniently located near a rear entrance. One was quiet facing a field; the other was next to a parking alcove convenient to another entrance. That alcove became the hub for smoking guests outside one of our windows which allowed guests to talk noisily amongst themselves and on their phones at all hours of the night. The night was disrupted several times by other guests impervious to their proximity to sleeping guests (trying to sleep guests). Management COULD post a sign to limit or warn guests about congregating and conversing near that entrances. There were at least three other rooms that would or could have been affected.

The cost was a bit high for what the property offers: soft, lump beds and a noisy air conditioner. It is definitely a two-star hotel because of the uncomfortable beds and the overall tatty room furniture. The staff on site during our stay, especially Brock at the front desk, went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. It was a very busy weekend (multiple sports tournaments in the area) but Brock followed through when we needed extra items for our room. In addition, he called after we’d checked out to tell us that housekeeping had found our son’s AirPods so we were able to pick them up before we left town. I cannot thank him enough, as well as the housekeeping staff, for going the extra mile!

After driving 9 hours, I was tired and just wanted to lay down. When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk. I even looked in the office, nobody to be found, I ended up waiting for at least 15 minutes. He finally showed up, said sorry for the wait, I was helping someone set up their TV. Well if that's the case, leave a note at the front desk. I was trying to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else but Expedia website was having issues. Also, I know the hotel has no control over this but there was somebody that left at 3:30 in the morning with a loud diesel truck outside of my room that let it idle for 20 minutes. Drove away then came back 20 minutes later and parked with their headlights at my window and proceeded to idle another 15 to 20 minutes, very rude. Some people have no clue!

Excellent customer service by both the evening & the morning shift staff members! Thank you ladies for making that extra effort to provide great service and make your guests feel welcome! Room was clean, bed was comfy. Location was easy to find and the property felt safe (no weirdos hanging around, well lit convenient parking). Pet friendly, REAL breakfast (the staff made an effort to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked). Lots of dining options nearby for dinner as well.

They promised a crib. Then none was available. We had to leave. They would not give us a refund . Expedia sucks. No way to file a claim, even though I bought travel insurance. The whole experience was awful. A waste of money

When we checked in they assigned us room 220 and gave us the key for it, when we went to the room it was obvious someone else already was staying in that room, and we just walked in, if they had been in the room it could have been bad. When we went back down stairs the staff acted as if was no big deal, and it made me paranoid they entire time we were there that someone could just walk into our room. When walking into the building the sidewalk was uneven but you couldn't see it, i tripped and fell. I told the staff about it and they didnt seem to care, I said they should put something out there, like a cone or sign or something and they didn't. When checking out there was no one there, but there was a basket for keys that anyone could just come and take from. Overall the experience was awful and disappointing, will jot stay at Days Inn again.

Definitely a place to pull over to get some sleep. With the price point that it’s at, a lot of out-of-town workers were staying, which I was one as well. You will have to drive to get food. It was late when I checked in, drove into town to grab some food headed back and the place was quiet. Not fancy, but perfect for the price point.

A really nice large room. Other than that, the building was dated. The hot breakfast included sausage links and sausage links (yes you read that correctly). There was one really good employee and the remainder were lacking. The location was easy to get to, but it was basically sandwiched between the highway, a truck gas station and a farmer's field.

Very outdated, bring all your chargers and adapters and expect to charge something in the bathroom due to limited outlets, no fridge. the complimentary breakfast was not only very limited in choices but there wasn’t enough room to sit with a capacity of less than about 15 and that was crowded. Didn’t go to the pool but it appeared clean and big enough to enjoy. Our standards aren’t high and you get what you pay for so for a good nights rest it was fine.
