The pictures on Expedia are a complete LIE! We booked & were charged for an executive studio suite to sleep four ... king size bed, a couch that folds out to a bed & 2 tvs. There was only 1 tv, & the pullout bed was barely the size of a twin! We went to the front desk to ask for a pull out bed & were told they don't have those. My son had to sleep on the floor while my other sons feet hung off the twin pull out bed about 12 inches. The pool is the size of a 10 person hot tub & the actual hot tub was completely drained. Front office said it hasnt worked all year & will continue to be closed. No money back or compensation, will never stay with Marriott again! Very disappointing!

The bed was fantastic and we went to the mall nearby. Everything was great except the pool and hot tub werent working and they didnt have pepper for the morning breakfast.

The pullout was tiny. We were planning two kids sleeping on it but only one fit. Bedding also did not fit the pullout. The room had an odor to it. The bathroom was not vented with a fan which created mold. Breakfast was pretty well stocked though. Pool area was very small and everything echoed which meant my loud kids were even louder. The hot tub was not working but had a foot of water in it. Not my favorite place to stay.

While the hotel wasn't awful, it was fair at best. Hot tub was closed for maintenance which seems to be more common amongst most hotels nowadays. The rooms were clean, but outdated. No fan in the bathroom so when you showered the whole room was covered in a dense steam fog. Breakfast was so/so. One day there was no fruit. Eggs were dry. Bagels and English muffins were stale. But the next day there was biscuits and gravy ( which you can't really screw up). So the breakfast was more of an extra. I would not stay here for the breakfast or the hot tub if that's what you're looking for.

It took 20 minutes to check in. Mold in the bathroom. Ventilation fan didn’t work. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Bathroom ceiling had tons of water damage. Wallpaper was peeling. Room and bathroom were less than clean. Ran out of food at breakfast. They didn’t have any napkins at breakfast - I asked for some and they said they were out. Didn’t even have paper towel rolls. They should have just gone to the store RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Just don’t stay here. The hotel next door is a better option. We’ve stayed in motel five+ones better than this.

The staff is the only thing keeping this at 2 stars instead of 1. Whoever owns thjs hotel has clearly given up. I've stayed in the same room a couple of times over a 2 month period. The entire time, one of the tv's has never worked. My last stay included cold showers and bad internet. However, staff are super nice!

Our room had no microwave although hotels.com said there was one. We also didn’t get the room we booked through hotels.com. I paid for a double queen and the hotel tried to put us in a handicapped king one bed, based on what hotels.com had sent them. The hotel was awesome though and got us a room we wanted. The staff was great, mattresses were a little hard but everything else about the room was good.

I need to be compensated for the way you handled my cancellation the day of my arrival.That is when I was notified when I arrived at the desk to the Hotel after driving 4 hrs.I email that I seen telling me that Marriott cancelled was after the fact.So our trip started out awfull we had to go to a different town and pay more to get a hotel

The building isn’t very clean, the staff setting up breakfast was rude, the hot tub wasn’t functional and the breakfast was terrible.

It took 20 minutes to check in. Mold in the bathroom. Ventilation fan didn’t work. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Bathroom ceiling had tons of water damage. Wallpaper was peeling. Room and bathroom were less than clean. Ran out of food at breakfast. They didn’t have any napkins at breakfast - I asked for some and they said they were out. Didn’t even have paper towel rolls. They should have just gone to the store RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Just don’t stay here. The hotel next door is a better option. We’ve stayed in motel five+ones better than this.

The pullout was tiny. We were planning two kids sleeping on it but only one fit. Bedding also did not fit the pullout. The room had an odor to it. The bathroom was not vented with a fan which created mold. Breakfast was pretty well stocked though. Pool area was very small and everything echoed which meant my loud kids were even louder. The hot tub was not working but had a foot of water in it. Not my favorite place to stay.

While the hotel wasn't awful, it was fair at best. Hot tub was closed for maintenance which seems to be more common amongst most hotels nowadays. The rooms were clean, but outdated. No fan in the bathroom so when you showered the whole room was covered in a dense steam fog. Breakfast was so/so. One day there was no fruit. Eggs were dry. Bagels and English muffins were stale. But the next day there was biscuits and gravy ( which you can't really screw up). So the breakfast was more of an extra. I would not stay here for the breakfast or the hot tub if that's what you're looking for.

Very clean motel, the staff was excellent and even after our original key cards didn’t work and a move to another floor and even another move due to ac unit crashing, the stay was great and bed super comfortable. I’d definitely stay here agsin

Fairfield in Kennewick is a nice, quiet place to stay temporarily in the area! The only complaint I had was, I chose this place because of the pool and hot tub, which are not working right now due to maintenance issues.

The gym looks like it’s been remodeled but not completed. The “equipment” was broken and missing tv’s the tvs on the elliptical weren’t hooked up. For $360 a night these things should be fully functional and breakfast should better than something you could get at McDonald’s.
