The carpeting in the stair way was horrible. It had food on the sides of the wall and was severely stained, it also smelled like mildew. I believe a deep carpet cleaning can improve it tremendously. The shower head in room 216 needs to be replaced. The gym equipment parts are missing and one-side is broken. A safety hazard.

The couch was uncomfortable and broken. I checked out at 830am because I could not comfortably sit and relax. The pillows where extremely lumpy! Amenities not working (hot tub) Staff was excellent!

We stayed for 5 nights. Overall the room was good and the bed was comfortable. We loved the free happy hour drinks and the free breakfast. The pool was small but clean and service was friendly. Only complaint was our toilet needed a new valve it kept running. We mentioned it to the front desk. Overall good stY and I recommend it.

Only one elevator was working and it was inconvenient.

Rooms are big and quiet. Breakfast was awesome and evening reception with free drinks is the best. I felt like I was in a resort. I would definitely recommend. Only drawback was elevators. Elevators are slow and sometimes they are frustrating.

The ice machine was broken. The internet seemed to be out. We enjoyed the facilities. And The breakfast was good.My husband really enjoyed it.

This hotel never disappoints. Large and spacious rooms. One of the best breakfasts that you can get (included in price too) and free parking. Pool and jacuzzi great. Near the light rail. We were able to sit and eat downstairs at 9:30pm Sat night after a long day of exploring the Seattle area.

Disappointment. Only one elevator was working for the entire hotel, hot tub was under maintenance, shower did not drain, and the one elevator that was working was always dirty.

The hot tub was broken the entire stay. Every morning they said the part to fix it had not arrived. The "heated" pool was freezing cold, and when I inquired I was fed a line about it being cool because it was salt water... The pool was also run down and the marcite was peeling horribly. The music in the pool area was nonstop Christmas music... in March. The breakfast was lackluster for an Embassy Suites. There was very little hot food on offer making it feel more like the free breakfast at a Comfort Inn. Embassy Suites used to have the best breakfast in the biz. The room was comfortable but dated, and the overall vibe of the hotel was "this place used to be really nice". It needs paint and polish. Even the elevators had cracked paneling on the floors.

This hotel feels more like a one-star property than a Hilton brand. From the moment you step inside, the condition of the building and rooms does not reflect the Embassy Suites standard or even what I would expect from a three-star hotel. While the amenities such as made-to-order omelets, the manager’s reception, and free parking are appreciated, the poor upkeep overshadows those benefits. The property itself is in need of significant renovation. The walls by the pool appear to be rotting, the pool looks unclean, and the common areas feel neglected. In the guest room, the curtains were stained, the carpet was dirty, and the bed was unacceptable — the fitted sheet didn’t cover the mattress, which was stained, and the exposed box spring was also heavily marked. The bathroom showed visible stains as well. On a positive note, most of the staff were kind and attentive. Nine out if the ten employees I interacted with were friendly and provided good service. One staff member seemed stressed and came across as curt, but overall the staff appeared to be working hard despite the state of the property. This was, unfortunately, the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. If you are seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property, this is not it. For a Hilton hotel, it was extremely disappointing, and I would not stay here again.

Clean and the staff are friendly!

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. I didn’t notice until the morning when I went to use the shower but the handle for the shower faucet was missing so you couldn’t turn water on. Once maintenance fixed that, I got in the shower to find a huge clump of hair on top of the shampoo dispenser. I also found a card from a game on the floor from the previous people who stayed in the room. Both mornings at breakfast the dining area was short clean dishes while dirty dishes piled up on a counter in dining area The patio outside of the pool area had the same dirty dishes and empty alcohol containers on it for 3 days. We often stay at embassy properties but this time it felt like management was letting this property go.

We love staying here but last time it felt like the place was dirty. People are friendly and food was good but definitely felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

I have only stayed in a couple of Embassy Suite Hotels over the last few years. This particular property sets the bar very low in terms of cleanliness. Stains were on every square foot of the carpeting. Even the drapes had stains. Breakfast buffet was typical for Embassy Suites and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly but overworked. I think corporate should seriously consider replacing carpeting, drapes and some decor. This hotel is in DESPERATE need of repair. The pool deck was filthy, so one can only guess what microbes are lingering in and around the pool / jacuzzi. I would NOT stay at this particular hotel again.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. The microwave was beat to hell the glass plate was missing and the tub was not cleaned good. Carpet needs to be shampooed

The couch had a huge stain and looked uncomfortable to even sit down. There was also a huge stain on the carpet and the roo. Just looked not clean at all.

Washer and dryer were out of order. Ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order too. The young lady at the front desk told me it’s been that way for 6mos!!! Our first handicapped room had dirty shower and mold on the walls in the bathroom. We were moved to another room, not handicapped. My adult son went to the desk on Tuesday and asked for bottled water. We didn’t have our honors number… he did not get water!!! WATER!!!!!! Breakfast was suitable. It has not changed in over 30 years. Very disappointed with this stay because of the conditions. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience. Breakfast was amazing lota of food options to choose from. Very safe are and everything was super clean

Clean room and nice hotel

We have many fond memories of Embassy Suites but unfortunately this one did not live up to those memories. This is a very budget Embassy Suites - AC in the room didn't work, no coffee in the lobby in the morning, and so many kids running around the hotel unattended until late hours. It made for a loud, long and stuffy night. We did not have time to try out the breakfast. Overall, I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

The internet is terrible at this location. For being near Seattle and a tech focused city having a hotel that offers 5mbs speeds is shameful in 2025. Also logging into the free WiFi with your room number and name it makes you jump through hoops and requires you to sign up to Hilton rewards even though I’m already a member, there was no login link. The hotel is dated, and the shower sucks. Hardly any pressure and the tub doesn’t drain so you get a bath and a shower at the same time! There’s two tvs which is nice but they only provide one remote so that’s insane. The hotel is situated as a ring of rooms around a wide open center section which looks neat but is terrible for acoustics. All morning you are greeted with the clanks of silverware echoing up to your room. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear people speaking down at the breakfast tables. Also kids would be running and yelling all night down there making it very loud in my room. The couch had some strange stains on the cushion along with the lampshade. Not a shining example of a well kept hotel. The rooms were large though so that’s nice. The bed was comfortable enough. The tvs provided was lcd but felt like they were pretty darn old. The menus looked like tvs from 2005. I don’t think I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Seattle. If they fixed their internet and showers maybe. Just maybe.

Liked the spacious room, great breakfast. The mattresses in the rooms were so worn that to si on the edge of the bed I was almost sitting on the floor.

My only issue is that the room doesn't cool off. The AC said 65 but it was probably 73-74 at the coolest. Outside of the room was cooler than inside. Also the parking lot does not drain water in certain areas.

The hotel was clean, room was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable but the sofa bed mattress was so thin you could feel all the springs. That was the only thing we didn’t like about the hotel. Their breakfast was really good . They had an omelette station if you didn’t want scrambled eggs.

Very nice hotel, but the furniture in the room is looking a bit dated, given the experience a bit of that 80-bucks-per-night-motel-room vibe. The atrium is beautiful and makes it feel so much more open than the typical hotel with long hallways, but in return the living room area of the guest room doesn't get daylight and is quite dark. Breakfast was very good, operated by very friendly and helpful staff.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! A/c is broken and we were never told about this prior to our stay. When I contacted the front desk about it, they told us to open the window and they brought us a box fan. It’s hotter than our house in Florida! On top of that, they wouldn’t give us a refund for our remaining days bc it was booked through Expedia. They offered points but we wouldn’t have them available to use for 10-14 days. Totally unacceptable.

Good option if going into Seattle as the train station is just down the street, 4 blocks. The breakfast was excellent with made to order omelettes. The only con was the room was hot and the AC didn’t work very well and the window didn’t open very much so we were too warm.

Overall I enjoy staying at this hotel. The set up of the rooms is nice with the separate living room and the bedroom. The breakfast is always delicious and is one of the reasons I stay here. But once again I did not like the shower experience. The tub never drains so I’m stuck taking a shower standing in a tub full of water. Not the best experience. However everything else like the friendly staff made it a great stay!

It was a bit dated. Unique layout. Check in was strictly at 4:00 p.m., they would not check us in at 3:55 p.m. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was nice to have it available. We really appreciated the reception hour that included 2 free drinks. The room was spacious. I'm not sure that I'd stay here again if I had the option.

The check in took way longer than it should, then we were given the wrong room number. While trying to get our keys to work someone else walked up and asked why we were trying to get into their room. The front desk said "sorry it was stressful" and I gave you the wrong number. Are you kidding me!?

Checking in the receptionist was not kind and very snotty! We then find out that all the elevators but one was broken and have been for quite awhile, and also the hot tub was out of order as well which was a huge bummer! Then we got to our room and the mini fridge leaked all over the floor! The only plus was the maintenance guy came very quick and he was super nice. The. Two days in we called and let the front know that we wanted room service to get new towels and empty the garbage cans. They verified our room number and everything and said of course we will do that. We get back from a long day and nothing had been don’t room service never showed up, so I walked down and the front lady goes oh we don’t have you anywhere on the list to get cleaned and was extremely rude. Now onto the cascade restaurant. We where of course in town and we have lots of friends and family in the area so we where like let’s all do dinner at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant has two table occupied at this time so we went up to ask if they could seat our big party and we where even willing to break up into smaller groups. The lady working seemed kind and was willing but needed to ask her manager. The manager came out and was honestly the rudest restaurant manager I’ve ever come across, he told us basically he had no interest in serving us and that we where in an inconvenience and then we questioned him and he stated he wasn’t going to sit there and argue with us and walked away.AVOID THIS PLACE!

EVERY staff member that I interacted with was couteous, friendly and helpful.

We arrived at check in time to a stressed out staff because there was a line up of check ins and the rooms were not ready. Once we got to our room it obviously had not been cleaned. Beds were made and towels looked clean. However, there were used Que tips on the living room floor along with other debris that made it apparent that the room had not been vacuumed. We then found black curly hair on both beds and in the bathroom sink. We were offered for the room to be clean “again”, half off of our stay as well as vouchers for a future stay. I like Embassy Suites however I would not recommend this location.

Staff fretted me very well upon check in! Thank you to her it gave the rest of the stay a very welcomed feeling!

Long line. Only one front desk agent. Went back out and waited in my car for 15 min. Came in. Still people waiting.

We asked for our room to be cleaned. That didn’t happen. The night manager’s response was, “I’m not surprised!”… We asked that manager for maid service the next day (you had to ask the day/night before). That didn’t happen aaaagain. That same manager was there when we asked why our room didn’t get clean and he just shrugged his shoulders… We had to go through the housekeeping staff to finally get our trash taken and towels removed. Not a typical Embassy Suites stay BY FAR!

Best front desk staff ever!

Easy access, very friendly and helpful staff. Had to add an extra night, and desk clerk made sure I got the same room, saving me the hassel of a change of location. The Sports bar and breakfast staff were also very nice and attentive. All in all, a very nice stay.

Nice property with many amenities. Excellent full breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Plenty of safe, parking but not walkable to stores , shops. Many families with children - so a bit noisy in the lobby and atrium , but little noise in the room. Kids playing soccer in the atrium at 10pm !!

Good location. Things looked like they were in need of updating, like the pool area. They need a new computer system or faster computers. Had to wait 15 min to check in because of something to do with their computers. Bathtub drained very slowly, likely clogged. Not the friendliest demeanor at checkout.

Nice Hotel tucked away in a quiet area of Lynwood. Very close to shopping, dining and services.

Good location, clean and easy access to I-5 for family visit off of 155th.

Great location for our visit to Seattle. The drive in to Seattle was not bad if going at the right time and it was a spacious room with comfortable beds for our family of 5. There was plenty of parking and many places to eat and shop nearby. The free breakfast was a great start to each day!

If you choose this one you should have a car unless you can tolerate the high cost of uber or the very time-consuming public transportation.

Overall great! Only 2 hiccups: 1. There was only 1 remote for 2 tvs... but that was quickly remedied when i mentioned it to the clerk. 2. The cascade restaurant... the service was good and the plates that my sister and brother-in-law had were good, although one has to wonder how a plain burger with only ketchup could be confused with one cheese burger with only ketchup. I ordered fish and chips with tater tots. Tots were great! The double battered overcooked tiny pieces if fish.. not so much. Next time I'll order pizza from domino's!

Fantastic breakfast. Restaurant in Atrium has great food.

The omelette for breakfast.

Our stay was quite comfortable as far as the suite goes. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with many choices. The front desk personnel were friendly, professionsl and proficient. My only gripe is the incredibly slow service in the restaurant. This included taking our order and delivery time. Then my husband had to chase down our waiter to get our dessert.

It was great to stay here. They gave us vouchers for 2 free adult beverages per night. When we arrived to redeem, there were also small appetizers to take as well. The breakfast was above our expectations with the french toast and the "eggs your way" station with a chef. Rooms were spacious and quiet.Totally recommend 10/10.
