Really great staff!! Rented a kitchenette, it didn’t have stove but staff supplied one, along with pan and spatula. Needed more kitchen items, though, such as kitchen towel , knife and cutting board . Hot tub was great !

Comfortable place to stay. Very clean. Many options at the free breakfast. Friendly staff. One thing is that the health club is not on site and it is quite a walk away from the facility and not open every day so if that something you’re counting on, you might be disappointed. We stayed for a week and it was great until someone rented the room upstairs above us and it was so noisy. They would awake you from a dead sleep. Sounded like kids, jumping off of the bed and running back-and-forth but that was nothing against the hotel itself. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Although the hotel seemed to be on the older side, it was clean, quiet and well maintained, and had an excellent complimentary breakfast. Very close to downtown Poulsbo. We really enjoyed staying there. The only thing that could have been improved was the shower head was a bit of a struggle to turn on.

There was no internet because of a disruption in the area..we were not informed prior to checking in and for the price of the room it was not worth it. No elevators , the a/c was old and barely blowing so only the area by the ac was cool , the ceiling was all patched from I assume water damage. The bathrooms are literally 4 ft of space and outdated as was the room. The refrigerator would almost top out of the cabinet when you opened it. The shower head was super low and no water pressure. Despite no internet for our way , no comps were offered. The room did not feel clean and one sheet had a blood stain on it, ??

Staff very friendly. Our room was located on the first floor near a back exit to accommodate our dog. It’s an older motel but well maintained and quiet. Breakfast offering was good, similar to many hotels with self-serve eggs, sausage, juice, toast, muffins, coffee. Our only complaint was that the carpeted floor was damp and smelled of bleach for the three days we were there.

The wonderful gal at the front desk was courteous and friendly despite my being a tired grumpy old man! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a nice clean dining room to enjoy it in. This is not a safe hotel, I went to bed at 10 o’clock. I put both the locks on and a towel across the bottom of the door for protection to be safe.. when I woke up at 6:15 in the morning both the locks and the towel was moved from the door. The door was unlocked.. I called the front desk told him the issue, and he admitted that he, the manager opened my door to see if I was there, he said there was a computer glitch. So instead of calling the room to see if there was anybody in there, he decided to open the door and look in. This is totally unacceptable. In every way possible I am a rape and abuse survivor., you can imagine how I felt when I saw my open door. This is trauma, more trauma on top of the trauma that I experienced at the time of the attack. I will never feel safe in a hotel room again thanks to this. Stay in Poulsbo.. oh and I was there for for a funeral of a friend so it really made for an interesting afternoon. I cannot tell you how this made me feel and that he felt that opening the door was his first best option instead of calling the room. Not a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the GuestHouse Inn and Suites in Poulsbo, WA. We live in Auburn, WA and we wanted to visit somewhere that wasn't too far away. Poulsbo was our choice. The GuestHouse Inn and Suites is located in a perfect spot. It is only 5 minute drive from the property to the Liberty Bay Waterfront Park. The room we stayed in was very nice! Very clean! This is a non-smoking hotel. Free breakfast, Free WiFi, Free parking available on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. Several of the room service staff (those who clean the rooms) greeted us as we made our way to our room! It was a small gesture that meant a lot to us. I would recommend staying at the GuestHouse Inn and Suites to my family and friends.

Arrived 30 min. Prior to 3pm check in, but room was ready so they let us check in early. Front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful with our questions. The continental breakfast that is included was good. Had waffle maker, cheese omlets, sausage patties and the traditional continental breakfast items. However, there is a Dennys across the street if you want a more traditional breakfast. The only thing that I can say negative is that the walls are a bit thin. Could hear the neighbors next to us talking and upstairs neighbors walking around. However, things did get pretty quiet around 11pm.

However, the rooms had a musty smell and my son and daughter in-law had to move to another hotel because the hotel was full, but there room had a mold and mildew problem to where she was having difficulty breathing. The hotel (not Hotels,com) refunded one night. The HVAC and ventilation system needs improvement.
