Frukosten var jättebra- man kunde välja mellan buffé och a la carte. Dock kunde väntetiden på att få bord vara lång. De borde kunna effektivisera detta en del.

The Crowne Plaza Seattle is a nice modern hotel in downtown (neighborhood is a bit rough). Rooms were comfortable with decent but not lavish amenities. Heating and air conditioning worked fine as did wifi. There was some noise from the hallways, but my room was generally quiet. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. The hotel seems to get a lot of Airline crew business and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. High floor rooms have great views, my lower-floor room looked out on a highway, but wasn't noisy. The hotel doesn't have a lot of personality, but it is a perfectly reliable choice. You do lose frequent guest perks if you book through hotels.com, so that may be a consideration if you stay here.

Overall, the hotel was great, comfortable and clean, great beds and pillows, staff was very attentive and the location was excellent. The only bad thing was the shower had terrible water pressure and was lukewarm at best, depending on the time of day you showered. The first time we asked about it, they said they would have someone check it as we were leaving for dinner. We didn’t notice that it was any better. When we asked again, they mentioned they were having trouble hotel-wide, but on our 4-night stay, we dealt with cold showers and were not offered any type of compensation for it. Disappointing.
