Fantastic hotel in a convenient location to shopping and Capitol Hill. Street parking available along with plenty of lots or garages nearby. Room was very comfortable, clean with a great view. On site lounge was wonderful spot to grab a drink and snack before (and after) the game. Will stay again!

I have worked for over 5 years without staying at a high end hotel… having satin sheets, a mega-powerful shower that jetted like a jacuzzi, a wonderful harbor view and very courteous staff helped me lean into caring for myself. My only criticism is that the exercise facility was not cool and had no ceiling or other fans - at a club, they are there for a reason…. I left a veritable pool of sweat under my exercise bicycle… I think you get what I mean. Thank you for a very nice respite from my demanding medical profession.

This hotel is farther from the airport, but has a shuttle you can purchase for the cruise ports. This area is very walkable to many of the tourist attractions. Would stay again.

Great place for the price. Only complaint I have is there’s no valet parking, so you have to get parking attached to your room to get into garage. Then, when you checkout, you need to use the room key to get out! So don’t return the key or checkout before you’re out of the garage!

the property was very nice, too expensive, and was quiet shocked that i had to pay another $54 for parking underground. I also seen on hyatt website is offered free breakfast, but as i asked it was not included in that hyatt. we were offered a $30 credit, which was nice. My cousins also stayed there as we were all going on cruise to Alaska. Their car was broken into in the parking garage that we were also in. The theft was both there suitcases and our family reunion t shirts ordered for the cruise. Plus wine etc. It took Manager quite a while to come down to check this out. Also there was sercuity camera directly above my cousins car. The police would not come down and they needed to make statement re email. we were then rushed to get to cruise line by 12. Paying for parking appranently was not owned by hotel. was not happy with this situation. Grace Tolley

The hotel was conveniently located for where I needed to get to on my trip to Seattle. The staff was helpful and courteous from the moment I pulled up and needed help with parking. I really enjoyed the gym! Plenty of machines and weights for everyone in there. I was traveling alone and felt safe on and around the property. I would definitely stay here again!

property looked updated and modern. The bed covers had dusts and it showed on my black color t shirt. Bathroom looked modern but it had urine smell in the shower and infront and around the toilet. Paid way too much for this hotel. I paid 2 rooms for 1 night.

The one thing that we really have to mention is the air-conditioning and how the residue of the dust and dirty is coming in. It was accumulating on the top of one of the shelves in our room. We had a cough after a 4 night stay.

Great Hotel and staff. We forgot our passports in the hotel safe and security was great at getting them back. Very helpful front desk staff. Rooms are beautiful with great views. Hi floor views are worth it on both sides of the hotel. Bathroom doors are sliding doors and tend to slide back open with no option for locking door. Garage has tight turn when pulling out.

Have stayed here several times in the last couple years. It's very convenient for attending events at the new convention center. The parking area felt safe and secure and the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff where helpful in working with me to allow another member of my group to check in before I (the one who had made the booking) arrived. Much appreciated!

For the price I was hoping for a better overall experience. Check in was terrible. The lobby was extremely crowded and the line was a mile long. When I got to the desk (finally) the staff person was very friendly and quick but told me the room wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes to an hour. This was at 4:50, check in was at 4. Ordinarily it wouldn’t have been an issue but we were attending an event and needed to get ready. Then they advised I would need to stand in line again once I got notified our room was ready to get the keys. Other than the chaotic check in experience, the rest of the stay was nice. The food at the Italian restaurant was great, very nice staff and the rooms were nice and clean. Self parking in the garage can be limited at peak times. We were lucky to get one of the last few spots.

The Regency is located in an attractive area of the CBD. Room was functional but a key lamp could not be activated from the wall fixture. Had to be turned on manually. Shower controls were intuitive. I left a notebook mouse behind and found it very difficult to reach the front desk after departing the hotel. Finally connected after trying 4 different numbers. There should be at least an email to communicate requests to retrieve items.

Hotel was beautiful, staff were terrible. Both times I called, once to request early check in and after check out to inquire about additional fees charged, the staff were short and rude. Check in was a nightmare, the lobby was PACKED with guests. Had to sit around and wait for over an hour because “our room was not ready”. We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready. After an hour we noticed people who had arrived long after us were getting room keys. We went to the front desk to double check and the room had been ready for who knows how long. When we finally got into the room the carpet was wet. We were double charged for parking with no communication. I would never stay here again.

It took 1 hour to do the checkin because of a long line of customers being served by only 5 employees. I finely was able to complete the checkin at 5 pm and the room was not ready. Had to wait for 1/2 hour. Very disappointed!

They were very unprepared for the influx in bookings. Rooms were not ready at the stated check-in time, which caused us to be late to our event. Note- they didn't having problems planning the the multiple events this last weekend by jacking the room prices due to summer and peak season, but preparing staff wise they did badly. When looking for some compensation for being later to our event we were offered snacks.

They were very unprepared for the influx in bookings. Rooms were not ready at the stated check-in time, which caused us to be late to our event. The hotel was nice. Room clean, staff very welcoming. Walking distance to Pike’s and the metro train, but along the way, Seattle really has let the crazies, undesirables, and druggies take over. It’s not a homeless problem, it’s a vagrancy problem. Cannot say enough about the staff. Super good.

Please read. I not recommend that if you are going to stay at this place, you know that they charge 29 + tax for breakfast. This is something I did not like since in the places I have been, breakfast is free. And this place surprised me because of how expensive they charge, and breakfast is not really what it costs. Also, parking is very expensive. I had to pay for parking in front of this hotel because they charge less. I left very disappointed and honestly, I would not return to this place since I also paid 15 dollars extra to get a room on the top floor, but they did not. Thank you for understanding.

Hotel is very nice. We ate at Daniel’s Broiler (=expensive but the service was great & the food delicious! Our room was small but cozy & clean. It had everything we needed (comfy king size bed, XL flatscreen t.v. hung on the wall at the foot of the bed). Appreciated the fridge, safe, in-room k-cup coffee maker. We also enjoyed the large walk-in shower and single use toiletries on the vanity for us to use (cotton swabs, cotton facial rounds, shower cap). The only issue we had was incorrect info on the dining option flyer we received upon check in to the hotel. The flyer clearly says Market on the 2nd floor is open for breakfast (until 11am Friday-Sunday). Well, we checked out of our room on FRIDAY and arrived at the Market counter at 10:22am. As we walked up a worker told us we could no longer order breakfast as they were turning over their stations to all day menu items. I then showed them the flyer that we had received upon checking into the hotel the night before and the Market employee said, “Yeah, I don’t know why they keep handing that out at the checkin desk, that info is wrong”. The Market manager overheard me talking with the employee and said she was sorry for the mixup and told the worker to let us order breakfast still. Most annoying thing though was we arrived at 10:22am, so there was still 8-minutes to order. Front desk should cross out the wrong time on flyers and verbally tell guests that the breakfast till 11am Friday-Sunday is no longer a thing.

The room was clean, and comfortable. I had a beautiful city view. It was walking distance to the theater. Daniel’s Broiler is one of two restaurants at the Hyatt Regency, and it’s a great dining experience.

Pre Cruise Hotel. I choose this hotel because of reviews I had read but mainly because there were 2 restaurants on site as well as Market Place for to go food. Check in and out was easy. Bell Hop personnel were great. Hotel Concierge was very helpful in helping my friend who was needing a prescription from a local pharmacy! Room was beautiful. Bed comfy! Ate at both restaurants and food and service was great! Highly recommend!

It was our first time in Hyatt Regency hotel. The hotel is huge, 46 floors. The location is close to the main shopping street, restaurants and the Paramount theater. The room was clean and well maintained. We stayed for two nights visiting Seattle for the weekend shows. For such short stay it was fine, but not for a longer stay. The main reason was the bed that was very soft (inner spring and pillow top). For a lot of people a soft bed is preferable, but not for people with back problems. A lot of hotels switched to more modern mattresses long ago. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel and one of them offers breakfast buffet. The food was freshly cooked and there were some choices for hot food, fruit and breakfast pastries. For the breakfast buffet 18% service charge included is not justified because the staff brings only coffee or tea compared to full service meal. The front desk staff was friendly, but the cleaning service did not come when it was scheduled. The hotel has a lot of conference facilities and is much more appropriate for business travelers.
