We had a two bedroom room for both our stays here; it only has one bathroom, which was difficult for five people to manage in the morning. Breakfast was quite good; parking was $49 a night - absolute robbery. Our room did not have enough towels or bedding when we arrived, which was fixed. Also, on our first morning the breakfast area TV was tuned to Fox News, which I find out of touch with the values of the city of Seattle and deeply disrespectful to your employees. The other days the TV was either off or tuned to other stations. Not sure if this is a corporate decision to rotate channels (most other hotels tune it to the Weather Channel) but it was a huge turnoff.

Loved the stay. The only reason I'm not giving 5 star, is the parking is $50 per night. This is high, even comparing to our Disneyland trips, where parking isn't even close to that. other than that, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

The location was very convenient for attending a music event at the Climate Pledge Arena and there were lots of great eating places within easy walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was the garage, it had to be one of the smallest I've ever seen and hard to park a 4Runner in!

We had a room on the first floor that was really loud. We never got our room cleaned in a 3 night stay. When we did ask about the room being cleaned they sent a guy with a garbage bag and towels. We had to load up all the garbage and then set it outside. At about 9am on our departure date a lady from the cleaning crew came to our room and told us to get out. Check out is at 12. It was not a pleasant stay.

Good area and really nice staff. The room was really spacious and pillows were super comfy. However the bedding was very thin and uncomfortable. The pull out couch sofa bed was covered in crumbs and hair when we pulled it out and there was a hair on the shower gel in the shower. The walls are very thin and the maids are VERY loud and slammy in the morning.

The room itself was ok; however, the hallways were never vacuumed while there. Room garbage begin to collect in the hallways outside rooms. Could see water damage in various spots. It appears the hotel is deteriorating. Convenient location for visiting our son in Seattle.

Disappointed on the cleanliness of the room and hotel over all. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not their greatest options. We only did one day and the rest we decided to eat outside the hotel. Our room was not clean. As soon as you enter, the floor had a stains, tables, and kitchen were not clean. There was a certain smell. Mattress were lumpy, seems like it is time for new mattress. Our room AC was broken - 83 degrees in the room when we got ready for bed. They gave us a fan, compensated us for the night and moved us to a new room next day. New room had no shower curtain and no linens or pillows for the pull-out sofa. Breakfast was very good.

I thought the stay was great, we were right by the water and had easy access to all the tourist spots. Our room had a beautiful view of the water! Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back! They even let us check in early so that was great!

The hotel room had a lot of space and a kitchenette. I was impressed. The dining area was behind the lobby and it was large with lots of natural light during the day. I enjoyed the breakfast options on site.

Although this is normal for Seattle, the parking is very expensive at $49.00 per night. Also, when booking a room that is supposed to sleep 3-4 people and it has a king bed and pull-out sofa, the pull-out sofa should be comfortable. This one was terrible, very uncomfortable, springy and really unacceptable. This was a fail as someone who often books a room for a family. I will always return to a hotel when it has a decent pull-out sofa so that there isn't an argument between the kids about who has to sleep there. For a Hilton Hotel, this wasn't very pleasant to say the least. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The staff were wonderful. It is busy as many people going on cruises use it. The only real issue is the beds. We had a king with pull out that is advertised to sleep 4 people. The king mattress had a divot and the pull out mattress was so old and thin it was impossible to sleep on.

When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation but didn’t have a room for us. They provided some different excuses before realizing they didn’t have a rooms for us and realizing they were aware of this before our arrival. They advised us they would need to find another place for us, but instead of having this arranged for us before or upon arrival, with limited staff, they are attempting to rebook us, manage other guests, resulting in us waiting hours before we had to be more demanding. There was no empathy from the hotel and staff in our situation, however guests were frustrated for us and excited when we were finally placed.

They charged me for an additional room I canceled with Hotels.com. Also, they were doing housekeeping work on my floor till after midnight. I paid to get a good night’s rest but got very little sleep due to the noise made by housekeeping like loud talking and vacuuming

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. Was told I would be called when the room was ready. So three hours later we return to lobby to wait in a forty minute wait until we could speak to host. Finally after fours after check in time we were able to get room.

Okay cleanliness. Front desk staff (especially morning staff) were terrible. Completely disinterested by n customer service. No shower gel, no hot water on morning, no service on the room even after requesting service. Would not stay here again.

Loved the location (walking distance to the Space Needle & terrific food places). Concierge was very accommodating & cordial to everyone and even provided us with shuttle service to our cruise for a minimal fee. Room was nice & clean, just wish the shower had better water pressure

It’s is a prefect place to stay, mostly everything is walkable. The space Needle is a couple of blocks. There you can get on the rail train to take you to the Market and all the shopping and places to eat for $4 per person.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is in a great central and safe location. It’s just a short walk to Space Needle, Pledge Arena and within a few blocks you’ll find great little restaurants and bars. We didn’t have a car and when we didn’t walk, public transportation is so easy to use, the bus stop is right by the hotel. The hotel rooms are very spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was great to have the kitchenette. The daily breakfast was also nice with lots of options for everyone. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall everything was good. The room felt safe and the staff was nice. I found the high powered scent machine at the entrance was really overwhelming and would still serve its purpose if it was turned down a few notches. The gym and laundry room were very dirty, but we only used it once during our stay so its possible we caught them after a heavy usage. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming for such a pretty breakfast/ kitchen area- out of standard things including hot water, coffee, cream cheese and any milk for the cereal (this seemed to be a trend all 3 mornings). We stuck with oatmeal and toast. Nice fresh fruit and bread / pastry offerings. It was difficult to find a clean table to dine at, so we took breakfast to our room instead. Homewood Suites kitchenettes make things very convenient for an extended stay. I would choose this location again for its proximity to the space needle & CP arena.

Internet was spotty, could never get all devices onto the network. Taking into account we were visiting in peak season, breakfast was a mess every morning - not enough seating and food frequently running out. Good service though, and great location

This was the nicest, cleanest hotel i have stayed at. The staff was very helpful, the surrounding area had lots of restaurants and was a safe part of town. We had a show at climate pledge arena and it was a five minute walk. The breakfast was as good as youd get at a restaurant and the rooms were set up nicely. We will definitely come back to stay whenever we are in town. Highly recommend!

We loved that we were able to check in early. The hotel was very busy and had only one working elevator at the time. I was a bit shocked when I saw staff getting ahead of guests who either had luggage or hands full with dining plates to get on the elevator instead of using the stairs. The breakfast was a nice selection but the area seemed to be under staffed as seen by items not being replenished when out and the piles of dishes on tables and surrounding areas. The staff, only 2 seen, were very pleasant and would take care of things if asked.

The staff was friendly, bathroom needed a little extra cleaning. In the morning I went to shower and there was whiskers in the shower. Also there was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen or bathroom, we had to use shower gel. Breakfast…meh…eggs were bright yellow in spots and potatoes looked boiled/steamed no color, the oatmeal was a slimy soup consistancy AND coffee and creamer were both out. There was still an hour of service to go. Parking was $45 plus tax as well. Definitely didn’t add up to a $300 stay.

The five of us did not have to worry about any of the above. The Parking routine is a bit challenging for arrival, but, it's in a city neighborhood and a little patience goes a long way. There is hotel parking under the building and quite safe - only hotel guests can pay for it. The location was more than excellent - 2 blocks from the waterfront park and could see some views from the dining room windows. Space needle and some museums were a few blocks to the east. We were lucky with great weather.
