Room was spacious and comfy, staff was nice and friendly. Food options nearby. Gym is almost nothing though. Try to find other options. I asked the hotel but they didn’t offer help. All in all a fine stay though.

Hotel Andra is a clean updated hotel in central downtown Seattle. There are many restaurants and shopping locations nearby. The area is very walkable and many tourist sites are also close by. There is no onsite parking, but the hotel offers daily valet parking service for a fee. Lola is also a great restaurant adjacent to the lobby of the hotel.

The staff is very nice. Our suite was spacious, clean and done well. One elevator was down the entire 4 day stay, so waiting for just 1 elevator was slow and frustrating. Valet is very slow, usually you need to call 15-20 minutes ahead of time. One night it was very slow and almost made us miss our dinner reservations.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. We were greeted every time, the valet drivers were quick and efficient and the hotel was quiet for the area. For the price there was a lack of amenities (mini fridge, microwave, hot tub, etc.)

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The gym was pretty small and lacked appeal. There was only one place to get water, and that was in an inconvenient spot in the hotel. Lola's was great! It is attached to the hotel. Staff at the restaurant were great too.

If you’re looking for a place centric to Seattle’s tourist attraction like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle,we recommend you stay here .Its conveniently located from both destinations .We enjoyed our stay since we could walk anywhere .But since it’s a boutique hotel,it didn’t have any amenities other than a gym with a few cardio machines .The hotel staff weren’t friendly or welcoming during our stay and even more surprising during a 3 night stay we never had housekeeping .Overall ,I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars simply based on its location and ample size rooms .

This property was amazing. Perfect location, spacious room. The only thing that was lacking was that we stayed for 5 nights and asked for our room to be cleaned/ serviced three days in a row and no one ever came. I had to take my own trash out, call for towels and paper products, etc.

The valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready. 1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet. 2nd room stains on carpet. Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't. Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen. I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point. Overall, disappointed with the Andra.

Room was nicely designed but there were large bleach-like stains on the carpet. Toilet paper holder was poorly placed so the seat could not go up and down, which was weird. Fitness "room" in need of a serious upgrade.

Everything was clean and well kept. We were on the top floor and heard no street noise or anything else. The room is beautiful and my wife and I loved every detail. It reminded us of Copenhagen. The lobby is smaller than we would’ve liked but that didn’t bother us too bad because there is plenty to do in Seattle. Also the hotel’s location is great. It’s right about halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Highly recommend staying here.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ändra Hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. I have a dust mite allergy and usually find hotels challenging, but I had no allergy triggers while staying there. Thank you, Ändra Hotel!

Pros: friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location close to "everything", and great water pressure in the shower, amazing steamer for getting wrinkles out of clothes. Cons: for a suite I thought the bathroom would be bigger (no room for two people at the same time), the toilet flushes with the fury of niagra falls and is just as loud (not a deal breaker, just startling), the HVAC system needs to be cleaned (inches of visible buildup in the vent inside the bathroom), its NOISEY - this part of town gets lots of emergency vehicles and the windows do nothing to block out the sound even on the 8th floor (they provide ear plugs in the nightstand).

Loved the lobby!! Rooms clean and nice, beds are memory foam which aren't for everyone (not for me!) And unfortunately we could hear everything from the neighboring room. Made it a rough weekend.

Beautiful fireplace in lobby. Room had two TVs. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of fast hot water. Liked the variable lighting system. Nice amenities. Bed was low and soft. No ice machine. Short on towel racks. No cold tea in refrigerator.

Very fast check in after a long day of traveling which was greatly appreciated. We were on the 8th floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I think I’ve ever slept on. It was a quick stay, but would definitely stay again next time we were in Seattle. One other note - loved how short of a walk it is from the Westlake Link Light Rail Station, it took about 5 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel.

Room was lovely, enjoyed the whole set up. The items in the room available for purchase were well priced and it was easy to use the system. The TV having Google chrome was excellent and we enjoyed the room. The area was walkable and close to transit. It was walkable to most all tourist attractions and felt very safe. There was construction outside (notcontrollable by hotel) but the windows let any sound in. Regardless of construction it was very easy to hear detailed conversations outside and any street noise at all. The coffee and snack bar were not re-stocked when we requested a turn down service, so we made many trips to the service desk to request more items in the room (especially the nespresso, which was excellent). We would likely have used more in the room, including the paid for items, had the restocking occurred.

Nice hotel, spacious, well-equipped room, excellent shower, adequate soundproofing. Where they fall flat for me is in their staff. Except for the doorman (he was great), the staff was not welcoming nor particularly friendly throughout our stay. Otherwise, a nice choice for loud and crazy downtown Seattle.

Staff was nice but very incompetent. We checked in at 10am and was told our rooms were not ready and that they would text us. Gave credit cards and IDs and completed check in. No text ever came. Called once and was told rooms are not ready. We decided to go back around 3 pm and the agent said they never checked us in and asked for credit cards again and then said all of our cards are declining. Even when I showed them the charge on my card they refused to accept it. Another hour wasted just waiting for them to figure it out. Finally got the room keys and they were not the type of rooms we requested. They offered to buy us a drink from the bar but instead of crediting the room they said come down and get one of us and we will go to the bar with you. What? Are we kids? We didn’t even get the free drink because when we came down there was a shift change and they had no idea what we were promised. Very unprofessional property. I travel for work and am a diamond member at Hilton and I’ve never experienced such a horrible process.

Very fast check in after a long day of traveling which was greatly appreciated. We were on the 8th floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I think I’ve ever slept on. It was a quick stay, but would definitely stay again next time we were in Seattle. One other note - loved how short of a walk it is from the Westlake Link Light Rail Station, it took about 5 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel.

The stay was underwhelming. When we initially booked the stay, we decided to spend some extra money to stay at a nice hotel to make our weekend less stressful and have a more enjoyable experience. Ultimately, the room was not ready when we checked in and was not ready for an additional 50 mins after the 4 pm check in. Furthermore, Expedia’s itinerary said that the check in was at 3pm. We were provide two complementary drinks for the wait. We were trying to make it to a concert that evening but ultimately had to leave prior to our room being ready. We were very disappointed by this and it completely ruined our plans for that evening. When we came back from the concert, we were told that our luggage would be in our room, however they were not. That day, there was a parade on the street that the hotel is on which made getting to the hotel and parking very difficult/confusing. Overall, we were excited to pay a little extra for a better experience at this hotel but our stay was not worth the additional money.

Beautiful modern hotel in downtown Seattle. It is very walkable to places like the waterfront and Pike place market. Be careful at night. There was a triple shooting and stabbing nearby out first night. We reserved the corner suite with a view but there was only a view of an abandoned lot and a roof. Other than that the room was very nice.

The hotel is in downtown area so yes it might feel a bit u safe walking at night, and there are plenty of homeless in the nearby streets. Overall the hotel itself was good. My only complaint was that there was exceptionally loud construction going from 6 am right outside of our window. I wouldn’t even mention it if I was warned when booking, however that wasn’t the case. Would’ve been nice to have that info before purchasing.

Hotel Andra is a clean updated hotel in central downtown Seattle. There are many restaurants and shopping locations nearby. The area is very walkable and many tourist sites are also close by. There is no onsite parking, but the hotel offers daily valet parking service for a fee. Lola is also a great restaurant adjacent to the lobby of the hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Short walk to Pike Market place. Hotel room was very clean and updated, loved the decor. Would definitely recommend this place + will more than likely stay here if we’re in town again.

The location was great, easy and pleasant walk to Pike Place market. 3 Tom Douglas restaurants with a stone’s throw. Rooms were very nicely appointed and staff was great. We’ll be back!

This was a nice hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the attractions in Seattle. The Lola restaurant attached was excellent as were the dahlia bakery and Serious Pie restaurants across the street. Would stay here again.

We recently stayed at the hotel. We decided to have dinner at Lola since it was in the hotel. Our experience was horrible! We were ignored, the night specials were not offered to us, even though I asked for dinner suggestions. They took our order, brought our meal out. Which was horrible! Salmon was oily and some pieces were either under cooked or burned, french fries were soggy and calamari war extra crispy! They never came back to check on us if everything was ok or needed drinks refills. The server walked by once, asked if everything was ok. I responded, no and he smiled and kept on walking. Didn't eat any of our food. Asked for the bill. The manager came out to collect our paymet. He asked if everything was ok. I responded with a no. I explained what was wrong. Which he responded with a smile and said "you should've said something". Charged my credidt card and said thank you. Never had such a horrible experience.

The exterior was of old building but the inside is modern with nice lobby with fireplace. Our room with 2 deluxe beds was surprisingly spacious with a sofa area, a walk-in closet and a vanity area, perfect for two women on a pre-cruise night. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful and recommended fantastic Italian restaurant right next door. I will highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly service.

Didn't try the breakfast, think it was next door in a restaurant. Good size room for a family of four. Decent bathroom. Road is loud at night, usual city noise, ear plugs provided. Great location for access to the piers and space needle. Usual USA with doormen expecting a tip for opening a door or helping with a case. I would recommend this hotel.
