Everything was great but our room was sucked the AC was super loud the bed was rock hard and the blankets were like sand paper not cozy like the other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at needs some upgrades for sure

Yes the room was spotless and well set up. I appreciated being greeted with my name on the television for being a Hilton Honors member. Staff was wonderful the whole way through to our transportation driver to the airport. A solid "10"

Clean rooms, quiet, helpful staff, and only about five minutes from the door the gate at the airport. Will continue to stay here when flying from Spokane.
