The parking lot was well lit. Their light breakfast was in a bag with 5 different items and juice. It was a nice variety. They had complimentary cookies on arrival with popcorn that night.

Lots of noise coming from the street. Pool is very small. They overcharged us and then said that the manager would have to help us on Monday; we left on Sunday. There was also another guest complaining about being overcharged. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we did have to air the room out when we first got there. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was very reasonably priced. It was clean and comfortable and included everything we wanted/needed, including breakfast. The pool was great for the kids, but would have been nicer if it was heated. All and all it was a great value.

This is a very nice small scale hotel. Very friendly staff, fenced parking, convenient location. Generous to-go (brown bag) breakfast.

We got this property because of the location, low price and the fact that it had a pool. Although the pool was running, the door to it was locked and the staff said there was a licensing problem. Having a working pool would have made our stay much better!

The room was clean. The pool was dirty amd no place to sit and watch your grandkids swim.

Clean room, but door stuck and it was hard to get in and out of our room. Road noise was tolerable. Location close to places to eat. Pool was open, but the water was very cold, weather not hot enough to warm water, We just sat on the edge and put feet in the water, needs yard work too. Breakfast in a bag, but everything in it is frozen. We got the breakfast bags when we checked out, so we didn’t have a way to warm the food up,what a waste.

Staff was very nice to deal with. Place fair condition for a small hotel. The pool is closed. Its May 18 2024 , it was one reason i booked this place and no were did it say the pool is closed for the season

Great spot! Pool was small and shaded in the evening but clean. Walked 1 block to Tomato Street, which was awesome for our 2 yr old!

This is a refurbished, well kept motel a block off a very busy thoroughfare. Acceptable for price, but door does not feel secure (Seems like front door lock could be opened easily when not in room). Plenty of parking but I'd not park my vehicle in the spots too distant from office ... I suspect this area is at risk of car break-ins.

I would not stay at this facility again. The linens had stains on them. The odor of the room was terrible, it smelled like an old smoking room. The paint had marks everywhere, torn window screens. Needed some type of privacy from the wash room to the sleeping area to at least change your clothes in some type of privacy.

Room was absolutely filthy. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Literally poop all over the toilet. And shower clearly not been cleaned either. The heater sounded like it had parts ready to come apart. Seriously thought it might explode at any time. This property should seriously be ashamed of the condition of the room. Considering working with my CC to recover the cost.

This was a room that has seen better days. The floor was uneven with a few soft spots. The shower had a constant drip in the bathtub that had its corrosion spots painted. There was a general unidentified smell in the room. But the bed was comfortable and showed no sign of critters. The to go breakfast was decent. I felt safe enough even though there was a lot of noise due to the main thoroughfare right out front. For the price..it was fine. If i wanted to spend double the amount and relax more I could have..but would have also fought with more traffic and issues. It was a place to sleep and shower that was passable.

There was bed bugs in our first room!! I was bitten multiple times and went immediately to the front desk with pictures and video of them. The host upgraded us to a deluxe room which was good of them i guess but the experience made it extremely hard to sleep after that. I usually have great experiences in Spokane but don't recommend this hotel.

Pros: the staff was friendly and efficient, everything was clean, the exterior is freshly painted, and the interior has been updated. Cons: it’s a motel, not a hotel. I should have seen that by the photos, but I was in a hurry. It’s not in a great part of town and I didn’t feel great leaving my vehicle there overnight (definitely take EVERYTHING inside). Being a motel, the outside noise is louder than a hotel, since you have 2 exterior walls. The AC is about 8 inches from the bed and blows right on the person sleeping in that spot, which makes it tricky to make everyone in the room comfortable. It’s also very, very loud. Mixed opinions on mattress comfortability in my group, but you can’t please everyone anywhere, so I’d say that one is neutral. Also, breakfast is brown bag grab-and-go, but does include a microwaveable breakfast sandwich and yogurt, which was better than I expected from a bag. All in all, I did not have a bad experience for what this is: a low budget motel. It’s just not what I expected from a 3 star hotel.

Very, very basic accommodation. Clean but worn. Strip mall environment. Good for a quick sleep overnight.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was a grab and go option which was fine and more than enough(sausage/egg sandwich, cookie, fruit drink etc) The only problem we had was you check in via a machine with someone on a webcam which was fine, after checking in we tried to contect to the wifi but couldn't, went back and spoke the person on the machine but they had no answers how to fix it. Later on someone was on reception in person and gave me a number to call,was sorted within a few minutes(seems its a problem with devices from outside the USA). Maybe you could inform the people who are on the other side of the webcam what to do. Apart from that it was a good stay, just watch out as its a wyndam property you cant check in till 3pm, even 1 minute before.

Too noisy from road traffic

Funny “coverup” smell. Air conditioner sounded like a jet engine ready to take off after it was on for half hour

For what we pad it was fine. Internet did not work when we checked in 630pm on. It did work in the morning.

The room was clean & well tended, plus an easy check-in. The thing that reminded me of why i can't/won't stay in hotels was the bed! Mattress was very uncomfortable for me, whether sitting or laying down. Otherwise, simple & clean 👌

It's a motel.. so I guess just expect a motel! The bed was comfortable. The floor was not carpet, like in the example photo, it was a laminate wood making the room feel cold. There was some damage to the bathroom door frame. The heater (much needed) which was loud, would turn on and off throughout the night making it a bit tough to sleep. Combined with the shower dripping. There was not a single parking space available in the lot, and the front desk clerk didn't have any options for me so that was a bit concerning. I did appreciate the welcome bag with water bottles, and both the front desk clerks I interacted with were friendly. Other positives were the easy access charging stations, the room was actually very spacious, and clean! Also, again the bed was very comfortable! I just didn't expect to pay $200/night for a motel

The staff did a great job of getting the room ready early, so we change our clothes before our event. The property is very plain, but in good condition. My only complaint is the door didn't seal well, and there was only blanket on the bed, so we had to run the heater all night, and it was quite loud. Didn't sleep well at all.

Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Room was ok but the colors inside (orange door) could use some updating. You are right along a very busy highway going through the north end of town. Lots of loud cars especially on the weekends.

The hotel overall is fine. My issue was checkin. I received an email with a link to do a pre-checkin. I completed all information and was informed my checkin was complete. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a video kiosk and was expected to re-do the complete checkin process. Ok, no biggy, BUT I am hardbof hearing g with a service dog. Trying to hear the person on the other side of the video was difficult enough but made much, much worse by his thick Indian accent. I repeated told him I could not hear him well enough to understand so he got someone else - with a heavy Indian accent. The process was embarrassing and uncomfortable and there should be a live person for backup.

Checkin was through a kiosk with a remote Eastern Indian. Had to go through everything again even though i had done pre-checkin the day before providing ID and CC info, ect. Got the room key and went to the room... Trash around the room, no bedding on the bed, like the maid went on break and never returned. Went back to the "kiosk" and told them the room was unacceptable. Given another room and went to check it out. The bed was made up and room was in a little better condition, but nope, gonna eat the room fee and find a better place to stay.

I needed an early check in, called the hotel and was put on hold, no one picked back up. Called a dozen more times with no answer. Was able to do the early check in on the website and paid for it, but when I showed up there was no real person on site, had to talk to a guy through a computer kiosk and he couldn't find my early check in, had to pay again. I'm recovering from surgery and using crutches but I was given a room on the second floor. The stairs are sketchy. The bathtub obviously wasn't cleaned in a long time nor the sink. You can tell by the pink mildew...

The check in process was ridiculously bad. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to have an out of country person check in, but it was a lousy experience flat out…otherwise good room and area

The 'Zoom like' remote check-in was the worst I ever experienced. The "clerk" was nice enough, but the impersonal nature was too much. I doubt I'll stay here again.

The room offered all the necessities, was very clean, and comfortable. Check-in was super fast and efficient. There are several eating establishments within walking distance. After midnight the people in the next room got very loud and obnoxious keeping us awake. I called the desk about 2:15am and asked that they be contacted to quiet down. The response was immediate. Within 20 minutes the police had removed the offending guests from the property. (As we suspected there were illegal activities taking place.) In the morning the owner apologized and offered a refund of our payment. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Entire hotel property feels like its in the bad part of town. No breakfast in sight, which was one of the biggest reasons i chose this place. Room was clean, but smelled funny. Once we drove up to the property if i hadnt pre paid for the room we woild have went somewhere else. Clerk was friendly and polite, but had areally thick accent making him difficult to understand. Would not recommend this place.

Good spot to stay with comfortable rooms and everything close by

Better than expected. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. The location was great. It was near convenient stores and many restaurants. Will most likely book here in the future.

Convenient location and nice TV when you get back to the hotel

My husband and I arrived to the hotel and didn’t even go in because it was a sketchy looking motel in a not so great area. We drove to a different hotel and never even checked in.

The hotel is a great option for the price in the area. We have stayed there several times now when we come for the tournaments. Convenient location, grocery stores in the area, other shopping options. Easy access to Whitworth University. The rooms are clean, but it does get noise with the main road near by and the traffic moving all night.

Motel type. Looks better inside than out. Prices good for the area. Easy access. Area is in the Northside, close to Mead, WA.

Looked great in the pictures. Got there and wasn’t impressed with the outdated look of the outside. Inside was nice, clean, and comfortable. I had a good 2 night stay. It was close to restaurants and wasn’t too far from the airport and Spokane Arena. For the price, it was a good stay.

Pleasantly surprised! Clean and quiet, recently renovated and feels both fresh and comfortable. Everything you need within a couple blocks, lots of food options and close to several recreational options. Staff was friendly and prompt. Just a light take and go breakfast but it was adequate. Would stay again.
