Traveling cross country with my dogs, booked this as a pet friendly hotel. Received text a few days before asking if I needed anything and I reiterated need for a pet friendly room close to an exit. The staff were very friendly and the room provided was right next to a side exit where there was a nice patch of grass as well as poop bags and garbage ! Highly recommend if traveling with pets - the room itself was very comfortable as well.

Entrance doorway was manual/ not automatic and difficult with a load of baggage. No guest computer/printer. Limited exercise room - no weights. Lobby seating for relaxing out of one's room was very spartan and not comfortable. Breakfast was decent and plentiful; could use more fresh fruit. Bed mattress needs to be firmer or newer

The lady at the front desk was so nice when we checked in! She made everything so quick and easy. We were on the main floor, right down the hall from the front door which was convenient for our family. The only thing I could complain about is their breakfast is small and their eating area is very tiny for how big their hotel is. We weren’t even able to get breakfast our last morning there with how crowded it was. Other than that, there were NO issues. We will definitely be staying here any time we come to Spokane :)

Nice room but there was a loud rattling noise coming from inside the wall from 6am to 10pm. We were just below the exercise room so I suspect the A/C unit in there was vibrating and causing the rattling noise.

Property was fine but dirty and older . Price was alright but other hotels in the area had pools and hot tubs for similar reason prices (sold out). Breakfast was average at best. They advertised an exercise room but it’s essentially a closet no windows and only 3 machines and no weights. Had to go to the desk for a key and return it when you were done.Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Overall the property was relatively clean, but the room had moldy spots in the shower, several items of food trash peeking out from underneath the bed and the linens had a strong smell that made me nauseated in the middle of the night when trying to sleep. I like how close this hotel is to the hospital, but it could definitely improve in cleanliness.

Our family only stayed one night, but it was an excellent choice for our needs. The rooms were immaculate and quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay at Madison Inn again.

Entrance to the hotel (concrete bridge from parking lot) had long streams of dried liquids someone had spilled, and chews up wooden benches. Uninviting. Bed extremely uncomfortable, I woke up in pain frequently throughout the night (have not had that issue at recent stays elsewhere). Reported the issue after the first night - no solutions offered. Made my stay miserable. Although the bathroom as a whole looked clean, there was a long blonde hair in the bathtub. Reported that as well. Was told “sorry, we’ll tell housekeeping to make sure they don’t leave hairs behind”. I left it there just to see what happened and it was still there after housekeeping left the second morning. After the first night, housekeeping came in with fresh towels (thank you) but just threw the sheets and pillows up on the bed. Why touch it if you are going to do a half-a** job? Why do the plugs next to the bed say “Cell phones only?” Plenty of people need them for things like CPAPs and there are no other plugs to be seen on that side of the room. The room was clean, and other than the very loud heating/cooling unit for the room, it was quiet. I’m leaving exhausted from the bed and didn’t enjoy myself like I usually do at a hotel but there were some positive qualities so between 2 and 3 stars.

I booked this hotel based on the good reviews, but overall, I was disappointed. The bed mattress was very squeaky and sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom and other facilities were quite worn out, though I’ll admit everything was kept clean. If the price were under USD 100 per night, it might be acceptable. But for anything above that, I would consider staying elsewhere.

We were in town for a tournament and this was one of the hotel options we were given. It was perfect for us: 8 min uber ride to the convention center, downtown, fun restaurants and shopping. Property was charming, although rooms dated with soft-ish mattresses, shower water pressure could be stronger. Walls are thin so we could hear other volleyball players leaving early for their morning wave. They make up for it with a large and comfortable lobby/communal dining area with free breakfast including hot items. They also sell pantry foods (cup of noodles) which really comes in handy if you return late but want something hot to eat. This in addition to toiletries, snacks, etc makes this hotel welcoming. Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and there's laundry coin service on one of the floors... that comes in handy if you're in town for a longer stay.

I stay here regularly. Room 303 is below maybe a laundry room. At rougly 0630am there was a constant sliding of some large device acrros the floor, my ceiling. Woke me up early. Wasnt good.

(Personal issue not the companies) my aunt had eye surgery done the morning of check in. Sat in the car for hours waiting for check in. They told her if she wanted to check in early she would have to pay. I understand this is a business and they have bills to pay too, but occasionally it would be nice if they allow someone to check in earlier without fees if the room is clean and ready. Overall the room was very clean, staff was super nice, the continental breakfast was great, the parking lot didn’t seem sketchy (even at night). Overall a great stay!

Staff was on phone when I arrived. I received no acknowledgement. When she got off the lengthy call she talked to her co-worker about her drink. Still no acknowledgement. Then finally she checked me in. The room was fine except for the extremely noisy a/c unit.

We booked a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa bed through Expedia. When we got to the hotel they explained to us that they don't have rooms with sleeper sofas and Expedia had it wrong and they had been trying to fix that. The "sofa" was literally a love seat that even a small child could not comfortably sleep on. They were so nice and apologized and gave us a nice rollaway bed at no extra charge. We also had a very late flight the day of check out and were so kind to hold out luggage for the day so we could explore. Wonderful staff! Very nice room and great location. Will stay there again 100 percent.

Charlene was on front desk when I checked in, and out, and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with any questions I had. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet and comfortable. I was able to walk to a doctor's appointment and not deal with the hassle of the parking garage at the hospital. I would definitely book another stay and recommend to my family and friends.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Parking lot and entrances well lit. Safe and convenient location. Leave your car parked and walk across the street to Sacred Heart medical center. Perfect for families with someone in the hospital. I-90 Division Street on ramp is within a few blocks. The airport is less than 15 minutes away. Wonderful breakfast and breakfast room!
