True luxury experience. Location is within walking distance of a number of tasting rooms. Next door through a little parking lot to Longshadows, De Lille and others. Be sure to grab a map and take a self guided tour of the herb garden and art installations. We had a once of a lifetime dinner at the Herb Farm, a great breakfast at the Barking Dog. The hot tub area is lovely. Room size is huge, bathroom has walk in shower and deep tub. Towels, robes and slippers are all deluxe. Staff very helpful and down to earth. Perfect for a staycation in wine country. Highly highly recommend.

Wonderful place. A bit overpriced for where it is (we heard road noise) and what it offers, but loved the easy access to food, hot tub, sauna and quaint feel. I'd stay again for a special event.

This hotel was great for a girls weekend. The spa, fitness, and sauna was such a treat. They knew we had a massage appt and assigned rooms in that building. The shuttle service was a great perk and was available on demand. Will definitely come back here!

5-star food. Subpar spa. Usually at a spa people want to hang out in the waiting area. The waiting area is usually warm with mood music and lighting. This area was well lit and cold. The teas were not fully stocked either. There was a cockroach in our bath towels. 5-star food. Beautiful room, despite the cockroach. Great staff.

The room was beautiful, clean, with high texh features. We could have stayed in the room all day, but the trip was foe wine. The grounds were impressive. I need this gardner for my yard. Its location was perfect for just walking to many wineries.

For the price, I expect more. The phone didn’t work, tv was glitchy, cob webs in the restaurant. Products in the room, Molton Brown, were a nice touch. The spa is ok, very pricey compared to other high end hotel spas.

Willows Lodge delivers exemplary customer service like a lot of businesses used to do - can’t rave enough about how great Chaud Sheedy at the front desk was - friendly, attentive, professional and knowledgable. All traits that seem to have gone away in the hospitality industry these days, but definitely NOT at Willows Lodge. HIGHLY recommend staying here and we already can’t wait to go back!

The service and Hotel staff were amazing however room service was terrible it took almost an hour to get our food and when it arrived not only was it lukewarm but with the exception of our dessert order literally everything else was wrong it wasn’t even what we ordered. Because of food allergies we had to send it back after waiting almost another hour for them to fix the error the second batch was correct but once again the burgers were lukewarm and the fries were cold. When we informed the staff they took like 10.00 off a 120.00 bill we each ate half our burgers because barely warm meat is unpleasant and paid 110.00 for the displeasure of eating their room service. Next time we stay there we will order food from somewhere near by.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, though the front desk staff was slightly less so. Not sure it was to their fault, more so policy. It’s just an unfortunate intro to an otherwise lovely stay.

Great property with easy access to restaurants and wine tasting from 125 Washington wineries. Fidelitas and Delille Cellars are just a quick walk across the parking lot. We stayed at the property for a wedding at the Columbia Collective and it was an easy 5 minute walk. We loved our meal of fresh halibut at the Barking Frog and enjoyed snacks and drinks at the lobby bar. The staff were exceptional. Will definitely stay at the Willows again.

A truly exceptional experience. You’re greeted with a welcome glass of wine upon arrival before taking in the grounds on your way to your room. Everything is absolutely gorgeous from the gardens to the wood beams and the elegant Pacific Northwest Decor. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Barking Frog and happy hour at Fireside Lounge. For a truly memorable and relaxing escape Willows Lodge is the place to be.

This place is perfect! Great food at the bar and the two affiliated restaurants across the street. Make sure to get reservations at the HerbFarm way in advance. Walking distance to dozens of tasting rooms and other restaurants.

We stayed here on NYE. We planned a dinner at an adjacent winery and didn’t want to drive home. Very nice lodge. On site gardens are beautiful. The lodge has food and drinks and two adjacent restaurants. We had a delicious breakfast at the Barking Frog.

Room excellent but shower needs grab bar on the wall, shampoo etc dispensers are useless. Just give me a bar of soap. Barking Frog lunch menu lacking. Enjoyed fireside lounge and music in the evening. Convenience/easy walking distance to wineries very nice.
