They are in the middle of renovating the hotel. They have guests staying on the floor already fine and it's nice. Comfortable beds and pillows! As always with all hotels, could use overhead lighting but it seems like no one does. We will stay again as this was our 3rd stay there....

Our stay was ok. They are renovating next year and it needs it. Unfortunately, we don't think we will be back, they will be starting to charge extra to use the pool. It looked like that was for paying guests too. Sound proofing is not very good, heard the people above us. Their breakfast is the best part but not enough to go back.

It says online that the updates would be made this year. That is false. There were bugs in the rooms and in the pool area. The hotel is extremely outdated. The only plus about this property was the morning staff and the housekeeping staff. 2/10

Had the King executive room. Large with desk and printer, chair and table for 2, also Fridge, micro and coffee maker. Pool was cold but hot tub was nice and hot. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. will definitely stay again.

Older property but seems to be clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast as expected from places like this. Plenty of parking and easy, close access to freeways. The TV gave me trouble for a couple of days and then would only turn on or off if the remote was almost touching the TV! Irritating. Overall, not a bad experience.

I gave a 3 star bc there was a snickers wrapper on the floor. Now to be fair it was behind the garbage so I didn’t go to immediate thought of the room wasn’t vacuumed. Nevertheless the garbage was not moved to clean behind it.

We have stayed at this location several times in the past, but this time I was extremely disappointed to find that the sheets were not fresh and clean!!! When I turned back the cover and top sheet, I noticed small black hairs and some fuzz in several places. I took photos to show it. Not sure if I will return, but if I do try this location again, you can bet that the first thing I will do is check the sheets!!! Very disturbing!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in this year. I feel even the more upscale hotels have started cutting corners when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. This establishment hit the nail on the head with their overall appearance and customer service. From check in to check out, we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again. It's also kid friendly.

Carpeting is dark and has stained areas. Wallpaper is torn and peeling in hallways. Corners of tub surround had dark build up. Room keys didn’t work three times resulting in a delay getting settled and a room change. However, once we were in our room, the beds were comfortable and bedding was good quality and clean and front desk staff were polite and responsive.

I stayed at other Holiday Inn expresses throughout the years and this one did not live up to the names standards. Where do I start? For starters, it smelt like Indian curry inside the hotel, I found a long hair on my bed, the wallpaper was from the 80s, the TV was not a modern smart TV. It was from the 2010s and was not able to stream Netflix, the carpet was from the 80s the faucets were from the 90s

The room was filthy. I used one of their white towels to clean the bathroom floor and it was black. The room was so humid that everything felt wet the whole weekend. There was a full-size dog in the room next to us that was barking at 7 AM For about a half an hour. The floors were sticky and the carpet was sticky and it smelled really bad. The breakfast was pretty good and the front staff was nice.

The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The cable TV could not be accessed from the remote. Had to use buttons on back side of TV. Very frustrating for my husband. He wanted to watch NBA playoffs. No help from staff.

The hotel is redoing the rooms. They are very nice. New carpet, bathroom fixtures etc. There is much variety at breakfast. The staff was welcoming. Everything was clean. My one complaint was our room was facing a large gas station. There were large lights that shined right into our room. Our room had no black out shades.

The room was nice. It had a nice decor of blue and white.. And extremely dated television, a small bathroom. Beds were actually very good. We did have to change our room because they accidentally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. They were very apologetic and happy to accommodate. This hotel is half being remodeled from best Western to a holiday so that was evident. There were some lingering cigarette smells throughout the hotel, but not in the rooms. The elevator was disgusting and had a huge stain in it, and it was stained yellow all over. The breakfast was two stars just mediocrity. I would not stay at this holiday again. It was also very expensive for the weekend and what we were getting.

The hotel was fine. Our room was very clean. We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. The only snag we had was that we were put into a room that was not supposed to be ours. Later in the day, another family had keys to our room and tried to come in. So they assigned the same room to two different families. They seemed to have assigned us one room but accidentally printed up paper work and keys for another that was supposed to be for a different family.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff and Sand, the breakfast lady, is an absolute doll!!!! Great breakfast choices and she was really on top of keeping up with everything with a warm friendly personality! Would definitely stay there again!!!

This was a great stop on our long road trip from Minnesota to Massachusetts! The breakfast was awesome for a hotel, there were places to eat within walking distance, and the rooms were large and comfortable. There is a giant pink elephant just up the street worth checking out, too!
