The staff was really nice they let me check in an hour early . The room was I think above the laundry so kinda loud running. Breakfast was not great n no juices for 2 days but it's free so bought my own. But the female who works in the AM is EXTREMELY NICE. ILLll be back. Price is ok and they do help you if you need anything. Hot tub was working this time so it improved alot

The pool area had a cigarette bud stuck to some of their pool equipment. The bathrooms in the pool area were so wet that I fell because it was very slippery but otherwise overall my stay was good.

. Called to ask about if the hot tub was working. Was told yes over the phone. It was broken and drained when we got there. Lame. Then our tv didn’t work when we got to room. Breakfast and morning crew were awesome. Nighttime not so much

The property is old and doesn't have an elevator. We had several bugs in our room of various sorts... the pool is old and kind of unclean. The property needs updates and a good cleaning. The staff were very polite and friendly.

The water in the shower did not drain but instead accumulated around the toilet making the entire floor wet and slippery. This could help explain the mold on the bathroom wall. The drywall was coming apart in the corner of the room and the carpet was burned by an iron. This place is a dump!

I got up in the morning and found a bedbug on my pajamas. I stayed in Rm 125 on 12/13/22. I was totally grossed out. I tried to save the bug to show the management but ended up squishing it. I googled it and it was definitely a bed bug. I have stayed here before but never again. I shared this information with the people at the front desk and called to talk to the PM manager but I don't think they believed me. I am just glad I saw the bed bug so I could take steps to make sure it did not spread to my home.

We had two rooms and were going to a concert at Alpine Valley. While very spacious, they smelled of mildew and smoke. Unfortunately there were no extra rooms to move to per the attendant. Showers were not clean and the pool was in desperate need of cleaning as green film covered most of the pool bottom. Avoid this place if you can.

The carpet was discussing. I wore a pair of white socks, just to sleep. After 4 nights they were black. The pillows are tiny. Barely as big as my head. I've never seen pillows that small except on a sofa.

Stayed here to attend an Alpine Valley music festival. Great location, parking, and breakfast. Staff were amazing and super helpful. The room was huge. Only complaints was our room had an odd smell and was humid and stuffy feeling. And we had to wipe down the bathroom floor because it was sticky. Not sure if it has anything to do with the pets that are allowed or not. But overall our experience was good.

Perfectly fine accommodation for a few hours overnight - breakfast was sub par and coffee cups were tiny. Check in took 5-7 minutes and was confusing about fees I paid and which card the hotel was charging.

This was the cleanest and biggest room I think we have ever stayed in. We are definitely coming back!! Also, the breakfast offering and the way the staff keep everything clean, organized and stocked is unbelievable!! You have a great facility and staff.

Property is what you expect from a quality inn. Room itself is fine my only complaint is the smell of dog when I first walked into the room. The ac or at least vent should be left on in between customers. We had to buy an air freshener to attach to the ac during our stay.

TV didn’t work no elevator spiders dirty sheets. Price over than what was offered. We called hotel to have price corrected on 06/24/24 we were there for our nephew wedding. Expedia was canceled by hotel well that was what we were told. Then we were to put under wedding blocked rooms that were way cheaper then what we were charged. We are asking to have a refund for the overpay. We were charged $505 and the price under wedding was to be $89 before tax. My wife has Parkinson’s and needed an elevator and there isn’t one. Kaven would not move us said had no other room. Another nephew checked in Kaven asked Cain if he wouldn’t mind moving from the second down to the first so he did. We are not asking for a complete refund just the price difference. Cain and other family members say they were charged $89 We asked Kaven for a refund he yelled at us and was very rude. Said I needed Expedia to refund. We need help with this. This has put us in distress

The staff were always available for questions or issues. Room was clean and comfortable but had an issue with the AC unit. Mentioned it to one of the staff before leaving for the day and came back to a brand new (still had the plastic bag on cord, factory tape securing the filters and zero wear on controls) and the room was a wonderful 68°. This was over a weekend where the outside temps were in excess of 95° with high humidity... I was thrilled and could not ask for more. If you look close enough, you can find updates or minor repairs needed, but that does not take away from the overall cleanliness and friendliness of this location. Thank you!

When I got to this hotel it was dirty. The hot tub had clumps of hair in it, the pool and dirt floating at the top. I got king jacuzzi suite. Trash was full from previous people. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the toilet even still had piss in it!!! I tried to have a good night tho still. Me and my gf were in the jacuzzi and we weren’t wearing ANYTHING! 5 minutes after getting in, the front desk lady without a phone call to our room, just WALKS RIGHT IN OUR ROOM!!! We were naked!!! And she just stood there staring while trying to tell us water was leaking. I heard her say that and told her to get out and she kept standing there. Not covering her eyes, not turning around, just STOOD THERE AND INVADED OUR PRIVACY!! My girlfriend cried she was so uncomfortable. Then the front desk lady got mad at ME for wanting her bosses phone number. Refused to give it to me at first, but I snapped and eventually got it. Then her boss decided to LIE and tell Expedia it never happened and she never walked in. WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT THAT!? If it was up to me!? I wouldn’t let anyone stay there. 4.5 star hotel? I give it 1 star and that’s just for how it looks outside the building. I was only there for 3 hours and hated every minute of it.

We had a small issue with their dog policy. We tried to pay the pet fee upon check- in but the night clerk had been asleep (11ish pm) and said that he didn't know how how to handle it so not to worry about it. In the morning as we were checking out they insisted that we pay the fee and then acted like we were trying to sneak in our 2lb puppy, even after we explained what had happened at check in they were a bit rude. Hotel itself was ok just in a remote location. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel overall is nice. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The anemities of the hotel are lacking. The hot tub is more like a tepid bath, the breakfast at this location is probably one of the weakest I've ever seen. There is no meat protein option, the muffins are sparse, no bagel or cream cheese. Watery hotel eggs and toast are not what I'm looking for to start my day. On a hot humid day the a/c could not keep up in the upstairs areas.
