Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kaukauna WI

Pool wasnt working, only had what they call breakfast one day and that wasn't much at all just cereal and yogurt.

The pool was did not have any water in it and it wasn't noted online and hadn't been working for months. The breakfast food was expired and had to keep asking for waffle mix and syrup.

So hotel is older not in greatest shape.Our room was as advertised but no breakfast and the pool was out of order.1/2 roll of toilet paper in room and no kleenex.I never give bad reviews but this nees to be said.

Advertised with a pool. Not working. Hard to access staff. Took 15 minutes to check in. Orange juice machine didn't work. Took ten minutes to fix. Hallway was freezing. Beds were very high.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay after a family member's wedding in Brillion. Would recommend on the way back from there in about a 30 minute drive from venues there. It is located right off of Highway 41 north and is also a nice option heading back from a late night Packer game heading south. This Days Inn & Suites location in Kaukauna is modern in the rooms and is very spatious for a room with a King bed. There was also a pullout couch. A nice laminate floor that was clean. A modern sink and mirror with different light settings. The tub creaked and may need inspection but the shower itself was clean and the right temperature with a smaller shower head. The bed was very cool and had many nice soft white pillows. We stayed on the second floor. There were stairs instead of an elevator. A nice feature was a back door entrance with room key entry since we were at the end of the hallway. Something to improve wound be address a smell of the hallway floor from possibly not fully vacuumed or the carpetting being very old and needing replacement. We did not eat breakfast as it went from 6-9am. We wound like to have eaten breakfast until 10am on a weekend from a late night before. The pool looked clean and inviting on the first floor even though we did not use it. The parking lot was in good shape with no major cracks and had clearly defined painted stalls for orderly parking. Would definitely stay there again after an event we attend. Very reasonable rate for the night we stayed.

Was the 1st time i was ever called to see if i was still coming or not. (wasn't really late either about 830pm). Pool and hot tub were still out of order.

Safe parking. Easy access . Pet freindly. Has been updated with new bathrooms and flooring. Clean and quite night.

Small and outdated. Concerned about lack of electrical outlets and so much plugged in to them. Party in pool area was loud and unruly.

The pictures on the website were not up-to-date. It showed that the hotel was updated and clean. There was duct tape up and down the hallways when we asked where the elevator was, they said very snarky that we are not in Florida anymore. And we have to use the stairs. We did not have a problem using the stairs, but he didn’t have to be mean about us, knowing where the stairs were.

Hallways looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. Duct tapped carpet everywhere. Lobby full of boxes. Pool had a bunch of stuff floating in it. Whole place smelled like a sewage back up. Never got the WiFi password even when calling down to front desk. Depressing breakfast and area. Was told I could only pay cash for an early check in. Seemed suspicious …….. Rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good though.

It was quiet Room could have been cleaner. Carpeting in halls and entrances very dirty. We were on ground floor. Several screens were ripped. Tv had very bad reception. After someone came in and fixed whatever was wrong with it, it came on. Breakfast was packed up 10 minutes early so all we got was coffee. Powered creamer was empty. Absolutely nothing to eat.

At first glance, from the outside I wasn't sure about this hotel, however it turned out to be absolutely amazing! Super clean, awesome friendly staff, and very modern! The breakfast didn't have eggs or meat, but for the price I didn't mind! I highly recommend!

I will never stay here again. The only clean thing about the room was the bedding. Otherwise the shower was dirty with toothpaste all other the sink was covered dirt and grim. It’s like they just made the bed and left.

It was filthy, the whole place held together by duct tape. The room was obviously not cleaned. It smelled of bengay, the sheets were soiled and smelled. Towels were stained. Loud, over priced, and staff was not helpful.

138 USD a day, and they charged me 200 USD when I left. I stayed for 9 days and they never cleaned the room once!

I loved the room! Most hotels these days have no rails to put your hand towels, this hotel had them which I really liked. I liked having tissue available. and plenty of space to hang clothes. The lighting at the sink could be a little brighter. And I would prefer having local channels to watch instead of the streaming channels that most hotels have gone to. The breakfast had enough options to have a very nice breakfast. Everything was very clean and the it was easy to get to the hotel from the highway.

The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The room was clean when we checked in but was not tidied up during our six night stay.

Our room was filthy. It reeked like pee really bad. Then i went to the bathroom and it had someone past diarrhea in it plus a blade at the bottom of the bowl. Called the front desk. They were apologetic and brought the manager and the cleaning lady. I also pointed out the dirty fingerprints on the fridge door and the dirty freezer. (This was being in the room in less then 10 minutes). Cleaning person just acted surprised and keep saying i am the one who cleaned it and i do a good job. We had to leave to go to a race and didn't bring anything in yet. We figured we would give them a benefit of the doubt and let her finish cleaning the room. Came back, the toilet was cleaned, but the fingerprints on the fridge was still there. Did notice hand prints all over the headboard, the bottom of the shower had dirt and hair on it and old shampoo running down the shower. We went to the pool where they never turned the light on and almost slipped on the top step going into the pool. Next day went to the continental breakfast which was aweful. Coffee was watered down, no toast. Just a waffle maker, yougert, and some banana that were close to expiring, and juice and milk that was in a gallon jug from the gas station. I was charged about $200 a night and expected a decent room. We travel a lot and i would say this was the worst hotel i had ever stayed at. Camping in a tent would have been better. Now i can see why they were the only hotel that still had rooms that night.

Hotel interior is outdated, stained carpets.

Room was missing tv remote otherwise great value and clean room.

Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby was clearly under some construction, but overall hotel needs some work. My room was clean, but very small. TV was bigger than many hotels and had a small fridge and microwave. I wouldn't plan more than a night here as its just too small to be comfortable.

Staff was friendly, rooms look to be recently and well remodeled. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are spacious.

The place is clean and seems safe. The night clerk was friendly and gave me a free bottle of water, which was nice. The only things I didn't like was my shower in the evening was lukewarm - not much hot water. And the worst thing was that the floor of the shower was extremely creaky and loud, so when I was showering and turning around to wash my hair, etc., it was very noisy. I guess these days, $100 a night is a bargain. But I would prefer that for $100, I'd at least get a nice, quiet, pleasant shower at the end of a long, tiring day of traveling. I suppose it's an old facility and they don't want to invest in upgrading the shower stalls. But especially for the ladies who love our showers, this would be a nice upgrade. Also, there's no elevator, which was kind of pain for getting my luggage upstairs - not a huge deal, but good to know in case that's any issue for anyone. The people who worked there were friendly, the room was very clean, and the place is quiet. This hotel was the cheapest I could find in the area at short notice, so all in all not bad.

The room was large and comfortable. The vanity area is very small, just a little larger than the sink itself. The breakfast is adequate - instant waffles, some baked goods and yogurt. Room service is not automatic, it is done on request. The ventilation in the bathroom isn’t strong enough to dry out the towels so you need to order fresh towels daily. Staff are friendly and attentive.

I booked an accessible room online. Even though I arrived at 2:00pm the guy at the front desk said there were no accessible rooms available and that he could only give me a room on the second floor unless I paid an additional $50 for a first floor king room. He also made a comment about how it was only one floor up. I was visibly upset and questioned his tactics. He eventually agreed to give me a double on the first floor for an extra $20. I felt I had no choice and paid the extra. I’ll never stay at a Days Inn again.

Nice hotel room, and good area, 5mins from downtown was helpful. The man who was running the front desk “Jay” was nice but we had some issues and he wasn’t very helpful. He double charged my card purposefully BEFORE I even checked in fully, and tried to tell me that Days Inn charges commission on Expedia bookings. I went outside to grab my husband, and my phone dinged off from my bank account with 2 transactions for the same amount, again… BEFORE I decided if we even wanted to keep our reservation. So instead of paying $100 for a night, I paid $200 and have yet to see any of the second charge returned.

There was no one available at desk ever!

They initially gave us a key to an actively occupied room. The tub makes creaking noises while you shower. Holes in the wall have been repaired with spackle and no paint. Neither waffles nor juice was available for breakfast, so it was just yogurt, cereal, or toast. But it was clean. And the front desk staff was appropriately mortified at giving us an occupied room.

No one ever at front desk. You always have to call them. Place has a funky smell. No closet and hangers which don’t fit a rod. For the price it was ok…still high for the place.

Overall the property was fine. Check in time took like 10 mins. Front Desk person was new, however it took a long time for his trainer to get off the phone and come over an help him. We were checked into the wrong type of room (Queen instead of King), and I left a garment in the room. Called the property to have them send the garment (was willing to pay shipping) and they refused. Said I would need to come and get it.

Duct taped carpet seams, breakfast was a joke coffee was just as good as the smell next to the hotel. Paper mill smells. Look it up on google… Kaukauna wi smells

It was just ok, honestly to pricey but understandable with the NFL DRAFT being held Close by in Greenbay. It wasn’t worth what we paid for 2 Nights.

Very kind staff at check in and check out. Great rates, clean room great location off the highway. It is in an industrial area and that was the only negative.

The staff was friendly and helpful - great job! The bathroom was in rough shape - old and needs to be refreshed. Construction in the hallway - not too bad. The breakfast was very limited.

The lobby really smelled bad but the rooms were ok. Disappointed in breakfast selections. Would like to have seen them offer fruit.
