If you want to golf this place was extremely convenient. On the negative...the hot tub was broken, the sink was dirty, the deadbolt didnt work, curtains didnt cover the window, and we skipped the restaurant because the adjoining bar had 75 men having a loud time.

Pool & hot tub were closed due to heat issues. Not major but kinda disappointing. Was notified the by phone call about 3 hours prior to checkin. Unfortunately no other hotels available due to sporting event in area. Shower head was great if you are 4ft tall. I’m 6’2. Overall nothing special but very accommodating otherwise. Very nice workout room. Sauna was operating

Unfortunately the directions on my phone brought us down the road that was under construction. Hotel was nice. Wish it had an elevator as we had to drag our luggage to the 2nd floor.

Awesome budget priced hotel in Mishicot!!! The new owner has done many updates including adding a free hot breakfast!! The Pool area is very nice as well as the updated lobby! Rooms are old but clean and bed was comfortable! Highly recommend this hotel!

There was a goopy blob on the nightstand, masking tape on the walls, laminate counter peeling away, and shelf to put suitcase was broken and unusable. Breakfast was short staffed and running out of food often, so there was a long wait time to eat. The front desk was unable to assist me with my questions, and the building smelled moldy when I first came inside. The walls were thin, so I heard everything happening outside of my room. Litter was outside in the parking lot. Definitely not worth the amount of money I paid for 1 night-over $130!!!

Really nice. The bed was very comfortable. Mild odd smell to room that may have been proximity to the pool/fitness center. It was a dampish smell that went away after some airing out. Very clean, well outfitted, quiet. Enjoyable stay!

Shower and sink in my bathroom clogged. Water would take forever to go down. Bathtub had hair all over it and someones old soap in the soap holder. Looks like it hads been cleaned in weeks.

The room was poorly cleaned. Beds were on wheels, flooring wasn't in place. The a/c and heater unit filter was filthy. mold was on shower tile wall. Bathroom floor by toliet was disgusting and pee filled. The worst was the shower mat in the bathtub. I lifted it up and it was covered in grim bacteria. Definitely need to put alot more work and care in the cleanliness there. Continental Breakfast was very nice and roomy. Staff was very friendly.

The mattress was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Bathroom needed some attention. Rusty shower curtain rod, shower head not very good, sink was very slow to drain.

There was hair on the toilet in the bathtub and on the floor the blankets were dirty! Thank gos I brought my own! You could hear everyone’s conversation in the next room and hallways! The doors slam loud!

The room is alright for what we paid. Just need a place to sleep. Very dirty hotel. Had water stains all over hotel. Lamp shade in room was 3 different colors looked like it camp straight out of a smokers house, bathroom was not swept out before our stay.

Price is right for what you get. Room was clean and spacious. Very loud on first floor from upstairs room. No coffee pot in room and our shower door would not stay closed. Minimal towels/washcloths. No info in room about tv guide or restaurant etc. golf course looked nice.

I had an event in Manitowoc and choose to stay here. Worked out very well. Got a good rate. Was upgraded and didn’t complain about getting a suite in the upgrade lol. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfy. Some dated things but didn’t matter to me. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.

I stayed 4 nights and not once did the cleaning crew clean my room, change sheets, or towels. This is my 3rd stay where this happened. Also, I happened to be working from my room where wifi was real spotty. Had to relocated to another business so I could connect.

I was in a room next to a door to the outside that banged loudly and shook the bed whenever people came in or out so did not sleep well. The person who checked us in was very hard to understand , no pool availability . the morning staff at the desk was kind and I used the workout room which was the one amenity I was able to use. Shower amenities were missing. We did not use the breakfast coupon so can not comment on the food. Not worth what we paid. I asked for a partial refund but have not heard back.

Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!

Not a horrible place the plastic front of the heater fell off. The shower head leaked so bad it sprayed water across most of the bathroom. The staff was like “yeah I saw a note about it for maintenance “ good place to stay don’t expect much it fit the bill and I guess you get what you pay for.

The people were friendly. The staff was informed we had two service dogs with us. They had no problem with it. A week after I checked out they charged my card for $250.00 for cleaning fee. My dogs did nothing wrong in the room. The room was as clean as I left as it was when I came in. When I called in regards to the charge after talking for a bit the guy hangs up on me. I have left several messages for the manager and yet to hear from him. I will be contacting the ADA dept. In regards to this and file a complaint. I will never return there. No hot tub that was advertised.

Wasn't that bad of an experience...but my room wasn't cleaned on a 2 night stay and I got back on one day and my door was literally lift wide open and I lost $200. Idk if I left the door open, the cleaning person didn't clean, or what, but I'm pretty sure if anyone was on duty for the 14 hours I was gone, that door wouldn't have stayed open. Also the bathtub drain was stuck so I had a full bath of water for 2 nights.

I think all the bathrooms should have a grab bar for safety no matter who has booked the room. The shower floor was a little slick when wet and especially after using the soap. If you are older and have trouble with stairs ask for a first floor room. For myself I wish I had chosen to stay in Two Rivers or Manitowoc on the lake. It’s a little isolated for a single woman. I chose not to join my relatives for dinner because I didn’t want to drive back to Mishicot in the dark by myself.

This is a nice option to counteract the high priced hotels in nearby towns, but it's still pretty close to the beach(under 30 minutes). This property is part of a golf course community. The room was quite large with a comfortable bed. Everything that we saw was clean. It mentions a 'continental breakfast' but it was a complete breakfast with bacon, eggs, sausages, bagels and more. Breakfast was hot and nicely supplied. Our only negative would be that the parking lot needs resurfaced and better lines.

Right on an amazing golf course and across from a cute farm. Just outside town it was pretty & convenient. Everything was extremely clean. Perhaps some construction or reorganization was going on but it was kept to on space & had no affect on our stay. The whole of the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfy & very large livable spaces. Seemed to be updated spaces & had a clean fridge. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Little to no effort put forth. Wasn’t made aware that the hotel was under renovation and no amenities were available. Until after I got to the property. The places they recommended for food were not appetizing. I was overcharged and they did not honor hotels.com pricing and they also had nothing for breakfast not even bread. Stake cereal and outdated premade sausage muffins.

The living space was nice, but the bathroom was old and needed to get redone… The shower only went to my dress because it’s so short and the fan was really loud. Also, the pool was down and the restaurant was closed and the breakfast was not that good. People at the desk were very nice though.

Very nice atmosphere! Staff were great and catered to our requests when needed. Warm and friendly, family-like feel while staying here. Highly recommend the restaurant on property. Salmon and Tenderloin were phenomenal.
