We had no hot water in the morning, our room was musty smelling and the ac didnt work. Outside door was tapped so the door did not latch. The pictures showed a lot more for breakfast options and there was very little. Our screen was busted on window and we barley got the window to lock shut and we had burn holes in our bedding.

The hotel overall was rather nice and a convenient location.. the ice machine was out of order, the snack machine was empty, our room wasnt bad except the large areas of paint missing on the wall. The bed was comfortable tho.

Comforter had burn holes in it. The exterior doors that you should use your room key to enter were both taped with duct tape so anyone could enter at anytime. Very unsafe. Half the parking lot lights were burned out and pop machine and ice machine were both out of order. Won’t stay again.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Cigarette burns in comforter. Knobs falling off. Tv didn’t work- had to wait almost 3 hours for a new one. Jacuzzi had yellow/rusty water, it even stained the towels. Bathroom smelled like stale urine. The outside doors didn’t lock so anybody could walk in.

The room was clean. The breakfast was pathetic. Two out of the five dispensers in the bathroom worked. Staff was friendly, but looked very unprofessional. Parking lot is somewhat small. TV had 5 scrambled channels and two of them were showing the same thing. Ok place to stay in a pinch, but I'd rather stay somewhere else.

It’s a pretty crummy hotel. The back entrance doesn’t require keycard access which is pretty unsafe. If you’re able to stay at the Best Western or The AmericInn that would be your best bet.

run down ice machine and vending machine both broke. the side entrance door didn't close. the breakfast was toast and cereal. they have not done anything to the place sence the hotel opened

Without a doubt, worst hotel I\'ve ever spent a night in. Starts with no elevator, and found out there isn\'t any coffee in the room. The room was shabby, the heater only ran on high, and the toilet handle didn\'t flush the toilet. I had to pickup the toilet lid and lift a lever! CRAP! No ironing board! No shampoo in the shower dispenser! I\'d asked for a late check out but at 11:00am housekeeping was trying to get in the room. I can be 100% sure, but she was coming in with the matainence guy and i got the feeling they weren\'t coming in to "work"! Oh yeah, and I was told there wS breakfast from 6-9, I went down around 8 and nothing! I get get a cup of coffee, it was cold. Again worst hotel I\'ve ever spent a night in! Never again@

The night stand hadn't been wiped off at all. There was visible spillage on it. The bathroom had visible urine on the base of the toilet. There was lots of dirt behind the bathroom door and there was something that looked like coffee on the shower wall. Besides the price, this room was awful

Nobody to take my payment when I checked in. The place stinks. There was trash left in the hallway. Drug users in and out ALL night long. There were bugs in the bed. This place is absolutely disgusting. I took pictures of the bugs and trash that I will be posting on a google review.

When we checked in we didn’t even know where the front door was. We knew we were staying in a “low” budget hotel, but it doesn’t describe what we stayed in. The bathroom was half out of commission. Soap dispenser didn’t work, and there was no other soap. The curtains were falling off. There was a random extension cord plugged in and running under the bed. There was no shelf above the coat rack. That was all nothing compared to when we looked under the bed. There were 4-6 empty beer cans and bottles. Who knows how long they were there…. I understand that we were staying in a low cost hotel, but this was just unacceptable. When we left I couldn’t tell anyone about it because there was a sign that said leave keys here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Buy and beware.

This was easy to get to. Giant hot tub was not requested but didn't work. The bed was comfy. The ice maker near the side exit door was leaking the entire time we were there. We had to walk on wet carpet and nothing was done to fix it so it started to smell like mold.

Bathrooms are very dirty. If you know the soap dispensers don't work put bar soap in the rooms. Shower is so dirty that you don't want to shower without shower shoes. Linen that is stained and discolored should not be in rooms. Curtains falling off walls. They really don't have breakfast since there was only coffee and cereal with a few bananas that were on their last leg. The only positive was the lady at the desk was nice. I will be joining everyone else and not staying here again. Better clean the place up or close because it's not worth charging people to stay there. If your remodeling you better finish rooms before renting them out half finished because they look and feel bad.

My only complaint about my stay was the issue with the remote, it turned the tv but wouldn't change the channel, went to the desk, recieved another remote, which didn't even turn the tv on. Went back to the front desk, was told don't have any other remotes your out of luck! Wasn't offered any solutions, not another room, or help finding another remote.

Friendly welcome. My room was away from the front desk, near a second access door from the parking lot. In other hotels, those doors are key access only. This door never locked. Disconcerting for sure. Near that door was a loud, older, kind of dirty looking ice machine. My room was mostly clean, but bathroom and fridge were old. There was updating construction in the room next door that was loud until after 8 or 9 PM. Breakfast was Raisin Bran, bananas, plastic-wrapped rolls, bread for toast, and coffee. Bottom line: a decent sleep, little enhancement in customer service other than friendliness, and they have lots of work to do to improve general atmosphere.

Acceptable hotel for the price. Shower head was not great and the ac/heater was a bit loud at night. TV worked, all channels came in fine, bed was okay, and hotel was quiet. Breakfast is limited to coffee, pre packaged baked goods and cereal. Coffee was warm, and available every morning. Back door to the hotel doesn't lock, exterior lighting was flickering, and part of the hotel looked pushed in as if a car hit it at one point. Shampoo and conditioner was provided as advertised. Shower itself looked stained at the bottom for regular use. End of the day the hotel met our needs, gave us a comfortable night's sleep, and stayed within our budget. Would stay again if low cost and short duration was the need.

I showed up after they had gotten 11 inches of snow. The driveway hadnt been completely cleared yet, but sometimes its to be expected after a storm like that. The guy at the front desk was super nice. I rented a king room. When i got there, only one was left. He told me that one of the lights didnt work in the room, their maintenance guy didnt make it because of the snow storm. So i could have that room, or take a queen size room. The room was decent, it was clean. The only complaint, the water pressure in the shower, not the greatest.

The room was not completed...no night stand..no head board..turn table in microwave did not turn..toilet water ran...had to pull up handle. Room was clean though and staff was very nice.

Stood at the desk for roughly 15 minutes before anybody showed up to check me in. I pressed their bell 3 times and called before anybody decided to come to the desk. Inside the room was pretty decent looking but nothing else was super clean. For the price i paid it is what it is but i probably will never stay here again

I walked in around 4:30pm (checkout at 3pm) and overheard the man helping customers tell everyone that rooms were not ready or cleaned. which is crazy because check out was at 11am. It took them over an hour to come and clean our room. The man said he would give me a partial refund but this hotel is still overpriced. pictures are misleading

I loved how quiet it was in our room. The gal on duty was outstanding. The ice machine was down, but even though , the gal at the desk was prompt with getting us some. The whole experience was better than I expected, especially last minute on a busy weekend..and the price was so economical.

close to the main road . shopping & dining close by . nice big tv . breakfast is minimal . can't check in until right at 3pm or later . soap & shampoo dispensers did not work . had to remove toilet lid & manually lift the mechanism to flush the toilet . the handle could not lift it to flush .

Very run down, things were falling apart. Water was brown from so much rust (even all the towels and linens were stained ) Outlets not secured, the wall sconces were powered by an extension cord tucked under the bed, other outlets didn’t even work. (pretty sure there were multiple fire hazard/code violations in room) “big breakfast” consisted of bread, bananas, coffee, and tiny little dried out muffins. The lamp in room was broken and didn’t work at check in. Brought it to attention of staff right away and it was never fixed or replaced during our 2 night stay. Asked for an extra pillow and were told they didn’t have any. Beds were mostly comfortable so that was a plus and the location is close to shopping and easy to get to.

The price was reasonable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Didn't hear noise from the hallway or other rooms. No traffic noise. I was surprised there was daily maid service. Don't get that often in a motel anymore. It was appreciated. Breakfast was modest with cereal, toast, banana, small muffin, and coffee. Only complaint we had was the coffee was cold.

I travel to Eau Claire once a week. The rooms are not bad by any means. The building has is either under renovation or they don't really care about appearance. The one thing I care about most because I travel is breakfast. They even tell you they have breakfast when you check in. You go out for breakfast and all they have is cereal. Like not even milk. To toast. No muffins. No bagels. Nothing except plain f****** cereal. Not going back unless they fix that.
