I understand I picked this hotel on a budget but I chose it because it had a pool but unfortunately, the pool and pool room were FREEZING! It was the end of February but dang, wish the heat in the pool room would have at least been cranked up! I mean, I swam anyway since it’s why I picked the place lol. Otherwise, the woman who checked us in was fantastic, the man in the evening not so much. The room was good and comfortable. Didn’t receive any cleaning services any of the 5 days we were there so that sucked very much.

Loved the WARM water in the heated pool. The gas fireplace wasn't working. The coffee maker broke down this morning but the manager repaired it immediately. He was very conscientious about everything.

The room was very nice, a good value. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The building is 2 floors with no elevator. It was difficult for me, a senior citizen to get my luggage to the room.

The property was kept up and the breakfast was nice The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The only issue i had was that the pool was out of service. I understand things happen, but a phone call would have been nice. We promised the kids they could swim and at check-in we were past the allowable cancellation period, so we coukdnt go anywhere else.

our stay was fine but disappointing. we chose this hotel because of the price and its proximity to where we needed to be AND because it had an indoor pool. but the thing is or was... the pool was closed for maintenance, and I didn't know that til check in time. I would have gone elsewhere except that we already paid EXPEDIA, so we felt stuck. sucked for our kids because they wanted to swim during our stay. other than that, it was all good.

I asked to have my bathroom cleaned because there was hair all over the wall in it. There was no help so I said do it tomorrow and went to sleep I get back to my room and the hair is still there. There wàs some one in there who freshened up the place and emptyed the trash but not clean the walls.

First thing I noticed was the dirty room- there were drink rings on the nightstands water spots/damage all over the bathroom. Booked the king size jetted tub suite- the celling above the tub was all water damaged- the tub itself was dirty and probably hasn’t been cleaned since who knows when. Front desk evening staff wasn’t very friendly (or maybe just really awkward??)- I had asked what time breakfast was in the morning and he replied with,“it doesn’t really matter”. Like … um ok??? Anyway. The breakfast was alright- I’ll give em that. The juice tasted weird though. Vending machines were ancient and had like 4 options. Also the TVs were way obsolete- no cable. For $137 a night I’d like the tv to not disconnect from the WiFi every time it’s turned off. Also I’m not even sure if the bed was actually a king- I have a king size bed at home and I swear mines bigger- like I’m 5’7- why are my feet reaching the edge of the bed??

I liked that the property itself was extremely clean, all of the furnishings were in good condition, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. It was in a great location, easy to get anywhere in the area. Manager was very friendly and helpful, especially with the waffle machine! I would stay there again.

The property is well maintained, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast is that typical for a chain hotel and was quite acceptable. Chain restaurants are less than a mile away, and there is a local pizza restaurant next door (which we didn't have time to try). There was no night light in the bathroom. However, my friend and I are both side-sleepers, and the mattress in our beds was so firm we had trouble sleeping. Back sleepers should be fine here and perhaps younger people, too (we are in our 60s).

The hotel was in a great location, close to airport, dining, and downtown. Breakfast was good, and coffee was amazing and available 24/7. Only complaint would be the television and the cable. Old tv, digital cable with frustrating channel lineup. Maybe have the hotel print out a channel guide for guests not from the area. Would definitely stay again if I came back to the area.

This hotel is super close to the highway which made it convenient. We found it to be very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good. There is no elevator and the property, while in good condition, is dated just a bit. We didn't get to use the pool, it looked decent.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably-priced place with good reviews to spend the night in Oshkosh. The Quality Inn didn't disappoint. The room wasn't huge, but large enough, with a comfortable kingsize bed, arm chair, desk, TV entertainment center and refrigerator. Very clean and attractive. The staff was friendly and accommodating (we asked for extra pillows.) The breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, waffles and other choices. We left well rested and ready to experience a day visiting Oshkosh.

I have stayed many times at this hotel when visiting Oshkosh because it's reasonably priced and close to where I need to go when in Oshkosh. It is also for the most part always very quiet. One thing that was kind of annoying during this trip was that I had to keep logging back into the internet as I would get logged out. The breakfast was the usual fare that you find for a continental breakfast. I was at the hotel for two days and scrambled eggs and sausage links were the hot items both days. Something different would have been nice.

Our daughter in law graduated in Saturday. The entire family needed a place to stay. We aimed to find a place that wouldnt break the bank due to booking multiple rooms. We absolutely Loved it. Rooms were great sizes and very clean. Upon checking in. The women who assisted us was so kind and friendly. Very welcoming. It is centrally located to nearly everything. Definitely would stay again.

I stayed at this property for a work trip. I was kept awake all night from 3am to when I checked out at 8am on with a barking dog in the floor below my room. Other guests also complained that I could hear in the hallway. I stayed less than 8 hours at this property, and got less than 3 hours of sleep. I let the front desk know, and they did nothing. No offer to refund or partial refund, all the front desk said was they would bring it to management's attention and if it was that bad they could have moved me at 3 am. I did not have an issue with the room, it was with a guest. Horrible customer service. Will never stay again.

We tried checking in, we never got to stay!!! The woman at the desk wasn’t helpful at all!!! We had a complete check in all worked out online. She wouldn’t let us. When we checked in, we were given a room key. When we went to that room, it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Returned to the main desk and let them know the room was not clean. The front desk staff questioned me, and I said it was not cleaned. He contacted another person who went and checked on the room and came back and said it wasn’t cleaned. He then gave us another room, but did not apologize for the mixup. I had to say, “we don’t even get an Oops, sorry about that?”. He then said sorry. Once in the new room, the sink did not drain properly. When we finally decided to go to bed, there was a brown bug underneath the sheets. When I addressed it with the front desk, they said maybe someone left the window open they would check on it. They were very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills.
