NO coffee pot, shampoo conditioner lotion. Another couple cleaned mold in their refridgerator. Lock broke on other entrance door so you did nit need a key card to enter. I believe people are living there. Smelt cat piss in hall left of front desk. We booked a king. Called twice to mayve get in a little early room wasnt ready then we were told we had to take 2 queens. I took photos since they charge a 50.00 security. They do have coffee in the lobby 8 to 10 am

Very, very old & outdated. Moldy caulk in bathroom, the appliances in room did not work. The vending machines had no power and did not work either. No ice machine at all. Staff was sparse & difficult to locate. Coffee machine appeared to have never been cleaned. Entrance doors into hotel did not even have locks on them at all, no room key needed to get in. Will never stay here again. Too bad, very nice area.

We spent the past weekend at this hotel. It is a Motel 6 and met most of my expectations. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wish the outside doors locked, but this is really my only complaint. We travelled with dogs and there was lots of grass around the hotel to walk them.

Did not like the stay. Dirt on floor. Dirty sheets. Shower curtain moldy. TV didn't work. NO elevator. NO covered area to load luggage. No one at front desk in the morning at 930. Microwave clock didn't work. Frig ok. No other amenities.

The hotel worked fine for a short stay. No breakfast and the coffee maker was broken. Easy fix, just run to walmart but I think they wanted to save money and not buy coffee beans. Not a very good tv. it would always buffer. Nothing fancy. Good if you just sleep and shower.

It was okay for a fishing trip. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, cond. lotion it is not supplied. They did provide 2 bars of soap, microwave and fridge. No coffee pot in your room. They do have coffee in the lobby from 6 am to 11. a couple vending machines

Good... checking in and out. Comfortable bedding. Shower works. Refrigerator works. Outlets and lights worked. Bad... no subscription to tv channels. No chair to sit on. The beds were too high for me. Access key to room worked. The exterior door key readers were not working. Doors were propped open. Room windows are rotting out, and screens are missing. Motel 6 needs to step up their maintenance program.

I know you get what you pay for. However, broken locks on exterior doors is a safety issue. I told the front desk clerk you need a room near the door since you have a lot of items to bring in. No luggage carts. She tells me there is only a room on second floor. I asked about an elevator and was told there was none. I refused the room and miraculously she found a room on the first floor. Room smelled.

The lighting was poor, overhead lights not working. Checked beds before retiring. Bed bug crawled on my friends neck. Moved bed off box spring, bedbugs crawling on it. Lots of garbage and food under bed, bathroom filthy. We were disgusted. Informed staff at checkout. Was told management would be contacted and would get in touch with us. No apology, no refund, no resolution. Hadn't heard from manager by evening, called hotel again. Same story, were informed that manager wasn't returning calls. I've contacted Motel 6 corporation, customer service. Am waiting to hear back from them with some type of resolution. I think a refund is the least that we should receive. All of our luggage, clothing etc needs to be treated so as to not bring bedbugs into our own home's. I sent photoscand video of the bugs to corporate.

Staff was fine. Room was clean but had an over powering bleach odor. Had to put the air fan on high and the bathroom fan on to alleviate the smell. Also bath tub had a lot of black hair in it. Poor drainage in the tub. You get what you pay for.

I know it was a motel 6 so I didn’t expect much but our sheets were stained with something yellow and had holes in them… we had to run to the store and get pillows and blankets because our pillows were so small and the blankets were so gross. $200 for 2 nights and I still had to buy blankets 😂

Hotel is very run down and dirty. Sink overflow had a ring of mold, shower loose parts and mold, ceiling pain falling, musty and damp. Would NOT stay again.

This stay I was on the hotel side that looks at the Interstate. Highway noise was noticeable in this room v rooms I've stayed in on the hotel parking lot side. Room door needed repair.

The property is quiet and close to our destination. We didn’t like that there was no elevator and the 3 pillows on the king size bed were about 16”x16”, to small. TV was cutting out a lot. All in all, we would stay again.

The hotel overall is a good value. The property is dated but owners seem to be making steady improvements. It's low cost and no frills so remember to bring your own shampoo, etc. The room I stayed in had an apparent bullet hole through the edge of the bathroom door and into the wall. I'm mystified why that wasn't patched and repaired. Accidents happen but it doesn't show well for the safety conscience. Rooms facing I-43 are traffic noisy.

To close to the freeway. Heard that all night. Tried setting the air conditioner on auto and it would never come back on so we had to manually put it back on each time it cut off. Very frustrating. Needless to say it got real hot in the room several times during the night.

For the price it was a reasonable hotel. However my first contact with a member of staff was the lady on reception. It was terrible. It was the worst welcome I have received in fifty years of staying in hotels. I said “Hello” - no answer. She just said ID in an over quiet voice. No smile, no thank you, nothing. Although the hotel was reasonable but we will never stay there again. Please remember, first impressions count!

The cleaning ladies and daytime staff were really nice. The second shift lady at the desk is incredibly rude. There are no trash cans around the place. Half of the rooms are redone and decent, the other half are not kept up at all. I booked and paid online only to have the rude girl at the desk lie to me about available rooms and try to change my room to one that was gross with a broken bathroom door. I finally got my reservation honored by speaking to someone else. Overall it wasn’t a great experience

Air conditioner in room initially reserved didn't work properly and suffered a whole night of bad sleep. Next day managed to get into a different room when AC couldn't be fixed, but it was a long wait and even in the new room, which was cleaner - they had to clean it to get us into it - than the first one, its AC worked for a while and then stopped during the night. Again - horrible sleep as a result. Front desk staff minimally helpful. Most of the time NOT even at the front desk, so getting assistance was difficult. Not an experience I would recommend to anyone.

We always like going to this motel, it's hassle free and nice people. There's green grass surrounding the motel, has a country vibe, but there's fast-food next lot over, plus it's right off the highway, so getting to our appointments are easy. We love Port Washington and all the boats docked, the lighthouse, Lake Michigan, the shopping, the restaurants. Great place to walk around.

Ya know folks, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isnt it. This is bare bones. If you want a clean place with a decent bed, youve got a place. Its inexpensive, kods would hate it (no pool)! Its in a safe xcommunity and its convenient to Milwaikee and the Northern suburbs. My wife and i staued there during the DMC, saved $300 over 2 nights and WOULDN'T HESITATE TO STAY THERE AGAIN! Goodnight.

It is behind dilapidated properties. We were moved to 3 different rooms. The windows did not shut nor were there working locks if they even shut. I asked if they had any rooms that the windows closed/locked and if not to please refund my money. They did refund and went elsewhere.

NO coffee pot, shampoo conditioner lotion. Another couple cleaned mold in their refridgerator. Lock broke on other entrance door so you did nit need a key card to enter. I believe people are living there. Smelt cat piss in hall left of front desk. We booked a king. Called twice to mayve get in a little early room wasnt ready then we were told we had to take 2 queens. I took photos since they charge a 50.00 security. They do have coffee in the lobby 8 to 10 am

Sign at front door indicated that rooms would not be cleaned until 5th day of stay. I have stayed here for over 25 years under multiple owners and mgt. Only food now is coffee on morning basis. I applaud their attempts at remodeling to a more contemporary look. However the work is very amateurish with woodwork not fitting at floors and doors (vinyl plank),, baseboards and furniture. There is a missing handhold at the wall of the tub-shower. While the towel rack is on the wall on the other side of the toilet, it is not accessible from the tub-shower and their are no safety bars to aid acess. The hot and cold faucets are opposite the US Standard. Painting was done with out taping so paint is on the tops of the baseboards, walls, and paneling.. As this is adjacent to the Interstate (50') `insufficient sound deadening inside and out (barriers and trees) are present. (adjacent to upramp to Int 43 ). Motel 6 needs to work with the operators to bring this up to standard.. Breakfast had to be secured at the nearby Burger King. I have stayed here over 29 times for Business purposes prior to 5 yrs ago.. Limited amenities.

Very, very old & outdated. Moldy caulk in bathroom, the appliances in room did not work. The vending machines had no power and did not work either. No ice machine at all. Staff was sparse & difficult to locate. Coffee machine appeared to have never been cleaned. Entrance doors into hotel did not even have locks on them at all, no room key needed to get in. Will never stay here again. Too bad, very nice area.

The hotel worked fine for a short stay. No breakfast and the coffee maker was broken. Easy fix, just run to walmart but I think they wanted to save money and not buy coffee beans. Not a very good tv. it would always buffer. Nothing fancy. Good if you just sleep and shower.

It was okay for a fishing trip. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, cond. lotion it is not supplied. They did provide 2 bars of soap, microwave and fridge. No coffee pot in your room. They do have coffee in the lobby from 6 am to 11. a couple vending machines

Good... checking in and out. Comfortable bedding. Shower works. Refrigerator works. Outlets and lights worked. Bad... no subscription to tv channels. No chair to sit on. The beds were too high for me. Access key to room worked. The exterior door key readers were not working. Doors were propped open. Room windows are rotting out, and screens are missing. Motel 6 needs to step up their maintenance program.

The motel was filled with traveling laborers who were talking loudly right aside my door until late at night. I asked to be.moved to a different room but was denied. The night manager said he would talk to the group of men. They quieted for a few minutes, but then raised their voices again. As a woman traveling alone, didn't feel comfortable confronting them. So I checked out the next morning, even though I had booked for 2 nights. Now it looks like I'll have to fight to get the 2nd night removed from my charge. There were no amenities, not even coffee. There's some remodeling going on, but the place is in poor condition right now.

Most of the time there was no staff present. One day no coffee, creamer, etc. since this is the only thing offered at this facility, I was disappointed. Thinking this was the norm (and no one to double check with) I went out and bought my own coffee, creamer, etc. and then the next day there was coffee prepared.
