The hot tub was not in working order. Called prior to arrival and they did not share this info even though bee specifically asked if they had a hot tub and pool. They were accommodating with early check in.

We had a really nice overnight stay here! We were in the area visiting family and have two little kids, so having the pool and the little water features was awesome!! Our kids loved the shallow kiddie pool and our older daughter loved playing basketball in the bigger pool. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but just what we needed to get everyone fed and happy before we hit the road in the morning. I will say that the front desk worker could have been friendlier when I checked in, but the process was incredibly quick and easy so I can not complain! I was a little worried when we were given the first room on the first floor, right next to the conference room and right outside of the lobby, but we had no problem with noise and slept great. Overall I very much recommend!

Unfortunately it appears there was black mold in bathroom shower ceiling and near window in main area. Also one of the beds was like a teeter-totter. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but when we checked in we had to wait for the desk clerk to come in from her smoke break right in front of the motel entrance. I am not sure where the designated smoking area was because there people smoking and tossing cigarette butts all over outside. My granddaughter woke up to find several ants in the pull out bed with her. We have stayed at this location many times and enjoy the stay, but this time had a couple of bumps.

We have been staying here for years. People are super. It needs a refresh on the rooms. Beds and linens, towels are clean. The carpets are stained and the a/c cools but is so damp.

Highest rating possible. From the moment when I called the hotel a few days prior to arriving, just to check if it would be okay to bring our mountain bikes into the room, the amazing manager offered to put us on the first floor close to an exit to ease our stay. We ended up booking the king size bed suite and were stunned by the amazing setup. Hot tub, gas fireplace, sofa with a half wall separating the area with the bed. Two TVs, fridge, microwave, and nice bathroom. We were going to go out for dinner and opted to order in because the room was so comfy. On top of that, breakfast was great and hit the spot. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, both on the phone prior to coming, to my arrival. Super helpful. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. I've stayed in three places in Waupaca thus far and this one was the best.

Safe broken in the room, only 1 handicap accessabke room. ( I am handicapped). Bathroom quite small. No shampoo in the shampoo container. The waitress in the restraunt did a poor jib. Very inattentive, made mistakes with the meal. Was inattentive.

Room was great. The fireplace was perfect on a chilly evening. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone at reception was friendly and kind. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Overall a lovely stay in Waupaca.

The room was OK. Because this is hotel is promoted strongly as a resort hotel, we expected a much better breakfast. Hot offerings were sub-standard, especially the powdered scrambled eggs. The biggest issue was that the restaurant, at which we had reservations for 12 people, decided to be closed that evening (a Friday). We didn't learn about that until check in. No one from the restaurant even bothered to call. That caused us to scramble at the last minute to find another restaurant for our group of 12. We found a delightful place which we will definitely go to in the future, not the restaurant hotel.

The hotel is in back of a convention center. There is 1 little sign that points to the parking area that says hotel and dosnt tell you thatyou need to drive through the convention cente4 oarking to get to the hotel.....a little confusing

Resort was located in a nice setting. Overall, the property and rooms are dated. The shower floor was in extreme need of replacing. The breakfast was average at best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the $300 total price did not match the expectations of what a “resort” setting would typically entail. If you are looking for something very basic without high expectations, then this would be an option.

After dark the hotel was a bit difficult to locate behind the Par 4 resort. Lighted signage would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was not as advertised and a bit of a disappointment. Had I not been expecting better in the morning it would have been an excellent stay.
