It is in a very nice, quiet location. The rooms were neat and clean. Front staff was nice. The only problem we had is there is no elevator, we were assigned to second floor and one person in our party had a difficult time with the stairs. Next time we will just make sure to request first floor rooms.

No elevator, we stayed on the second floor because that’s all that was available. Had no choice but to carry our stuff up. Only small refrigerator and no microwave. I checked the amenities, but apparently that if you get the suite for it to have both. They did have one in the lobby for use. The staff was great! A breaker blew, so the breakfast bar was down for a while. Not their fault, but delayed our plans. Just wish it stated on the site no elevator. We had disabled people with us that had extreme trouble with the steps. :(

The property offers an amazing mountainous and pool view. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, with a quaint restaurant & heated outdoor pool on the property. Complimentary breakfast has a variety of choices and ample tables. The only thing I would recommend is add butter to the condiments for the toast and biscuits. Also, our first room did not having a working television and even though we were only staying one night, the front desk receptionist pleasantly moved us to a new room, even though we did not ask for this. Her gesture was much appreciated though. We will definitely return.

Room was VERY clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. Dolores at the front desk was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Restaurant right next to the hotel was great. Service was amazing and the food delicious. Can’t say enough about our stay. Highly recommend!

Oh the beds were awful! An added pillow top type pad on top of the mattress would go a long way or just replace the mattresses! I would not stay here again due to the bad nights sleep.

Pros: Room was large, clean, comfortable. Good (new, I think) heat/AC unit. Soft white light bulbs instead of those harsh bright light bulbs. Nice staff. Cons: No sink stopper. This is always a big annoyance to me, a contact lens wearer, and shaver, as I have to shove a wash cloth into the drain instead. Room was a little dark, needed one more lamp. Only standard definition TV (it's 2023 folks). Breakfast was very weak.

The hotel was very clean but also very dated and in need of upgrades. Low toilets, dated furnishings, and basic televisions. So for one night it was okay but I would not use for an extended stay. Unfortunately it is the only hotel in the area!

The front desk folks were fantastic! If I had a hotel, I'd do my best to hire them away. My only suggestion is that the hotel install door closers on the room doors so that they do not slam shut when a guest lets it go...like I did. Whoops. Sorry for the noise. :-)

At check-in, Delores was a gem. Smiling, personable, helpful. She recommended the Angus and Ale right across the parking lot for dinner, and her recommendation was spot on. We also loved having a bike wash area, which after riding in the mud, was extremely helpful in preparing our bikes for the next day's ride. Breakfast had the normal items (waffles, eggs, egg /cheese omelet, sausage & gravy, biscuits, cereal). I would stay there again when in the area.

The hotel was clean and good for an overnight stay. Be aware there is no elevator in the hotel so take that into consideration when planning your stay. We arrived late in the evening and were met with what seemed to be annoyance & a judgmental demeanor. by the person at the desk. After traveling for many hours the last thing we needed was an unnecessary and unexpected attitude.

The hotel was very difficult to find in the dark. It is set back, up a hill and behind landscaping, with a dark, unoccupied building in front that was misleading. We drove in circles until deciding to drive further back the dark road. Then we found it. Yay!

Very well located between the town and the park. Staff is personable and diligent. The one thing is I was put in a room that was rather... malodorous. As well, I can recommend they put up an ATM to allow people to get cash for tipping.

For a tiny rural area the location was great. Not walkable to the cuter old downtown but close, ans restaurant on the property was good and a well priced. Grocery a minute drive.. a few other dining options within minutes. Service was very friendly and helpful. Room was not new but in good shape and clean. Bed comfortable and lots of pillow choices. Breakfast was better than average (US) hotel inclusive, with eggs, sausages, biscuits and waffles.. only negatives for me was chatty guests nextdoor up to the wee hours - but that could happen anywhere.. if I could have made the air unit run constantly it would have solved it. No movie channel options on tv either.. typical cable package only. But overall recommend !!

Nice and clean, but breakfast was the same both mornings. The fresh fruit was just oranges- could have used a banana or apple. Boring choices. Also, we were on the first floor and the people above us were very noisy. It’s really the only hotel in Berkeley Springs unless you want to go to the spa one.

The property was a little tucked away once you make the turn off the road so be sure to use GPS before you go through town or look for the “SureStay” sign right by the Dairy Queen. We were looking for a Best Western sign. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was average and pretty much what I expected for this hotel. Overall clean and close to town which is why we stayed at this location.

I was surprised that this hotel featured a free, full breakfast (not just a continental one.) They had biscuits, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. This was super nice and my eleven year old daughter loved all the food.
