The room was big. There was some new stuffs like the towels. There was old stuff, like the tissues. A couples of used tissue was on top of the box. Overall, it was ok. Parking can be packed.

Great location! Highly recommend the 3 queen room, our family really enjoyed the extra space. Pool was very nice and the staff were so welcoming. Perfect location to walk around downtown and a short drive to the rodeo.

Older but fully remodeled property. Clean room, nice staff, safe area. Parking is horrible and the TV does not have a smart option so if you plan to have a relaxing night you will need to bring a fire stick or Roku. Other than that we loved this property understanding what it was. Room is nice and cool if you want it cool, the bed is comfortable. We did have to buy our own pillow because the pillows are not great but great property for the price.

Very well kept older motel. We ate at the Buffalo Cody motel and restaurant down the street. It was a very interesting building and they portrayed a gun fight in the street. Nice shops along the street also. The only negative was no breakfast, but they had plenty of hot coffee. We enjoyed our stay here.

It’s short a star because the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors next door and above talking and moving around. Not great for light sleepers. Even with that we’d definitely stay again.

Such a cute place. Very well maintained. Kind of tight squeeze on space. No place to hang clothes. At all! Could be easily remedied with some pegs on wall. But would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean. The beds very comfortable. Easy walk into the heart of Cody. We were there 3 nights, and we had to ask for toilet paper, and our rooms were not freshened with towels once. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

We did not get the room that we expected. Their ‘suite’ was just one small room with a small bathroom. Their pictures were misleading. There was no closet. On the upside, the bed was comfortable

The front office staff were cheerful and helpful. Edith greeted us and graciously changed our room to a first floor when she could see that our ages and number of bags would make a 2nd floor stay difficult. The overall room size (king bed) was comfortable. They do not clean daily, except by request. We needed dry towels for the next day, because the ventilation in the bathroom was insufficient to dry those we had used. I put in a request the next morning and the housekeeper forgot us. When I went back to the front office, we were taken care of immediately with the requested towels brought to our door. Of note: there is no closet or hanging space. There was a rustic bar that looked like it was put up for hanging space, but was too low to the floor to be useful. The bathroom was small and clearances between the fixtures and the door so tight that persons of size might have difficultly using the facilities. We were otherwise very happy with the facility, staff helpfulness, price and convenience to museums and restaurants.

Great location and walkable to stores, museum, and restaurants. Parking was limited and we had to park in the street. Room was clean and adequate. Staff at check in was very friendly, helpful and courteous. He gave us hints and tips on what to see in the area and what to do for best seating at the rodeo. However two other occasions we went to the office desk and nobody was there. Myself and another person waited over 15 minutes for someone to come and even tried to call the hotel phone number. The other time, we just left and didn’t wait. Room was noisy- could hear everything from room next door even at 1:30 AM.

We unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with them and will never come back because of that. They checked us in and we unpacked all our stuff and went on to check out the town. It seems that the hotel accidentally gave us a nicer room and while we were out left a single voicemail to let us know that there was an issue with the room we were assigned to. We didn't hear it right away and called back as soon as we were sitting down to wait for our dinner reservation and had a quiet moment (probably 30min later?). We called back immediately and the lady on the phone said, oh no worries we fixed the problem and moved your stuff to another room. We were like, you went into our room, touched all of our personal items?! We cancelled dinner and went right back to the motel and they didn't seem phased at all that this is a big no no in hospitality!!! You never enter a room without permission and especially never touch anyone's items without consent! They touched our toothbrushes, personal items, clothes, meds, suitcase, food, my personal pillow, our laptop, travel documents... my sleep clothes, dirty laundry... You can imagine how violated we felt in that moment. If they had tried to call us 2-3 times more, I'm sure we would have heard it eventually, there was no effort made to reach us after the first voicemail. Now we noticed that an item is missing, we couldn't retrieve it anymore since the room was still occupied.

The property needs some love. An update and painting would greatly improve the motel. The room was acceptable and there seems to be new carpet in the hall. However, there was no information about WiFi when we checked in. One employee told us there was no WiFi. It is very difficult to communicate with the staff due to a language barrier. Only stay here if there is no other choice.

We really liked the location of this hotel. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was really friendly when checking in. Our room was on the second floor which was an issue for us with no elevator but she was able to switch us to a ground floor room. They are on a busy street but we didn’t hear any noise in our room. Great place to stay and would come back again.

Had our truck and motorcycle trailer. Were able to park on the street outside hotel and clerk brought out highway cones to place in back and front. Much appreciated. Great location. Easy walking distance to everything.

Great location and amazing staff. This is a motel that maintains the property well. The beds are comfortable, not too many extras but has everything you need. This staff goes out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. The location is in the middle of 90% of places to eat or explore in town. I will stay here again.

We could not have picked a better spot!! So convenient!!! Clean and quiet!! We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and museums in just minutes. Our tour to Yellowstone picked us up and dropped us off just outside of our room. Would highly recommend staying here.

The attendant at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quite. If I need to travel to cody again, this place would be on my list. I would not recommend the Chinese restaurant a couple buildings down the street.
