Quality Inn Rock Springs - Green River

LOVE this place. Stayed going out to CA from midwest and on the way back home. All one story so you parked in front of your room which we prefer. Property is nice w/ large sundeck to relax on. Breakfast was good. We've stayed here 3 times.

Besides having to find a front desk person for check in, great easy stay, affordable and the rooms were very clean. Stayed with my husband and pup, no problem with having a pet. We came with a moving truck and car trailer and parking options were very limited, but we still managed to find a spot to park that wasn’t too hard to get out of in the AM.

Pool was dirty with scum on sides at water line. Kids wrote their initials in the scum it was so bad. The juice was out at breakfast bar. Needs updating. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Older facility very well kept up. I particularly like that it is all on one floor and you park in front of your room.

Was a good stay to sleep and rest. However, the bathroom had ants all over the place and the fixures were loose. Be careful of the shower water, its really hot, and don't plan on swimming, the pool wasn't filled yet.

Easy parking. Rooms a bit dated. Staff was friendly. Really liked the free happy hour.

Love the courtyard with trees, grass and lobby areas. Older hotel but clean. The mattress was a bit springy and uneven but would stay at the hotel again.

This is the most foul smelling room I have ever stayed in in my entire life. They knew there was an odor in the room and sprayed extra of the nasty spray to just try to cover it up. This is a slum motel. How in the world it has as high a rating as it has is beyond me. The carpet is buckling. The beds are so hard it’s awful. I can’t sleep because of the stench. The carpet is wet with something.

Filthy!!! Boogers on the vanity, sheets looked slept in, bedspread was dirty, floor with dust and dirt!!! Choice Hotels should be ashamed to be associated with this facility!!

Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Well stocked and well made. Good sausage and eggs. Service was very good and friendly. I would absolutely seek this place out to stay here again. Great performance at a very good value.

First thing my wife did was lift up the matresses to look for bed bugs. Didnt see any. The curtains had big holes in them. The bathroom had chips in the tub, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ac was set at 64 but blew only coolish air and the plugs between the beds didnt work. We woke up the next morning and while my wife was still in bed, a bed bug crawled across her arm. I have plans to go through this town again but i WILL NOT ever stay here again.

Convient motel with easy Interstate access and a good complimentary breakfast. The room however was severely lacking in cleanliness. We had our dog with us and one of his toys when behind the bed and a nightstand, and there were massive piles of dust and who knows what. The rooms need some significant deep cleaning.

The room was spacious albeit muggy. The private entrance is nice and allowed us to move things from our car directly into the room. There was a grass patch by our room but tons of dog poop in it from people that don’t clean after their pets… We got bed bugs from our room- I noticed bites on my fingers after staying at this hotel. I didn’t look at the mattress unfortunately prior to staying the night.

Surprised with the high rating - it is an outdated motel with musty smelling rooms,old carpets and hard to lock/unlock doors.

This property is older, door didn't work, door frame was crooked which made the door not close correctly, and it took several attempts to open with key cards. The room was clean. We were traveling in a 5th Wheel and the parking lot was difficult for parking, even though we googled the hotel and chose it for the parking configuration. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy.

It was really quiet. Slept like a log. The room was clean and comfortable. There were lots of options for breakfast. We will stay here again when traveling.

Door didn't seal around 2 sides, could see daylight. Door deadbolt would not work. Entrance light did not work. Fan in bathroom didn't turn on with switch. Just a lot of things made it disappointing.

The heat would not go off. It was 73 outside and we could not chsnge to air. Someone finally came to check after about 4 hours. We actually had to sit with our door open. Worker was nice bit said they couldnt fix and would not change our room.

Everything met our needs. Room was spacious and at ground level and has a sliding glass door right out to your parked vehicle, so that was convenient. Shower drain was very slow and water pooled up on our feet, which certainly resulted in a very brief shower. If it was a way to secretly conserve water, it was effective:-)

Nice breakfast options. Yogurt and fruit would have been nice. Bed was pretty comfortable but the air conditioner didn’t really cool the room.

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Parking was good, but could have been a problem if occupancy was higher. The grounds (i. e. curb appeal) need work: Trimming, pruning, mowing, weeding, etc.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. Her name was Cindy (or Vicky). Although she was all alone up front, she maintained her composure. She was professional, helpful and friendly. I have just traveled from Florida to California and am headed back east, and she was by far the best front desk person I’ve interacted with. Also, the property is beautiful, they serve breakfast, allow dogs, and have great overall service. I will be back for sure!

1star because reviews won’t allow a negative review for a very unprofessional, classless, unhinged, front desk/head maid/property manager lady. I can’t believe that this is the best you can offer Quality Inn. Thought you were a better establishment than this. Booked a pet friendly room for 2 nights. Left for breakfast when returning we were met by who I thought was the cleaning staff. It was after 11:00 and this unprofessional, classless lady proceeded to inform us that we needed to get everything packed up and moved out before she had the sheriff come and do it for us. Then she explained that it was passed check out time and she was minutes away from having our dog sent to the pound. I tried to explain that we had paid for 2 nights and put a non refundable pet deposit down for the 2 nights. At this point miss congeniality doubled down on her authority and called me a F-ing liar. I pulled out my phone and tried to show her the itinerary receipt but she wouldn’t even entertain looking at it. When I asked if I could speak with the manager I was informed that she is the manager! So I asked to speak with her supervisor. At this point I was shocked. I was informed that the only people above her was the corporate office and God. When I asked for the phone number for the corporate office she informed me that I could F-ing look it up myself. Wow! I have never been treated this way by any representative of ANY company let alone the Property Manager.

My reservation was not honored. They said they had no record of it. I’ve used Expedia for over five years and have never had issues. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work because the outlet didn’t work. Breakfast was good and otherwise room was comfortable.

Check-in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

Rooms were exactly worth the price you pay. Don’t be surprised about it. Good amenities, lots of dining around. We liked the Chicago taproom a lot. Front desk service was alright but kind of slow. Not that serious though, good overall!

Was very pleased with how helpful and friendly everyone was, both on the night and day shifts. The hot breakfast was wonderful and enjoyed the lady who prepared it. She didn't hide in the back room the way most hotel staff do. We would definitely stay here again.

Ground floor and parking by the door so for this 81 year old easy access, walked to the Chinese restaurant on same side of street for an excellent meal.

The property is a little older, but the unit was immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great convenient location for seeing Flaming Gorge and the Green River.

Safe town, motel fairly close to freeway exit, quiet, near food options, older facility yields great value! Breakfast and eating area were super well done. Desk help was great.

I have stayed here several times when travelling on motorcycle. I like that it is 1-story and I can park in front of my room. The rooms are clean and they have a good breakfast. the quality is good for the price point. And you can walk to Old Chicago Pizza across the street or to McD or Burger King in about 3 minutes.

This property provided a very affordable stay with a great breakfast menu which compared to many major brand hotels.
