Placering helt top i Tirana og centralt og udefra flot hotel!. Men det lever på ingen måder op til et 5 stjernet hotel. Værelser selvom vi valgte basic med Kingsize bed er fine men intet med mindste "Wauw-effekt". Morgenmaden er ok, men undre mig de ikke laver lækker frugt og skærer det ud. Ingen kok til at lave nogle lækre varme retter. Dejligt træningscenter og cool med Spa- og Hamas muligheder. Det har potentialet, men kræver en større forvandling. I øvrigt lækker pool område og tennisbaner!!

Unsere nicht funktionierende TV-Bedienung wurde innerhalb von Minuten ausgetauscht. Das Zimmer war recht groß, schön möbliert, mit allem wünschenswerten komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Kingsizebett war hervorragend, WLAN prima, TV mit etlichen deutschen Kanälen. Das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche war nicht allzu groß aber bot genügend Ablagefläche und es wurden alle Utensilien angeboten. Besonders hervorzuheben war das sehr umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet, gute Brotauswahl, Eier nicht aus Eipulver (!), frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Sekt, frisches Obst und jeden Tag etwas Abwechslung im Angebot. Das Ambiente aller öffentlichen Bereiche war sehr ansprechend, so auch der Frühstücksraum. Man konnte auch im Freien frühstücken. Es gab einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum und im Garten einen schönen Pool mit vielen Liegen. Bademäntel und Pooltücher wurden gestellt.

Fint hotel med super god lokation! Hotellet er lidt slidt, men helt okay. Udeområdet er hyggeligt, men det var et stort minus at poolen var lukket i oktober, da det fortsat var 25 grader og vi havde forventet at kunne benytte denne

Rogner is a full service hotel close to the centre of Tirana and within easy walking distance of excellent shopping & entertainment options. Staff are really helpful and accommodating, rooms immaculately clean and spacious, excellent breakfast with a huge buffet selection. We spent 3 nights here and could easily have stayed longer the value for money being exceptional.

This is a great hotel with a fantastic location for exploring Tirana. Spacious bedroom with a big and very comfortable bed. Nice outside space and gardens. Good breakfast, and the staff on front desk in particular were absolutely excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, well decorated and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English, (must admit that I found Albanian a difficult language to get into!). Location is great being only a short stroll to the centre of the City. There are plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance.

Beautiful property, but I wouldn't give it 5 stars, based on my own experience. The elevator door closed on my friend, and then on myself, as we were trying to when our luggage inside. We were able to push it back open, but as I’m sure you can imagine, it was alarming. I'm stunned that a "5-star" hotel doesn't have safe elevators. Also, on night that we were there, a friend of mine had stayed ir our suite, after we had been up late, enjoying cocktails im the garden, so that she would not have to drive home. In the morning, we approached the front desk to inquire about retrieving her car. We were speaking in English, but my friend is a local Albanian. The two women at the reception desk were talking about us, under their breath, in a derogatory way, speaking Albanian. I assume they didn't realize my friend could understand them. That interaction left a sour taste in my mouth and I would be reluctant to return there. On the other hand, the service at the restaurant was excellent. One of the waiters, Dillon, spoke perfect English (& native Albanian) and was kind, accommodating, proactive, attentive, and professional. He even taught us some things about grasshoppers (!), and we left Albania with fond memories of that evening.

Great location for exploring the city on foot, 15min walk from the airport drop off at the city bus station square. Lots of nice bars and restaurants near the hotel. Safe and quiet in the hotel with a nice little pool area for a rest after exploring.

The room was very nice. Minor things, such as, the vent fan didn’t work in the bathroom and the mini bar fridge wasn’t cold enough for our liking. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was fabulous! The pool and surroundings were fabulous also. We would stay again.

Idéalement situé, l'hôtel a été restauré, il est vraiment très bien, la salle de bain est un peu petite. le déjeuner est vraiment de très bonne qualité avec beaucoup de variétés. Petit parking très apprécié.
