Hotel is well located, offering free parking for the guests, in a secure place (underground) but all other facilities are under payment (spa entrance, etc). Breakfast is fair . You find many shops in the building (hairdresser, HAPPY (chain) restaurant , etc). Casino is also in the building. Rooms are outdated and needs renovation and some technical supervision as some things needs to be fixed (it makes sense for such a big and old building). A fair option for short stay In Plovdiv.

Enjoyed our stay, only issue was you needed swim cap to use pool or hot tub. The sold for $6 Bulgarian dollars. We ended up not having time to swim anyways.

Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en een welkomst drankje was heel erg leuk en welkom (43 graden buiten) Alleen bij het boeken was het niet vermeld dat het ontbijt en het zwembad niet inbegrepen was, dus dat was een tegenvaller. En de bij betaling was ook nog eens fors van het zwembad. En de bedoeling van de verplichte badmuts begreep ik helemaal niet, en wat ook tegenviel is dat de jacuzzi niet werkte. Vervolgens als je overdag voor het zwembad betaald moet je 's avonds weer betalen als je gaat eigenlijk. Dus eigenlijk het hele zwembad verhaal een grote tegenvaller!

We booked this hotel because it had a pool. You have to pay extra. 15 euros. This is not stated on the description. The staff at this hotel were not friendly. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was excellent, although slightly far from the Old Town in very hot weather. Food was excellent, both breakfast and in Cafe Vienna. The swimming pool and jacuzzi etc were great but unfortunately there was a charge of about £7 to use each time! I think that it should be included for hotel guests.

Very nice clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We had a nice view of the river from our room and the hotel is a walkable distance to the old town. Overall it was a great stay and I would return.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to old town and next to river, have a free underground car park. İ didn't have time to go to casino so i can't comment on that side however hotel is a bit old and furnitures got old. There was a strange smell in the room. I slept with window open. Apart from that i don't have a complain.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is at the entrance of the main pedestrian strip, 10 minutes walking from the old town, next to an excellent restaurant. Despite its size and the fact that the hotel was hosting a few business meetings at the time, in addition to having a casino, the hotel was quiet, and everything worked with precision.

It’s really grand, love the decor but the lobby could do with a bit more light, a little dark but good ambience at night. Small issue for me, you have to pay to use the pool @BGN40 (approx £20) 😳per person per day. It’s my second visit, I will use it again.

Alles super. Sogar der Trainee und beim Auschecken die Dame vom Guest Management haben mich angesprochen und gefragt, wie es war. Nur dass die Aufzüge nur mit der Zimmerkarte funktionieren, ist etwas nervig.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to old town and next to river, have a free underground car park. İ didn't have time to go to casino so i can't comment on that side however hotel is a bit old and furnitures got old. There was a strange smell in the room. I slept with window open. Apart from that i don't have a complain.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is at the entrance of the main pedestrian strip, 10 minutes walking from the old town, next to an excellent restaurant. Hotel was excellent, although slightly far from the Old Town in very hot weather. Food was excellent, both breakfast and in Cafe Vienna. The swimming pool and jacuzzi etc were great but unfortunately there was a charge of about £7 to use each time! I think that it should be included for hotel guests.

Great place, amazing view over the old town, good breakfast and their swimming pool without chlorine was pure joy. Only thing is the soundproofing but I guess it is common in hotels.
