Baymont by Wyndham Flint Airport North

We booked here for the pool and it was disgusting. Very cold, and poorly maintained. Our tub dripped all night and the floors in the bathroom were slippery. The tap was detached from the counter and were a challenge to use. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. The lazy checking us in REEKED of weed

The room was in need of repair and updates. The pool area was dirty. Didn't look like anyone had cleaned in a week. The pool itself had some gritty stuff on the bottom. I know I will not stay there again.

Please do not stay at this hole in the wall dirty drug infested hotel. When I pulled up to it I knew from the outside appearance it was going to be a problem. First off when I walked in the staff was rude took 7 minutes to help me. The they had to call someone to help lift my luggage to the second floor because no elevator. They stairs were filthy, the room were dirty no blankets on the beds, hair in the bathroom sink and shower. The shower constantly leaked. People were outside in the hallway talking loud. People was hanging out in the parking lot to the point I felt very unsafe to put of my truck when I pulled up. Please don't stay here

The midnight front desk attendant was great! He was friendly and carried on a positive pleasant conversation with us. The property around the area was very unsafe. Lots of sweating tires and parking lot loitering all night long. The indoor pool entrance and laundry were filthy and littered with trash. They checked us in almost 2 hours late while we sat in a room with no air conditioning. We asked for an hour late check out, they promptly refused.

The breakfast was a joke, why bother if your just going to half ass it. Gym was locked up.

internet was down and could not check in for 30 minutes; the pool was so cloudy i could not see my feet even in the shallow end; holes in doors; carpets were dirty; fire doors propped open in stair case (illegal).

This place seriously needs to be fixed up and the what breakfast. And needs a good cleaning. Really no elevator and no I don’t want to hear excuses of why things are not done.

I needed a cheap one night sleep with a pool. To save you the confusion.. it's no longer quality inn . It's Baymont.. that's should save you some worry like I had.

It smelled horrible. The towels were dirty. The TV didn’t work. The window was left open. I didn’t know cause the curtains were closed. Just not a very good place to stay. The pool was broken.

Property was filthy, door was falling apart, bugs, toilet would not flush , need I say more.

The property was dirty, ashes on the window sill where people were smoking in a non smoking room, the place smelled like pot from the time you walked up to the front door at check in and all the way to our room on the second floor. It wasn't until we closed our room door we didn't smell it. The room was dirty, the tub was filthy. It would do for a single trucker needing a shower and a bed but I would never bring my family here. It is typical of most Baymont by Wyndom hotels I've stayed in. I will not stay in one unless no other hotels are available. The first one on my list to avoid and the last one I choose, but never without cringing over what I know the condition will be upon checkin. And this has been true across multiple states, which tells me it's a business culture and not an isolated franchise.

The shower was dirty it wasnt cleaned. You can twll they didnt vacuum. There was stuff on the floor from last people. The winow sill was black. It was so dirty.

Place was disgusting. Carpet throughout the hotel was extremely dirty. Stains on pillow cases and sheets, no phone in the room. Asked for clean sheets and enough towels for our guests so they just changed our room. I will never go there again.

Roach infestation, roaches in curtains and coming out of the microwave, they gave us another room on another floor we inspected the room...we didn't see bugs at first but the room was dusty dirty not vaccumed small trash under tables and in corners of the room.... and about 5 am roaches in the bathtub

There was not any comforter on the bed, just a bed sheet. The halls were dirty and did not feel safe to be in. The parking lot had people hanging around in it, questionable people that made us feel unsafe. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.

The motel room itself was nice but the bath/shower were disgusting looking! It was all stained, surface was peeling off, the sink faucet was loose, doubtful we will stay there again.

This property was in need of a deep clean and repairs. Staff was fine, toilet seat cracked so you had to put washcloth on it to sit down. Filthy grout, cracked bottoms of doors, stale smoke smell and dirty floors.

My stay here was good, just waiting for my deposit back. It's only been two days so I might just be impatient. The phones in the room are just for show, mine had no cords.

The room was fine except the bathroom was pretty much falling apart and badly neglected. First the door did not close and the doorknob was broken. Next, the sink was sooo slow at draining. The toilet tank lid was broken and the toilet wouldn't hold water as it leaked all day and night long. This was very annoying when trying to sleep. On the other side it was very quiet area and the night clerk Anna was friendly and helpful.

Good for a cheap overnight stay. Rooms are better than the general building. Good internet !!!

Not the fanciest but convenient with multiple food options near by. Some difficulties with key but bed extremely comfortable. VERY quiet other than party in the parking lot but drowned out with AC. Nice breakfast.

Room was adequate, but no blanket. Property interior was in poor condition. No lobby restroom. Proprty exterior suggested a better interior than we got.

My check in time was supposed to be at 3 pm, however, room was not ready until much later and still had to wait additional 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. Pool was not open, feel like this should be communicated when booking. After checking in, had to have cleaning guy come back to wipe stuff off the mirrors and wipe down the furniture since it had a complete layer of dust. Room was not vaccumed, and you could tell sheets were not changed, only made the bed up. Had to request towels from cleaning when he came back. He was very polite tho. Was in room for over an hour and luckily had door locked with security thing on door, because someone was attempting to enter the room without even knocking, just trying to use the key. No one responded when i asked who it was. About 2 hours later, same issue, someone attempting entry with key card but door was locked they couldnt get in. I was able to get to the door that time and it was a cleaning lady, who said she was "just checking to be sure room was clean" and it was her the 1st time as well. She stated she had attempted to come in pbefore as well, and realized we were already checked in. Not sure why she returned a 2nd time if she knew we were checked in, especially not even knocking 1st. Had what seemed to be homeless people milling in the corridor on the way to our room for several hours. The occupants above us were extremely noisy ALL NIGHT and sounded like they were having full on wresting matches and body slamming people. More

The room was run down! The shower curtain and faucet were broke or hardly working! The motel had no wash cloths to give us. Only one person working desk. Took me 35 minutes to check in

We stayed seven nights and our room was not made up once. Had to go down and get towels every night and explain room was not cleaned to no avail. Took a garbage bag from one of the trash containers so we had someplace to put seven days of garbage.

It was so dirty the lobby furniture, hallways, & carpet. The staff was not polite.

The breakfast hospitality attendant Wayne was top notch. His service was the service id expect to receive at a 5 star resort.

This place was not good at all. I made reservations and we got to the hotel at check in 3pm. They had us wait in the lobby for a clean room till 4pm. The lobby was very dirty and the entire building smells strong of weed. We finally got our room and the sheets looked like someone had just slept in them..... also there was no remote or DND sign. We called and told the front desk and they said ya it is probably missing... So we got through the night and the next morning we came down for the free breakfast. They had only 3 things and signs all over that said you can not take your food to your room. So since all 4 of the tables in the dining room were taken we had to sit to the side and just wait for people to leave before we could eat. Last thing that got to me was when we went to leave i checked out and asked for a recite and the desk told me they could not give me one...... Fr i wouldn't go here. I am not the type of person to complain or even leave reviews but save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

It looked as if this hotel was under renovation while we were there. The carpets were horribly stained. Drywall work was being done by somebody who didn’t know drywall there wasn’t even a holder for the toilet paper in our bathroom curtains didn’t work Check in was 3:30. We arrived at 8:45 and our room wasn’t ready. Luckily, the front desk staff was wonderful and we were only staying one night

We wound up not staying. Though I had a copy of my registration confirmation for, they would not recognize it . Seems there was a problem because the name of the hotel changed. They told us to pay again at whatever rate they now had and ask hotels.com for a refund (to be issued at a later date.) No way to do business! The hotel was run down and understaffed. We did not re- register, but were able to find a different hotel. I did get in touch with hotels.com and received my refund a few days later. Hotels.com advertises that reservations are guaranteed. Obviously, this was not true. This process took a couple of hours and this was after an 11 hour drive for us. We will not use hotels.com again.

Could not check in immediately because staff was gossiping at front desk. The jacuzzi tub was not clean, and we were questioned on why we wanted extra towels but was accused of giving our towels away. When i went to the front desk i was told the hotel didn't have any more clean towels. Walking back to my room I noticed a staff member delivering towels to some rooms, I asked about getting some and he said he'd check for me. When he came to my room he said all he had were stained towels if I wanted them.

First the name of hotel is Baymont. When we pulled into parking lot, crowds of people was hanging out around cars. This made me worry about my safety. The desk clerk assured me security is on site 24 hours. the bathroom was horrible. The mirror was hanging and they tried to duct tape it. The shower rod was broke and the shower was patched with electrical tape. The light was hanging from ceiling.

We didn't see the room. The room we had payed for was given away. There were no handicap rooms available. We left and went to a different hotel. They needed 100 cash deposit. It didn't look safe area.

The staff were very nice. However the area was surrounded with people drinking outside my window, a lot of random people in and out and groups of people walking down the street and through the parking lot

The bathroom fan needed to be cleaned, it had a hard time spinning. There was some paraphernalia under the sink where the napkin dispenser is supposed to be. Cleaning services should should look more carefully when clean rooms. The rest of my stay was good.

I can't believe I used my points for this business the room smelled funny stains on the curtains bath curtain broken doors whole in the mattress carpet was disgusting left shoes on till we went to bed. Shower was stained and drain didn't drain dressers were broken list goes on breakfast was a plus and the employees were super friendly and very kind but the hotel it's self was a bust.

Don’t understand why eggs to snap for breakfast that was a heartbreaker. I was really concerned about their not being any meat, but if there’s no meat, there should be at least an eggs.
