American Inn & Suites Bishop Airport Flint

The room was in terrible condition. Paint cracking/peeling, multiple dead bugs in the overhead light, multiple live bugs throughout the room, AC was nonfunctional, fridge was nonfunctional, the bed had multiple cigarette burns, no blanket provided, no towels provided, trash was everywhere on the property, other guests using drugs in the parking lot, overall a terrible experience. I did not feel safe at this location at all.

I didn’t stay hotel was trash

They kept my deposit which was $25 plus i had to pay them the $48 and change. That you also charged because they claim they never recieved payment from hotels.com. personally i think it is a little scam they are running. Also they sent me to a room that i entered but was already occupied by another guest and his female companion. They both jumped up grabbed their guns and where gonna shoot me as they thought ibwas just a random intruder. I need a full refund asap

Horrible roaches everywhere

Broken…everything in the room. Lock broken. Toilet broken. Cabinets broken. HVAC unit kinda worked. Homeless sleeping on the property. The only things that work were the tv and fridge.
