The hotel and the room smells mold. Leaking from the roof in the reception in my room under the A/C unit. The soap dispenser was missing from my bathroom, I request one 3 times but they never bring me one. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good but the price for the dinner buffet were too high. The check-in supposed to start at 14:00, we arrived at 23:00 and yet the rooms weren't ready. We have to wait until 01:00 next day to be prepared

Overall good stay. Checking in took time. There was work being carried out in floor at night on second day but no major complaint after that. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.
